I have learned that when I, someone else or a mechanic shop cant fix my car, I just bring it to Spencer Express.They will find the problem tell me how long it will take to fix it and how much it will cost. Came to fix my windshield wiper pump(it was missing one small hose, nothing to fix besides attaching the hose, pump was working fine), horns (replaced with plug and play oem, used same wiring nothing to fix), and inspection, Will and his guys took care of it all, but 2 days later (today) the wires fell out from the horn, I plugged it back in and realized the connector was so lose, all i had to do was take a pair of pliers and squeeze to create a tight connection, not sure why the mechanic didnt care about doing it right, then while doing that i noticed he didnt even cut the zip ties he used to hold the new water hose in place, hopefully the ends are tight, i hope it doesnt fall out like the wires... I paid $150 for 3 simple things and feel that i overpaid, besides that the mechanic seemed to have an attitude, Sam the owner is a nice guy but his workers dont seem happy. I wont be coming back.

I have had inspections from there for years. The owner was honest and up front about the price and the time it would take for the oil change. I asked if they were busy and he said yes, I told him I had some errands to run and he said that might be a good idea, I love the honesty. I went and came back and was done in about 15 mins. The price was exactly as he said over the phone.... I am very pleased.

Excellent customer service. They charged a good price to replace my belts. Others were wanting to charge me 4 hours of labor for 2 belts. This replaced my 2 belts and did my inspection in under an hour. I will come back to this place for all my car repairs.

Called from my car and asked for the wait time for an oil change and was told if I came in right then they could start it now. I was there 3 minutes later and was rudely told that they couldnt do it until tomorrow because they were working on someone elses car. Why tell me to come in if you cant even do it?

I only went in for the state inspection. Fast and friendly service. Its a small shop so the service felt more personal.
