Stay away, this is not the same business it was when Dominick was there. I was a loyal customer but have been burned too many times recently. I know how hard it is to find a mechanic you can trust, I was dissapointed but they are heading in the wrong direction. They wont get any more of my business.

Theres fraudulent activity going on here . Owner is never here. Run by a kid and one other person. I asked where dom was and all the guy told me was who knows . I think this place will close soon. There are so many other automotive places you can go and have a professional look at your car woth a real waiting room that doesnt smell like cigaretts. There are no ASE certified mechanics here and there is no AAA services here. Over priced and take forever .

I had my car towed to this location from AAA and spoke to a gentleman who proceeded to tell me my car wouldnt get looked at until Friday which was 2 days later from when they received it because he was short staffed 2 guys. I then proceeded to call that Friday for an update and I got no answer. I called all day Friday, Saturday then then following Monday and no answer any of those days. I then called AAA and had my car removed from the location and towed somewhere else. Turns out the gentleman who owns this establishment didnt think to call and tell anyone that he wasnt going to be in because he was sick. With dozens of cars stranded in their parking lot and being told by the tow truck driver theyve had numerous calls to have others towed from there as well Ill surprised if they get any future business. This was the worst experience Ive had with any mechanics. A week without a car and no heads up in advance so i can get my car fixed sooner. No courtesy or consideration from this place. At least tell AAA you cant take any new business because you arent capable to handle the work so people are able to go and get their cars fixed somewhere else and not being greedy. I was also hit with a service from AAA as well so if I ever have another issue down the road thats now i have 1 less call I can use for the year... Thanks west side auto tech. I would not do ANY business from this place EVER. STAY CLEAR.

I would not recommend this place to anyone especially when Frank is working he was suppose to finish our car and no phone call we called him for hours. Finally my husband got a ride to go there and they were closed and it was not 5pm we got no phone call. Now it will be 3 days with out a car and charging us over 2,600 this is not how you treat customers that have been going there for years.

The best and most honest mechanics I know. Been with them for 19 years.

400% markup for AAA customers is way too expensive. The service was fine but unless you are a AAA member who likes getting fleeced I would recomend Desh Auto right up the road.
