I came upon this place when I had an emergency while driving in the area. It was after-hours and all the repair shops were either closed or were not willing to take a customer at the last minute. Luckily, I found this place online and gave them a call. Although they were getting ready to close, Dorian was very kind and he offered to wait for me to drive over to his garage. He was able to figure out the problem and fix in very quickly. He is very professional and friendly and went out of his way to help me out. He was a life saver. I will be going back to this place for all my future car needs.

Dorian SAVED us! Hope that you never have a car issue on a Sunday, NO one is open. After about 12 to different shops, Dorian responded and offered to help us, even though he wasnt technically open. He left what he was doing in the middle of a Sunday and got the water pump installed within a few hours. Very friendly and offered helpful information. Dorian “Alex” Vivas has for the better part of a month refused to pay me for work done.I have ALL of the text communications from that period demonstrating him admitting to owing me money, threatening to withhold it, claiming to want to resolve the situation only to ignore my texts and calls for several days. He would then reply with texts accusing me of “trying to run his business”.Dorian WILL respond to this posting defending himself. He WILL attempt to accuse me of injuring him in some fashion but will not supply any corroboration as he has none.In summation, Dorian Vivas has demonstrated lack of business ethics and honesty in this exchange. Engage with his business and person at your own risk.11/03/2020:As Dorian has NOT paid me along with blocking communication I will be going to the authorities regarding his theft from me and using the shop for money laundering.

Tried to replace the side view mirror glass myself on the car and this place helped me finish the job. Dorians shop was open on Sunday and I went over expecting to pay a bit to make sure the glass was snapped in correctly.Easy going guy that had it fixed in no time. Dorian couldve easily charged me for this job, but just considered it a favor. I will be giving him a call in the future for car repairs.

He arranged to have my vehicle towed to his facility, fixed the issue and even made it super convenient by personally returning the vehicle to me at home...all in time for Christmas Eve. Doren is not a good Mechnic I strongly believe that most of the reviews on google is a fabricated once,please I will advise everybody who is reading this note,please don’t trust doren on any of your car,doren will talk you into his game and pretend as if is helping you and collect all your money,Doren spoil my Benz and my sister GL450 and he even go ahead to write us fake 6month warranty on both cars,As at this time both cars are completely damaged by him,and none of it is working,and we completely regret dealing with him,we both spend almost 8thousand dollars without good result,I regret knowing him,and taking my E350 Benz to him,But I believe that in multiple way God will provide another fund so I can take my car to a good,reliable,and professional mechanic,but pls don’t go with doren believe me please.

WoW! Where do I start? Dorian is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He definitely goes Above and Beyond to make sure his customers are Satisfied. I was stranded in Atlanta on my way to Charlotte when I hit something in the road which made my car shake. After looking online at all the Marvelous reviews for Dorian, I decided to give him a call. He made an Exception for me on a Sunday and took me in. He scheduled a time was very punctual sent text msgs with status updates, drove around in the car with me to understand the problem. He determined the problem and provided me a timeline and estimate of cost and time of service. Hes also very Professional and a gentlemen. He offered to take me back to my friends home since my car had to stay overnight until we could get a part the following day (Monday). After the car was completed, he picked me up, we test drove the car and it performed Beautifully just like NEW! The airbag light was flashing consistently in my car. My usual mechanic was closed so I decided to take a chance on Dorian based on the reviews that Id read here in google. When I pulled up, Dorian ran a diagnostic for my car almost immediately and told me all of the potential problems that would cause the issue with my airbag system. He then gave an accurate recommendation on how we should proceed with fixing the issue while making sure to only spend what was necessary to fix the issue. The following week Dorian replaced the clock spring in my car which ended up being he root cause of the problem. Dorians customer service is over and beyond what Ive experienced with any other auto shop. This has been the best experience I have had with a mechanic and I will continue to bring my cars to him.

I had a amazing experience here! Dorian is trust worthy and real knowledgeable about cars. My car would not crank and Dorian towed my car too his shop, and he took his time too fine out what was the problem. He called me and said the problem was my engine and my pistons was not getting to 120 isp. Dorian said my engine was bad , so he said do not give up yet, go too auto zone and buy 2 qts of marvel oil . So I bought the 2 qrts and the next day Dorian had my engine cranking at 120 isp, I recommend any one too Dorian he is a great mechanic. He told me and my dad too have faith and pray, and we did Dorian thank u for telling us too go buy ma.rvel oil because no other mechanic would have told us about marvel oil.
