We wouldnt buy a hot tub or sauna anywhere else. Kathy is amazing and helpful. The installation crew is always great and if you need any repairs the are great to talk to and they will call to make sure everything is fixed to your expectations.

The only complaint is the wait on our tub, it’s out of local control no complaints with local hot springs dealership.Our tub works great, easy to operate, cleaning filters is easy, the heat limit is great on these hot days it protects tub from overheating.My oldest son and his wife liked ours so much they got one too!

First off let me start by saying I am a first time buyer of a Hot Tub.The first Hot Tub place we shopped at was uninterested in making us feel comfortable about buying a new Hot Tub.So we moved on and found Sheli at Hot Springs Spas in Dayton.Sheli was informative, kind, helpful, inquisitive, and wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision. Anyone in the market for a new spa should go see Sheli. She knows her product and cares.Thank You Sheli.

We were shopping around and we asked friends where they got theirs. They said and recommended Hot Springs Spas. E are so glad we asked them!Thank you for making our first hot tub buying experience so easy. Their customer service is second to none. When our tub was delivered I commented that I didn’t remember ours having dark panels. I was correct. The appointment before ours cancelled and I think that caused the mixup.I know the person who had to call and tell me we had the wrong tub dreaded making that call. But I already suspected something wasn’t right. We ordered the Excursion. We got the Excursion Premier. The only difference are the dark panels and two headrests. The tubs are identical. So we thought maybe the floor model, that wasn’t hooked up or with any water, maybe wasn’t complete.The call was very pleasant, acknowledging their error. Then for our “trouble” they gave us the nicest cover lift (get one of these!) AND two awesome robes!To top it off, I didn’t like where I had the first one so this allowed me to put the second in a better place. They used a pump to transfer the water so we didn’t have to wait for the water to reheat or lose our chemicals. We also kept our used filter.This is the only place to purchase a hot tub! Wonderful customer service and experience! Highly recommend!!Lastly, my husband has had two back surgeries and what a difference soaking in the hot tub has done for him. Which is what we hoped for.Thank you!The Masons

I ordered my Hot Springs spa in January 2021 and was told it would be delivered in early May. The salesman that I worked with on the purchase was Fred. My communications with the salesman was aggrevating and counterproductive to say the least.My hot tub was delayed due to manufacturing and several emails and phone calls did not produce any results but did end in severe frustration. Finally, in early June I called the store and was told the spa was in and delivery was set up for 2 days later. The spa was delivered but the steps were missing. When I inquired about the steps I was told that they were on backorder and they would be delivered when they were in stock. That was over a month ago. I called Fred but he was abrasive and would not provide any status on when I could expect the stairs. Mind you they charged my account for the stairs that I still have not received at the posing of this review.The delivery was smooth and uneventful but after I called the code inspector for the county to close out the required electrical permit, I found out that the installation was done incorrectly as it relates to hooking up the wiring to the hot tub. The conduit was not run to the power junction causing a possible wire chaffing. Several wires were just laying loose in the cabinet. Fustrated with the hot tub company, I called an electrician who came out and fixed the improper connection and ensured the hot tub was safe to use.I enjoy the hot tub but I believe the experience would be better if I had a good experience during the purchase and I has stairs to get in. I was not going to leave a review but the company sent me a text requesting a review so I am complying.EDIT: The owner reached out and adressed all my concerns. I appreciate the the effort to ensure I am a satisfied customer. The stairs will be delivered shortly. Thank you George.

We have dealt with George, the owner, Heather, one of the coordinators, Dell, one of the hot tub experts and Becky another one of the hot tub experts on multiple trips, calls, and interactions during our hot tub research, and eventual purchase of the High Life Grandee. Each time we have either came in or called Becky, Dell, or Heather has taken the time to answer any questions we have and we have not felt rushed or pushed in making a decision.With the pandemic going on and the factories closed we didn’t know how long it was going to be from the date we ordered our hot tub in May. When the factories opened back up our original delivery date was July 1, and with the great customer service Heather and Becky provided we were able to get our delivery date moved up to June 24.The installation of the hot tub went flawlessly and quickly we had 3 great guys that were able to get it installed and filled within 2 hours. We did encounter one issue where the hot tub was not getting hot after 8 hrs of installation the temp only increased 2 degrees. When we contacted the company, they sent George, the owner out. He told us the problem, and told us how to fix it. We give HotSpring Spa of Dayton 5 Stars since that is all I can give it but I wish I could give it more. If you are in the market for a hot tub this THE place to go.

We are incredibly happy with both our spa and with the excellent service we were provided, especially by George, the company owner. There was a factory-related damage issue with the initial spa we received and George went above and beyond to fix the problem and find us a replacement. We even (unexpectedly) received a couple robes and a handwritten note in the mail from him and his staff. We cant recommend HotSpring of Dayton more highly.

We purchased a Hot Springs Spa in the fall of 2019. We purchased the smaller 3 person spa with the salt system. This was a replacement. We had a 20 year old Jacuzzi that had done great service but finally gave up with pumps failing and piping beginning to leak. Not an unexpected situation. After a lot of research we settled on Hot Springs because of advertising, recommendations of others (who did not have one!) and some reviews.What a mistake! The spa took 6 months to get operational correctly. It would go over temperature frequently. We would go out to use it with it set to 103 degrees and find it at 110 degrees multiple times. The dealer finally replaced the controller (with an $80 dollar warranty fee) and finally discovered that if you close the lid with the pump on, the control system will overshoot the temperature and them keep right on climbing. Very poor design.Maintenance is a nightmare. Our Jacuzzi was so simple. Clean the filters once in a while and put some Bromide in and it was totally reliable. Not Hot Springs! The salt system is a disaster! It requires approximately $200 of cartridges per year. The salt exchange cartridge must be changed quarterly and $90+ per exchange. Regardless of need. We don’t use the spa with lots of people and are careful to bath before we get in so the salt system should last far longer than 4 months. As a small spa vs a large one the salt cartridge should last based on its functionality, not on some time based Hot Springs revenue favorable clock.We highly recommend that anyone considering Hot Springs look elsewhere. We are very dissatisfied. We over paid for a top of the line product and got way less than anticipated.

These guys are amazing their customer service is superior! their team is very knowledgeable and very helpful with getting you everything you need to enjoy your tub with minimum effort. Becky helped us with our grandee tub and is an amazing rep for the company. whoever the boss is best be giving Becky some mad raises! you loose her, you loose what makes your tubs sell and makes your customers want to come back. we have really enjoyed our experience and will most likely be a returning customer whenever that day comes ( long down the road I hope) when we need another tub. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a tub esp during these crazy pandemic times. I will say at first I was not too crazy about the pricing, but after learning what it all entails to include a high quality product I was sold from that moment on. Im all about quality vs quantity and if you are the same way these are the people to go to. if you are not about that you may want to rethink your position on an investment like a hot tub.

Ive purchased two spas from HotSpring Spa of Dayton over the last 15 years. The product quality from the manufacturer is good. The services - both pre-sale and post-sale - are excellent. The helped us to prepare our spa for long-term storage, and later to carefully move our spa from one home to the next. They also helped us when we had questions about wiring. They are very knowledgeable, and very helpful.

We bought a saltwater hot tub and thought it would be easy to maintain! They brought the wrong one on the day of setup and had to go back and get the right one. I called almost daily because we couldnt get the chlorine maintained in it. After a month our salt cell ran out so we are hoping it was a faulty cell. It definitely hasnt been as easy as they said it would be.

Sadly we dont use our 2019 Highlife Envoy Spa nearly enough. So it gets ignored at times. I did notice a flashing Blue light on the outside of the unit. Called Hot Spring Spa of Dayton for some assitance. Tried to troubleshoot the issue with Keith. I followed the instructions and was unsuccessful. So I called back to share the situion and Spoke with Fred, then Shelly. All of them were professional, friendly and eager to assist. The situation called for a hands-on approach so Shelly sent Paul over to troubleshoot and correct the issue. On a Friday, Paul was at my house within the hour and had the Spa fixed and functioning in 30 minutes.We cant express, enough, the incredible customer service by the Dayton Team. From the purchasing experience with Shelly and Del to the store and service with Fred, Keith and Paul, it brings me total satisfaction that we made a wise decission in purchasing our Spa from Hot Springs Spa of Dayton.

So excited about our Hot Spring Spa! We trusted the high recommendation from our massage therapist who said Hot Springs Spa creates the best hot tubs. We are not disappointed! Customer service has been great to teach us how to get our water chemicals just right. The salt system has made keeping our water crystal clear so much easier than I expected! Stopped by and had a wonderful experience. My wife and I had purchased a Prodigy Hot Springs Spa at the Dayton Store 10 years ago. It was one of the best purchases we had ever invested in. The spa helped our young daughters sleep better and made our aching muscles feel a lot better (when my wife played soccer or I had a long day at work). Now in 2017 we had decided that we wanted to upgrade to a better spa than we had before. So during a visit to my moms up in Dayton (we live on the west side of Cincinnati) we decided to swing by to see what they now had. Kathy Koebel met us at the door after walking another customer out. She was very pleasant and we both could tell that she knew her stuff when it came to Hot Spring spas. We told her that we had one for a decade and wanted to know what some of the new models were like. Not only did she let us try a few out (she provided the suits). She gave us such an incredible deal (knowing her product so well) that we could not wait on a decision. We are now the proud owners of our second Hot Springs spa (A Sovereign). At age 50 my body does not feel all that great after a day of being on my feet. I just bought my third tub in 35 years, my last tub gave me 20 years of great service with an estimate maintenance cost over 20 years of 767.23 the value I received from the folks at hot springs is priceless, four back surgery plates in my back and neck, arthritis in my hand from years as a contractor, Im in my tub, every morning, 365 day a year, evenings half that time, unless its lightening outside. FYI my first tub I sold with a home I owned, I left it behind evening knowing they would move it for free, I just need a good excuse to get a bigger model, today was the first day in my brand new tub, wow I love it, the guys did an outstanding job of taking my old tub out and installing my new tub, making sure I understood every thing about the new tub and taking the time to do that, I did not feel rush and they answer every question.you guy are awesomethank you so muchJIm ONeil

We bought a Hot Springs Spa hot tub just recently. Fred was our salesman and he was fantastic! We knew very little about hot tubs but Fred broke it down for us and really made it an easy decision! We were looking at a competitor and the Hot Springs Spa was a far better value! The whole process was very smooth and the installation was painless! We have enjoyed working with Hot Springs Spa! We went in a few weeks ago to look at replacing our 21 year old Hot Spings spa. Fred showed us three and scheduled us a swim test to try them out the next day. He had them open and ready for us; however, he left us on our own. We went home with questions about the low force of the jets in the model we currently have. The next day, we called and talked to Becky, who recommended we try it again. We went in and worked with Becky and Kathy. Both ladies were extremely helpful! They wanted to know what we were looking for, how often we use it, how often we have guests use it, etc. Becky got busy and Kathy took over helping us. We tried the spa again and she stopped by to make sure we understood how to use it. Decided it wasnt for us. Kathy recommended others for us to try, again checking on us while we were in each tub to see if we had any questions about using it. She listened to our needs and likes. She had us try a couple twice. She noticed which ones we were enjoying and which ones we were floating in. We ended up buying one that she recommended and that wasnt even on our original list. I definitely recommend Kathy or Becky and doing the soak test. You will be amazed at the differences in the models and how they feel!

HotSprings Spa was the perfect place for us to see the product and make the purchase. The support is PERFECT. Kathy is a sale person who knows her stuff. Kathy Chatty Kathy is the way to go! She engages and then listens to what the customer needs and wants. She truly is genuine in trying to help you feel like your best self. We love our hot tub. My husband gets in it almost every night even if it is 90 degrees outside. It is crucial and essential to his day. He does a lot physically everyday during his job and he looks forward to the jets massaging his back. I would highly recommend Kathy. She is very skilled, knowledgeable and will help accommodate you and your needs.

Weve had a HotSpring spa for a few years and its been great. We recently moved across Dayton and they helped move it and reconnect the electric. When it wasnt working right, their technician Keith came over on his day off to help diagnose it and he found and fixed an issue with the wiring in our house. Id definitely recommend going to HotSpring first if youre looking for a spa!

Even answering calls on her day off. We stopped in Hot Springs not too long and purchased a bigger hot tub and it was just delivered and we actually got the salt one and had SOOO many questions and even the owner came out and talked to us. I purchased a spa from Hot Springs Spa back in August and couldn’t be happier! Prior to purchasing my spa I had a bad experience with the competition up the street so I was a bit reluctant when I first walked into the store. The professionalism of the staff is hands down #1! My sales lady Becky Schuh took her time to educate me on the spas they had to offer and was so patient and understanding when it came to my needs. When I purchased my spa Kathy Koebel assisted me through my financing and answering any questions that I had. Truly a delight! At the time of my purchase the spa I had chose was not in stock and would have to be ordered. Kathy did some finagling and was able to find me one that I could get within a week which expedited my order. Also at the time of my delivery the steps for my hot tub did not come with the spa because they were in the process of being shipped from the manufacturer. Kathy once again came through and was able to get me a set of steps that they had in stock at the store that were more expensive than the ones I had previously ordered, and I was not charged the difference. She has been in constant contact with me since my purchase helping me troubleshoot any questions regarding my spa. Talk about going above and beyond! The delivery team was also very professional with their courteous approach. This is by far the best experience I’ve had from a retailer in a long time! Way to go Hot Springs Spa of Dayton! You guys are the best!!! Keep up the great work! You guys have truly brought back the meaning of “Its all about the customer!”

We went in this weekend to get prices on trading in our 4 year old hot tub. Fred was very helpful and great to deal with. He was very informative and honest with us. We appreciated that the experience wasnt high pressure and casual. We returned the following day and Fred was with a customer, Becky helped us with some minor questions in the meantime. Her strong knowledge of the systems helped us to better understand how to take care of our tub in the future. We are excited about the decision to upgrade to a system with wifi capabilities. In our opinion there isnt any place else to consider buying a hot tub.

Great customer service from Del Baker! He helped us choose the right Hot Springs spa for us, over 6 years ago. He provides prompt and accurate answers whenever I call to ask questions. Who goes out of their way to truly put SERVICE back in customer service? Hot Springs spa of Dayton! I have been a long time customer purchasing multiple spas over several years. After moving a couple of years ago I missed all the personal amenities I left with my old home. A new spa something my wife and I decided needed to be replaced sooner than later and reaching out to our friends at Hot Springs had us back enjoying the benefits in short order. But recently Kathy Koebel helped me put the final piece back in place my sauna. I have used the benefits of a sauna for years and when picking up supplies for my spa Kathy mentioned the features of the new saunas. You may think I purchased a sauna that day but I didnt I left thinking I made a new friend and that I did. Over the next few weeks we discussed several options and yes I did purchase a new sauna and couldnt be happier. I am a first time spa owner....and when we were having a problem with our unit and called the store, they were able to schedule us for servicing that same day. Brian came out to my home and stood outside in the pouring rain with my 3 overly excited muddy puppies jumping all over him. Brian took the time to explain in great detail what the issue was and what I could do in the future to keep it from reoccurring. Couldnt be happier with our Hot Springs hot tub! Their staff was extremely helpful allowing us to try out all of the hot tubs before our purchase, with no pressure at all. And Im glad we did....We ended up buying a different one than I thought I wanted. They have also been very helpful with my follow-up questions in learning to maintain our tub. It was important to me, to purchase from a company who has a reputation of providing good service. Fortunately, I havent needed it yet.We have totally enjoyed sitting in our Sovereign, watching the 8 of snow falling. Weve both had less aches and pains with regular use and our grand kids had a blast swimming in the hot pool at night.Great experience all the way around!

Thoroughly enjoying our new hot tub!! The first one lasted for 21 years and it was time to upgrade so we went back to Hot Springs! Fred was a great salesman took care of us with some good deals and also we dealt with Shelly and Heather for paperwork and delivery. Everyone is so easy and nice to deal with! The delivery guys did a super job considering it was raining the entire time they were there and they had to remove our old tub as well...great experience all around 🤗🤗Update... I had some cloudy/foamy water issues and worked with Becky to get those resolved! She was great, after a few days and suggestions from her our water is better than ever!! Thanks Becky for putting up with all my questions and texts!!😊

We have purchased two spas through Del Baker at Hot Springs. Although both purchases ended up being from their trade-in inventory we were made to feel just as important as those purchasing new. The used spas were also inspected, refurbished and delivered in like new condition. The entire staff has been more than helpful with any and all questions we’ve had to include question about the Traeger Pellet Grill we also purchased at Hot Springs.

Be careful, service after sale is not their strong suit, especially if you purchased spa from them and took great care of it over the years. There seems to be a disconnect in loyalty to us who cared for our tubs and never needed anything but an occasional new filter! Called to get price on a new cover...quoted $445+tax & $65+tax to haul the old one away & addl to install?Whats great nowadays is you can find a company selling the exact same product and get free shipping! Heck, your trash hauler will even take the old one away FREE! So be aware of price gouging!

Sunday April 14th.2019.I thought I had a bad heater on my tub.Hot Spring Spa/Model Aria. I called Hot Spring Spa of Dayton,and a Very Kind Lady By the name of Becky suggested that I try to reboot my heater by turning off the power,and pull my main filter out.Then I replaced my filter,and turned on amp box again,AND THE HEATER LIVES,IT LIVES.. The entire staff is 100% outstanding! From my initial phone conversation with Kathy, to the day I went into the store to finalize the payment and was greeted by Willis : D Everyone seems to go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. (yes, even Willis : ) Kathy basically helped me to purchase my new tub, over the phone, while she was traveling and out of the store. She continued to answer EVERY single question or concern I had with complete knowledge, and putting my worries to rest. The 2 guys that installed my new tub and took away the old one (A huge 22yr old best of a tub!) were wonderful! I got the feeling they enjoyed their work, and they did it well with great attitudes. Heather was also extremely helpful and understanding when I called to explain Id accidently written the check from the wrong account. After 20 yrs of owning a Classic hot springs tub.. I sadly had to lay it to rest. Using saws to cut it up.. The internal construction revealed why it stood the test of time!!I could not recommend a higher quality & efficent spa!!
