They had offered me a job and i had to wait till the next week to take the drug test. Texted me and told me the day before i could not have the job because they don t like to give people on the busline jobs....they said because there s too many problems with people catching the bus and getting there on time etc.

Went in to fill out paperwork and have interview, did drug test which had false positive on it, I take several medications that have documented proof from reliable sites that can cause these false positive. I had my meds with me and they made another appointment for me to retake but I had Dr appointment scheduled at that time and would not reschedule my appointment for the nxt day so I had no choice but to accept 8am, when Im on a 2nd shift schedule, that is not a convenient time for me. My husband turned off my alarm at 5am and so I missed my appointment and now can never use them again. All over a false positive which if they want to rrlysoley on those cups which are not 100% effective, then they need a lab to send results to, to make it 100% effective. Its funny that I passed my drug test at the Dr. Office with no problems that very day but not at belflex. Hmmmmm. I also hadnt medications and the new meds Id gotten the night b4 at urgent Care for bronchitis with me and could prove it all. Not a very good system besides the fact that the cup was not in my possession after dropping and did not have my name on it so really could have been anyones cup, cause it had been several minutes and 2 different people had been in the bathroom with my supposed specimen, when they finally called me back to viewmy results? Could have been anyones cup. Just saying your system is pretty messed up and now I lost out on potential great job because of your ineffective system and unreliable cups.

Was placed quickly, but at a minimum wage job (not to mention straining work). Received a call from Erica this morning, after already informing the managers that I wouldn’t be back because I was starting school, and she was the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!

Very bad staffing agency. I wish I could give it zero stars. Thats what they deserve. I had a job, took off on the days that was stated I take off. I got fired for no call no show because I took off on the day I was supposed to take off. But according to this place that wasnt my day off. I lost a good job because if this place.

The company is very unprofessional, they pick an choose who they actually want to work. They lied to me an said my background check wasn’t ready so I couldn’t start at a job site but actually it was because I knew the supervisor personally at the job site an they didn’t want me to have an easy job. The jobs are always $10 which is no money. They call you an expect you to rush do a drug test and a Interview only to say the position was filled or that it doesn’t start for a while and we’ll call you in which they don’t.the company is sexist,no women are sent to factories and when they are, they don’t have to work which isn’t fair especially when all women claim they want is equality. I call and ask to see about a certain position or job site, if it’s stoll available. & the only guy in the office its a racist & he’s not ashamed of it, he will say a position is not open or even that they don’t have that contract anymore, so turned around an called from a different phone number and used a new name & a women told me the job was still available. If you want to make $200 a week and do plantation work for pennies or them go to belflex.

If i could give 0 stars I would.My friend is an employer here, and when he calls to get jobs, there is a woman at the desk who is always very rude. She makes it sound like you are a burden for wanting to work, and doubts their employers. She needs to be fired.

They are really recist and garabage the manager she very rude and she didn’t help u at all. When I ask her paystub and she told me no then I give marry number and after she call merry she told her he is right. Then she print and give to me. Worked one day, gave them notice that it wasnt a job for me. The next day in the morning I get a rude text from belflex about terminating my application. All because I talked to someone the day before i was suppose to go in to a position that wasnt for me. An he didnt let them know he even talked to me. Very unprofessional, look elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Do not waste your time or gas with this belflex.

Several jobs listed on their website, go to the office and they tell you nothing is available. They say theyll call you and never hear back from them. This would be a 0 rating if it was an option.

Pitiful interaction with candidates....receptionist did not do well giving directions to my friend, who was a new Ohio resident applicant. Then upon arrival, because he did not have 2 forms of government-issued i.d., he could not talk to anyone. Drove almost an hour to get there and NO ONE was allowed to at least sit down and to discuss his background and qualifications. He offered to bring the other form of i.d. to them later, but NOOOO! Total waste of our time and effort. Not impressed and will not return.

They let me go for contacting belflex manager in the restroom telling them a job was too far....I stay in moraine but you want me to go clear to tip city which is 43 mins from were I stay.....and the girl who called me and let me go was very rude and a jack ass and to remind them I never have a no call no show always was on time I didnt give them a reason to terminate me at all
