For 2 of my childrens braces. $4320 up front, then after a year, 12 payments of $360. Fine. Never late on the last 11 payments, paid by Amex each month. Son had braces removed yesterday and they demanded LAST $180 BEFORE they would remove his braces. That just really made me sick and I felt like an inch high. Not that I had to pay them, but the way it was phrased. Maybe they could have said, you have one last payment, would you like to pay it today? I would have. The other son gets his off maybe next month, we will be fully paid in full with him by then. I wonder if they will still ask for something? Very poor financial practices, but we could see from the start, it was a whole lot about $$$$.

Very friendly staff, prompt and on time appointments!!! Felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the establishment. And speaking of establishment, did I mention how clean that office is??? SPOTLESS!!!!! You guys rock!!!!!

My daughter had gotten her braces way back in 2017. Today they told her she was all set and didnt have to come back for anymore adjustments. We were a little sad because the whole time they were nothing but professional and accommodating! My daughter is quiet, but going to the offices she always felt comfortable and insisted she didnt need me to tell the drs what she wanted! They even let her and others customize their braces with what colors they wanted! It was never a hassle going and I reccomend Siddiqui Orthodontics to anyone needing their services!

Staff is always friendly and professional. The establishment is clean and tidy. Usually the wait time is super short. The office really tries to keep in line with your appointment time so when you come in you generally get seen right away. The office follows safe practices regarding Covid19.

Front desk clerks are very rude and unprofessional. Dr. Siddiqui is never there and they have another doctor, dr. Frenchie, who is okay, but if the parents arent there, he doesnt know how to communicate w/teenagers. Considering most of the patients are teenagers, I think they should know how to communicate w/them. They did not want me to come in with her, they literally scolded me, I mean, hello, my daughter is a minor! The office needs to do better considering they charge so much.

I read good reviews about Dr. Siddiqi and his staff. I like the office because it is clean and Dr. Siddiqui is one of the best, but the lady working at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional today, June/2/2020. She was talking behind my back to others and made weird/ugly faces just because I asked to go in the back with my daughter. It was not nice of her to do that. I felt disrespected and she did not choose to act in a professional manner. I have 3 other children that needs braces, but because of this unprofessional behavior, I will not choose this office anymore . I deserve better treatment!

Best friendliest place to get braces. They really work with your financial situation. Great payment plans as well. Staff is always friendly and they are constantly cleaning which I LOVE!!!! I would recommend this place to any and everyone looking to get braces!

My sister and I got braces from Dr. Siddiqui a few years ago and he was fantastic! Friendly, flexible, and has a nice sense of humor. He loved picking the food from my teeth and showing it to me while giving me the look. You can see I wasnt the most compliant patient, and my sister meticulously cleaning her teeth just made me look worse. Dr. Siddiqui, if you are reading this, I now brush my teeth 2-3 times a day and wear my retainer regularly!

I have only good things to say about my experience. There are two locations one in canton and one in dearborn. Both are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were accommodating with my schedule. They were ALWAYS pleasant, efficient and patient when i had questions. Finally, Dr Siddiqui was great. He was calm and kind even when i did something unexpected to my braces and something needed to be fixed. I would recommend this orthodontist and his staff to anyone. By the way my teeth look amazing!!!! 😀

Always a fast appointment that runs on time with friendly staff that goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is updated, new and clean, like a brand new office. These professionals are highly recommended.
