I took my car to SAS to do a tune up and oil change, and I was highly satisfied with my experience. Peter was very communicative, and kept me informed and involved through the whole process. They are highly trustworthy, and I will definitely be continuing to use SAS in the future.

As a female going into these places can get intimidating, they made me feel like they we honest not taking me for a ride. I waited to write my review to make sure my truck worked well, and it performes well. The problem was just a rod to be replaced in my gearshift but before they looked at it, it could have been anything from a sensor in my transmission to a linkage thing. They got the part as quickly as possible and worked on it ASAP and my truck was done in one day but was quoted 2 just because they didn’t know when the dealership part was in. I’m super happy and will definitely use them again!!! Thanks guys I appreciate your work

Come on ppl nobody has all positive reviews these ppl charged my mother 400.00 to unhook upgrades and alarm to jump a ground wire so car would . had to drive it home with no lights no blinkers and stuck in 1st gear.. wires to my amplifyers and left car disassembled. wow and you call yourself a christian

This place did an awesome job with my vehicle after discovering that someone hit my vehicle and took off. The work they did looks so good and you could never tell it had been hit. My vehicle was making some awful noises as I was coming into Deer Park. One of my colleagues highly recommended that I take my vehicle to SAS. After years of going elsewhere, my biggest regret was not switching to SAS sooner. Peter was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. He had the patience to explain what was going on with my vehicle to me and answered all of my questions. I left my vehicle in good hands and though I live in Humble, I work in Deer Park and will from now on bring my vehicle to Peter.

Made my truck look like a million bucks after my tailgate and bumper assembly got smashed into by an 18-wheeler. Looks like it never happened, seriously. Also, good communication, quick turnaround. I was referred to SAS Automotive from a friend and it was the best thing because my 2008 Ford F-150 was having front-end problems. My truck kept pulling to right and every bump sounded like the front-end was going to fall out.After 30 days issues came to light that the repair wasn’t properly done. During my trip to North Carolina for a funeral my front end problems became more pronounced. I finally took my truck to a real mechanic and was shown that the upper & lower ball joints were missing the protective boots and was over tighten. The ball joints are supposed to have 9 foot pounds of torque instead of 30 foot pounds of torque. The socket was damaged from over tightening and lack of grease.This is what happens when you don’t verify repairs and get ripped-off by someone whose a fellow Christian that is supposed to be honest and not steal $1300.00 for faulty repairs.This my second experience with two different Deer Park mechanics and each one are poor imitation of real mechanics. Ive taken many cars to this shop and have used both the body shop and their mechanics. These guys always go above and beyond. Their services are prompt and they have always communicated very well with me. They let me know in advance if costs change as well as what work needs to be done immediately and what can wait. I have used this service center for several years. Since I had a 20 year old vehicle it was important to use a repair facility that would take care of my many problems. Peter always took the time to explain the needed repairs and even sometimes recommended not making certain repairs that were too costly for such an old wore out vehicle. A Honda dealership had replaced my Pilot’s breakpad three weeks ago, but since then whenever I press the break pedal, it was making a loud noise, so I took it back to Honda dealership and they came to a conclusion that my wheel bearings need to be replaced! And gave me an estimate of all most $500.00. I didn’t believe them so I took the Pilot to SAS to inspect. SAS’s great technician took the time to inspect it thoroughly and Peter called me back saying “your wheel bearing is just fine my friend, the noise is coming from your new break pad, take it back to your dealership and tell them to call me!” Surely I took it back to dealership and this time the dealership service manager didn’t have anything to say about wheel bearing (my wheel bearing was just fine), they quietly replaced breakpad without saying anything and its no longer making any noise. Thanks to SAS for correctly diagnosing the issue and saving money! A reasonably priced trustworthy repair shop for Houston! Thank you again!
