I requested a insurance quote weeks ago still haven’t received any information. Left the agent a voicemail message yesterday an have yet to return my call. very unprofessional.

Wanted to get prices on insurance. Kristen Juracek contacted me once I filled out my info online. I told her I wasn’t in a rush and we corresponded thru emails. And then she never contacted me again. Don’t know what happened guess they don’t need or want the business. Too bad because a friend recommended them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I called looking for specialized insurance and instead of telling me that they couldnt write insurance in my state (Missouri), the agent went OUT OF HER WAY to find me an agency who can write for Cincinnati Insurance Company. She found me someone in my town who could! That is something that was TOTALLY unexpected so please, give Dearborn a shot if you are in need of insurance as Im sure that they will take care of you!! I wish that I would have recalled her name, but she knows who she is and thats all that is important!...THANKS!!

Im very disappointed in this company. My father passed away in June. They have been giving my mother the run around. She has a policy and had one on my dad which she has paid on at least 10 years. She has filled out all the paperwork a couple times , even had help by an insurance agent who was also director of the funeral home. We know it was done correctly and everything sent(a couple times). They are now threatening to reduce her policy and havent released the funds from my dads policy.

Horrible company. Watch your policy carefully. They add coverage without your permission. They even lie about when they add it.
