I used this Allstate branch for homeowners for two different homes and never needed anything or had any issues for years. When I finally did have a claim, I ran into a hurdle with the claims agent. Before cancelling service bc of my frustration with the claims agents, I reached out and shared my experience with the branch. Joel called me personally and after explaining my issue, he reached out to the claims agent. While they are two separate entities of Allstate, he was able to help push things along after being at a stalemate. I will continue to use this branch bc of the customer service I’ve always received and knowing push come to shove, that even the owner will help on your behalf.

Someone hit my car while it was parked on the side of the street. I made a claim and withing hours I had a check being sent to my bank! Easiest process ever. No hassle, no mess, straight to the point and extremely helpful!

Joel Schembri has been my Allstate agent for over 40 years I started with his company back when his father was my agent hes a great person as is his son Joel not only as my agent but as my friend as well Joyce all the others that work for him in his agencyHe and his staff are very knowledgeable and concerned about how to make the right decisions on the proper insurance to purchase and if you need help with any Insurance concerned theyre always there to answer any questions or if you need help with any type of claim they are there to help and I mean they will help!
