Asked to get some advice on where to begin to make my pool a saltwater pool and she had no clue. She said I just needed to read directions:/ I don’t have any directions to look off of! I don’t even know what to get!! You think they would know because they are a pool service store!

We went into the store Tuesday Morning May 25th, ordered DE for our filter and an o-ring for our pool filter. They had neither in stock so it had to be ordered, we expected it to be 1 to 2 days before it came in, it is now June 2nd and still not in, as our pool gets greener due to fact we cannot run filter, use chemicals, etc., Very disappointed in the fact that it has taken so long to get our order. We could have ordered online through In the Swim and had it within 2 days, we will know in the future where to go for our pool needs. Totally disappointed in the service and they seem not to be overly concerned that we are not happy.I have left multiple messages asking for a reply, which they say they will call asap, no calls yet. Nothing. No communication from them. when I called today to check on order it sounded like a childs message then an older woman saying they were with another customer and would return the call. NOT! I called for an hour straight. No answer. NOTHING. I dont call this good customer service.We miss Stivers Pool supply in Lewisburg. We could go in there and always get what we were after, ask any question and get a good answer, he always took the time for his customers to help them in any way.

I attempted to be a return customer. My hot tub broke down. Attempted to make contact with these people for 2 weeks.. for two weeks I left messages. My messages were ignored. I spoke to the owners sister who is extremely rude.. obviously because she thinks shes family its okay to be rude to customers. I tried to explain regardless of how busy a business can be that it is important to get back with customers. She told me I could take my business elsewhere. I will do just that. Thanks for nothing Not At Anybodys pool service!

They are always nice and helpful. They always have answers to my questions and, if not, they go the extra mile to make sure the get the answer for me if needed.

We dont own a pool or hot tub, but I stopped in to pick up some pool chemicals which we use when tie dyeing. These folks were friendly and knowledgeable.
