I bought an Automower through Bladepro, and statistically had them do the installationOnce the installation was complete, they kept checking in to make sure everything was working to my expectations, and making sure I was happy. They have always been willing to help me, with any issues I may run into with the mower. I find they are easy to get ahold of and provide a quick response no matter what I am asking. The customer service has been great, I feel they offer a personal touch. They have consistently gone above my expectations. Whenever, I have an issue, they are willing to work with me to get it resolved, and have been willing to stop by to take a look, sometimes without much prior warning
