Make sure you look at the contract closely. Don’t be sucked in to their bull. If you see them putting a case or screen protector on your new phone that you didn’t ask for, be very suspicious. They will tell you that your phone is $300 off and you’ll pay $10 a month, after you leave, it’ll be $30 off at best, and $30 a month. Very deceitful. I emailed corporate and the owner of the Miller Ln store. Neither responded. Apparently, they both condone lies in order to sell phones.

Picked up my case that the Kettering store had this location hold for me. Shane was awesome and even put new case on my phone for me. Again another professional and friendly staff! If I could give both stores a 10 🌟, I would!!!

This little store is a hidden gem. There is never a line, they are always friendly and helpful. Unlike the anchor store in Huber where you spend more time waiting on a tech. They dont have a the merchandise but if you have issues with your current phone or need a new one. This is the place to go.

Upgraded 2 phone line and bought a bundle package. Seth Hammond was a great salesman. Didnt try to rip me off. Dealt honestly with me.2 of the 3 (young guy & young girl) other salesmen seemed competent. But stay away from Mike (bearded millennial type). Didnt seem to care how much or how little you want to buy, felt like I was imposing on his surfing & sitting time at work.

Great customer service! Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM. You will not be embarrassed. Great new products such as the Hum only $10 a month and your phone has more information about your car than you could possibly imagine, iphone 10 XSMAX with personal assistance etc., and the Note 9 with the stylus pen. Enjoy!

They are not knowledgeable about their products, and will give you incorrect information about features. I bought Moto X2 Play through the store. I had initially gone in for the the X2 Force. I was assured several times that it had the same unbreakable screen (the sole reason for getting the phone) and the only difference were the specs under the hood. I was also told there was a promotion for a free projector attachment to the phone. After an hour filling out paperwork, paying for, and activating the phone, we go to fill out the projector voucher to find that my new phone doesnt qualify. Later I find out that my phone doesnt have the unbreakable screen. I have approached management and was told that there may be nothing they can do regarding being sold a bill of goods since I didnt find out that they told me incorrect info within their 14 day return period. They are going to get back to me in a couple of days. I will change my review accordingly.As it stands, after getting several phones here, I would not get another phone through this provider, and will encourage everybody else to go somewhere else as well.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I purchased a phone charger there and it worked for two weeks and I went back with my receipt and they refused to replace it or refund my money because I didnt have the box . Why would I keep the box?If I had the box to everything Ive ever bought, I would need 6 houses to keep the boxes in! They told me it has a year warranty but I had to deal directly with Verizon because its been more than 14 days. I purchased it July 29th and attempted to return it August 13th. If they are not Verizon, why does it say Verizon on the building? I told them someone better do something about it and they said they werent going to do a damn thing about it . I then proceeded to get extremely mad and let them know what I thought about them and left . I called customer service and they gave me a full refund.

I went in just to ask a question about a phone and received great service by Martez . He showed me his new Samsung galaxy note 8 . Which is a awesome phone and I ended up buying it . He was very friendly and was fast with his service, knew all the promotions . As I was there I also met Mike ( aka Steve McBride look alike ) another worker who was amazing at his job and knew his job well . I got great Servise and would recommend this store if you have any concerns with your bill or phone .

Poor customer service. I waited 20 minutes just to purchase a USB cord. The two attendees would not let me pay for it and leave until the one of the three other people they were helping port phones were finished. We all know how long it takes to port a phone. Why they could not have me pay for my product and leave while one of these was going on is mind-boggling.

I went to this location because my phone had stopped reading my SIM card. I was told it would be a $10 fee for a new one, and the only way to get a free one would be to go to the corporate store. I was frustrated not having a working phone so I agreed. The new SIM card does not work though, so the customer service rep told me that I should maybe go to the corporate store at the mall. He said since the SIM card didnt work I could just have it. I thought it was odd that at first they would charge me but then end up just giving it to me. Then why charge in the first place? I ended up just using my phone for a few weeks with the online features since I couldnt call or text. I went to the Apple store where I was told if Verizon tried a new SIM card and it didnt work that I was just out of luck. I couldnt afford to buy a new one so I headed to a different Verizon store at The Greene. It was there I was told that the rep at this Miller Lane location did not know what he was doing, and not only removed my phone from my account but did not add the correct information to the SIM card I had. So the whole time I only needed a new SIM card, I was in and out of this location at The Greene with a working phone in five minutes. Do not go to Miller Lane, they will try and charge you for something they can obviously give away for free, and they do not appear to know what they are doing. An unsuspecting customer might have purchased a brand new phone if they were told there was nothing they could do.
