I was neglecting an oil change due to my hectic work schedule & the time it takes for the service. Save yourself the hassle and go to Valvoline; they literally have “instant” in their name. *My service only took 18 minutes*I got there around 9:30am, on a Wednesday, & all the bays were open! The crew members are kind, fast & efficient. I appreciate how you just simply sit in your car & watch the bay cameras so you know what’s going on.Overall, I’ve never been genuinely satisfied after an oil change. They have a loyal customer now!

Had oil changed here long story short they toghtened oil filter cap so tight ive broken two rachets trying to remove it now and of course they wont help and claim no responsibiltty

I came to this particular location for a routine oil change Im so disappointed to write this review because I have patronized this place for years. I must now take my business elsewhere as my vehicle has been damaged twice . The staff that you have working there clearly need more training on resolvingIssues that they cause. This is twice after leaving a valvoline location I have to take my vehicle to the dealership. To make matters worse rather than come talk to me the manager on duty treats me like Im a person looking for a handout and pushes me through because a line had developed. I have a lot of people that I have referred to your establishment up until today I thought this place was the best express oil change station in town. Sadly I understand when your forced to lower the level of expectations in whom you hire in return the customer suffers the most. It is painfully obvious that you have good people that have only a certain level of knowledge when it comes to the cars they service. To you that know the power of reviews and the money saved by doing your research this location has lost something. Not sure what that is but dont let the next sad review be you. Thank you Valvoline your business will not suffer because you have lost mine. But if you do nt fix this quick your numbers will reflect the new low quality of experience the product you now force the consumer to accept.

When I took my girlfriends car there they performed the oil change as they always have before, but when the tech removed the oil filter he severed the starters ground wire due the starter and oil filters proximity to each other and my girlfriends car wouldnt start when it was time for them to check the oil pressure. Luckily the manager caught the problem and thankfully was able to temporarily hold the 2 together with duct tape, that took him a while to find, so I could start the car and get it home 25 minutes away and properly repair the severed ground wire. I was there for over an hour in the bay because of that mistake. They werent too busy when I went but my total time waiting in line behind 1 car and then dealing with that fiasco of the tech severing said ground wire for the starter I was there nearly 2 hours. Yall need to keep electrical tape or butt connectors in your shop supplies so that future problems on customers vehicles similar to what happened to me can be fixed and resolved in a timely manner. Didnt even offer me a discount or anything, yet alone apologize for their mistake. I take my car there and my girlfriends car there everytime an oil change is needed but am second guessing any future oil changes at this particular location because of this 1 mistake.

My experience was very outstanding. The staff showed kindness towards me and the customers that were there. They made sure my car was taking care.

I always get my oil changed at this specific location. But I will never be back. As I was driving home, my entire skid plate on the bottom of my car fell off, bolts flying out from under my car. They were quick to come help me and ordered a new one. It took over a week for them to order it and then another week for it to come in. I had to call myself to get an update on the eta on the part. Anyways, the “manager” lack there of, who I spoke to named “TT” was the most rudest human being I have ever spoken to. She hung up on me 3 times and said they had no corporate number for me to call. Which obviously is not true. She was so unprofessional and obviously could care less about her customers. The way she spoke to me was not management like at all. She’s a sorry excuse for a manager.I have also heard of this happening to other people at this location. So if you don’t want this happening to you, don’t go here!

Fast friendly service, can literally just drive through and you stay in your car. Only minor complaint is that Id like to see a cheaper option for oil change only where you can get out for less than 50.00 tax included.

Very professional staff. They were extremely busy and everyone was doing their best to move us through. They did a great job.

So fast and easy. It’s the only way I can accomplish an oil change with two children under the age of five. We stopped by this morning around 8:45a. They were already working on some other cars. But we only waited five minutes and then it was our turn. So relaxing to not even get out of the car. At the end they tell you how long they took - 12 minutes. Sweet!

Incredibly satisfactory. Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in the decisions I made on what to do and not to do for my car. Not aggressive about pushing services on me but let me know realistically what I needed to have done and what could wait longer.

I have been going to Valvoline for a few years now and have had excellent service at all locations except this one.I have called ahead, on two separate occasions, to make sure they are staying open until 7 and both times they said yes. Both times, they closed before 6.I was told they were lazy and unskilled at this location but was going to give it a chance due to my positive experiences at other locations.Absolutely amateur hour on Brandt.

Its ridiculous how much you pay for the oil changes here and now they took away the free top offs. I got an oil change maybe a month ago on a high mileage car and now Im a quart low and they used to do free top offs but now they dont its ridiculous. Ill just spend my $3 on a top off myself for a quart of oil and not go back to Valvoline.

Very quick service and that part worth 5 stars, but they literally try to sell your everything in the book to get you up to $500 for a oil change. Not sure Ill go there again. Ive never paid $102 for an oil change before, pretty pricey and price gougey

They always try to up sell. As soon as I told the woman who was helping me, no, I dont want any of the extras, just an oil change today, she got kind of rude and was no longer friendly. I also felt like she basically scolded me how long it had been since I was in for an oil change. Do not scold me. I am not a child and you do not know whats going on in my life. Not sure that I will be back after that.

Service process here was nice and smooth, interesting how they do it with you staying in the car the whole time which was nice. Would have been 5 stars but I was given the wrong receipt and had to wait another 5-10 mins to leave due to internet being temperamental holding up getting my proper receipt. Good experience overall.

Convenience has a price, but if youre willing to pay top dollar for maximum convenience Id highly recommend this place. Its where I get my oil changes and other fluid changes done from now on.

Quick & Easy 20.00 oil change with my coupon but I was a little disappointed when the dealership for my chevy said they could check my transmission fluid.when they do an oil change and they refused and said it makes a lot come out when they pull the plug? On a 2001 Chevy Cavalier? So, there inspection sheet that says they do a 16 point inspection was not preformed. So I guess you get what you pay for.

The manager and staff was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, polite and professional.

This is the only time I have not experienced a 5. We called ahead of time to check and make sure that the place we were going had our headlight in stock because our car is older. They assured us the location we called had it IN STOCK and ready to go, and they quoted us a price. We got there, they did not have our light, told us we never called them we talked to a call center (the lines dont even ring into the actual location) and they told us they could run and get it, it would only be 15 minutes. It was over 25 minutes, there was no discount, no service recovery. Now, Im grateful they were able to go get it but we called ahead because we were in a time crunch to get some things done that day and we got stuck there. We were trying to prevent this and we expected that we were getting accurate information when we called to check. Iexpected more from this great company. I guess I chalk it up to poor communication this time. I have faith next time will be better.I was at 4430 Brandt Pike on January 26th.

Brought my new car in for its first (overdue) oil change. I had never been to an instant oil place before and was quite impressed with the way I and my vehicle were treated, in spite of my pulling in 15 mins b4 close. They still treated me like I was their first customer of the day and I was very appreciative of the service I received. I will now go no place else. It was my first experience and honestly, I kinda felt like a NASCAR driver at a pit stop lol it was pretty cool i must say.

The ability to watch the tech do the oil change waa fine even though I couldnt really tell what was happening. The price for synthetic oil seemed pricey and my vehical had a rattling sound afterwards, but they were able to pull the previous services based on the VIN.

Josh was entertaining as every check on my vehicle was done with speed and efficiency. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I paid for a full synthetic oil change $70. My next oil change I went to tire discounters right next door because they were running a sale for a $45 valvoline full synthetic. Thats when they told me I only had 2 quarts in my car. I have a 2013 CR-V and there was no leak detected and its impossible that 3 quarts burned off. I went to inform the manager of this Brandt location and she told me it was my fault I didnt bring it back for a recheck and top off.

The service was fine, the only problem was I had to be moved to several different service bays do to slower service at the bays I was in first in.
