I dropped off my home generator to be worked on back in April and was told that it would be ready in about 4 to 6 weeks. I thought that was a long time, but I needed it to be repaired. We have lots of power outages in our area. Two months go by and I dont hear anything. I call to inquire about my generator. First I was told they didnt have a record of it. After about 5 minutes on hold, they look up the information using my phone number. They found it, but didnt have any information on it as of yet. They say they will call when it was ready. I call again in August only to be told they havent worked on it and will get to it once they are done working on mowers and other yard equipment. If it is not going to be worked on until the fall, why tell me 4 to 6 weeks. Their only response was, I dont know what to tell you.

I was referred to Pauls. I have had an absolutely terrible experience. I had two mowers taken in over a month ago. The communication is absolutely horrible...I got one of my mowers back after three weeks. It didnt even last one mow and has died already. The other mower theyve had a month, still have it and wont provide any updates. Wonder why they dont have a business voice mail? Its because they dont care to call you back. I am uncertain how to handle at this point. They dont answer.. they dont call back. I will be contacting ther better business bureau.

Worst service ever! They picked up our rifing mower for a minor repair and two months later still no repaired. We called after not hearing back in three weeks on the status of our mower and the receptionist was rude. We spoke with the manager he assured us the mower would be ready in a week, and two months later no call. I highly would not recommend this business very unprofessional in every way!

One of the oldest and more dependable outdoor equipment repairmen in our area. Family owned and operated for many years. Children grew up learn from an early age now older ones do most of the work. Paul also sales some commercial lawn equipment available onsite or by express mail. Good people doing good business in your backyard.

Upon calling this business, not only was I speaking to the owner, I was speaking to someone that made me feel at home and genuine concern for what it was i was looking for. I was torn between 2 different top of the line leaf blowers, leaning more towards what this place handled and my questions were taken seriously and with honesty.I ordered the blower I wanted, no money was asked for, went to pick it up only to be met by great people start to finish. If you are looking to be treated like a person and not a number, this is the place to go. Paul is a beautiful person and radiates just that every moment you are in his presence. Definitely God made this man with love because he is full of Love!!

Excellent service by this business. When no one else would help me get my craigslist mistake back on its feet, Paul had a new engine ordered on Monday, engine was delivered on Tuesday and installed by Wednesday. He wasnt turned off by a brand he didnt represent and was able to fix some poor quality rigging from a previous owner. 5 star service.

My son added gasoline to the oil reservoir in our Toro. I brought it to Pauls and did not hear anything from them for a week. I called and they said it had not been looked at. I picked up the mower about three days later after calling them again. They said it was fixed. It was hard to start that day, and after the second mow, did not start at all. The mower was brought back to them on Saturday 07/10/16. I called today, 07/25/16 and was told that they had not looked at it yet but would get to it today; and determine if parts needed ordered. Having just shelled out close to $90 for the previous service, I decided to pick up the mower and find a reliable service company elsewhere. I have used Pauls several times and the wait time is generally UNACCEPTABLE
