I called them to find out how much an oil change would cost for my 2014 Ford Focus. I was shocked when they told me because of full synthetic oil the price would be about $65 to $70. I truly was not expecting to hear any amount that high after all it did not even cost that much to get the oil changed on my Lexus.

Chris was so nice and informative. I have a hybrid and even though he couldnt fix my car he made me feel confident that he really was looking out for my best interest when he suggested that I take my car to a dealership that could. I would recommend taking your car there if youre in need of repairs.

I was in need of a vehicle inspection during a period that reputable auto shops were swamped due to employee shortages. Hudson Automotive Service, like everyone else, was unable to help me that day, but unlike everyone else, was able to provide service the next day. They were professional and ahead of schedule. I gladly paid more for services provided during the current industry demand.

TL;DR- Good mechanics, fair pricing, quick, and honest.Went to them for A/C compressor replacement, frayed belt, oil change, and a tune-up, all in one trip. Dropped it off Thursday evening and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Conducted daily checks (except weekends) for updates, they were courteous and professional when I called. During check out Chris allowed me to leave my car in their front lot so I could come back after they closed to pick it up. They also contacted me after closing saying they had accidentally charged me an additional $25 for the A/C core and I could come back tomorrow for a refund if I wanted. After talking to him about another option, I decided store credit would be enough since I will be using them again. Overall great experience and I didnt feel lingering doubt afterwards.

Called to check on my friends car as it was in their shop for 4 days and they wouldnt return her calls. When I called I was met with hostility. They said it would be done shortly then just hung up on me. Come to find out they didnt even work on it the whole time and were lying. We went with Webers Automotive a million times better than this place. Go to Webers if you need something done not these liars.

I brought my car in to get an oil change and to get my gas gauge fixed. They kept giving me the run-around about when my car would be done. They lied and kept saying it was almost done when it wasnt. Everytime I called they always said they would call me and never would. Very rude on the phone.It turned out my fuel pump needed replaced and then they replaced it with another bad fuel pump so they put back my old one in. All that aggravation in my car sitting there in the shop for 2 days all for nothing.Im going somewhere else from now on.

Got my car towed there and as soon as I got there they were able to check it out, gave me a call back letting me know what needed done & the price. They told me it would be about 3 hours of work & that they would give me a call letting me know if that was all that needed done to fix my car. I was able to pick it up the same day it was brought in. I didn’t meet anyone other than the owner and woman at the front desk but both were extremely nice & it was great service! Highly recommend them!

Definitely will be going back with any other issues I have with my car. It popped a hole on my way to work and was completely flat by the time the tow came. Rather than taking the easy route to up-sell like a bunch of other repair shops will do, they were honest and saw it only needed plugged, and went ahead and did that. Hudsons did an amazing job on my Volvo! They noticed that a wire to a sensor on the ABS system was broken, and instead of having me replace the whole sensor they fixed the wire for a fraction of the price. Very happy with my first service; will be back again!

Ive had family and friends go here for years and always heard good things. Sadly, I brought my car in for a brake inspection and a faulty brake hose was incorrectly diagnosed as a parking brake issue. Luckily I looked more into the issue myself instead of paying out $500 for the parking brake replacement. Chris was really nice and Im sure it was an honest mistake. Im not sure if Ill bring my car back or not in the future though.

I took my car in for an oil change and new tires. One of their mechanics backed into my car with another car. My door needs replaced and I have to drive around with a giant dent in my passenger door for who knows how long. All lights worked when I dropped off the car but when I picked it up a tail light bulb was out. The car is in worse shape when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off.

Took my car in for some tires. They told me I needed new rotors and gave me a giant price to replace them. I just put new break pads and rotors on my vehicle a few months ago so watch out. They will try to sell you things you do not need.

Moved to the area 2 yrs ago was the first place I went to to have my brakes fixed, been going ever since. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

I visited a fast food restaurant, and the large drink I got was huge, and too big for my drink holder. I spilled it all over my gear shift. I called around and noone would even talk to me about the problem. Someone told me to call Hudsons. The guys at Hudsons Automotive cleaned it out and I was able to drive it. After a couple of weeks, it started sticking again, because, lets face it. That was syrup in there. They went in a second time and cleaned out the part that was hiding. The next year, I had them find me a used engine and bought myself about three more years on my car. They really know what they are doing there. That Nissan had about 230,000 miles on it before I sold it.

Chris does excellent work on our car and truck. I would not take both vehicles to anybody else. We will be seeing Chris soon for my car tune-up.We trust Chris with our vehicles.

Went in for an oil change but when I left I had to pull over and latch my hood and my oil cap was not screwed down all the way.

Took my 2002 Saturn SL in for an engine light on 7/7/2014. Ive waited a month to make sure everything was working. It is. Hudsons installed a new engine control and so far so good. My cars gas milage has increased from 25 to 30 mpg for normal driving. Not only am I happy with the work, but the cost and time were both great.

Left car at shop for 4k worth of repairs,got it back and two days later I see a crack coming up from where they were working,and they refused to pay for the repairs even though its definitely something theyve done. You can see the damage to the screw and a little bit of the damage to the plastic dowel and then at the end of the scratch a perfect impact in the glass from the tool. Why would I break my own window? I just spent 4k fixing the car and theyve now lost my business over a 200 dollar window that they shouldve replaced no questions asked...***update*** my windshield now leaks extremely bad and chris ignored my attempts to reach out to him publicly in an attempt to receive proper service. I dont get how I could spend so much money and be treated so unfairly and for you to brush it off like I dont know what Im talking about. Ive been around ASE certified mechanics my entire life. I think I would know who broke my windshield, if my balljoints have been replaced or not and I can also tell you didnt replace the lower trailing arms like you claim in the invoice.

Never personally had them work on my vehicles but I called for a quote and they told me 400 for a brake caliper that’s kinda rediculous and some of my family has had a very bad experience with them and I’ve never heard anything good.
