Pricy but quality

Friendly staff goes above and beyond for customers

The staff was nice and friendly but I found my manicure leaving much to be desired. My friends manicures looked great. Maybe the nail tech I had was having an off day. Still pretty disappointing.

Colleen Andes and her team are the best out there in pampering their clients! The salon is beautiful and relaxing! I have been going here for 7 years now, and have always had wonderful experiences! Ask for Kayla Morris for hair color, she is excellent!

I really love 252 salon and Medspa in Centerville Ohio!!!!!!! Aside from the fact that is an absolutely gorgeous salon.... Colleen Andes the owner of the salon is the sweetest most generous person. She takes time with her clients and treats each and everyone of them special....You feel like a queen!!! Teas, coffee, hot chocolate or a refreshing glass of ice water......... A real treat if you want pampered for a day..... I love her!!!!!!Other stylists are available for services as well. Right when I enterd the Salon I was greeted so wonderful smile! I had no appointment but 5 minutes later I was laying a massaging chair getting my hair washed! Andrea was the sweetest young lady, she listened to what I wanted as a hair cut and it turned out perfect! The office was very clean and honestly the prices where very fair! I recommend this salon to everyone! All around d a wonderful expensive

Colleen has been my hairdresser since 4th grade when my mom and I first visited her at Michael’s Salon. We’ve since followed her to 3-4 different salons before she opened 252 West Salon & MedSpa which is Dayton’s #1 Salon & Medspa! Colleen has done my hair for every important event in my life – high school homecomings and proms, family and friend weddings, birthday makeovers and finally my wedding day. When I started planning my destination wedding in Naples, FL I knew that Colleen needed to be the one to do my hair. Colleen graciously accepted and brought all her hair products and tools right to my hotel suite! It was very convenient, and she styled my hair, my mom’s, a junior bridesmaid’s and a flower girl’s hair including incorporating a flower crown into the little one’s hair. When the schedule became a bit rushed due to the little ones playing extra long with their cousins, Colleen’s daughter Chanelle jumped right in and helped finish up the youngest girls’ hair so that we were all ready for pictures. Colleen and Chanelle also helped me bustle my dress and veil before the reception and remove my veil after our first dance. Colleen also did my hair for our rehearsal dinner, and I gave her very little time to style it, but it came out perfectly even despite the intense humidity! I live in California now, and I haven’t lived in Ohio for more than 18 months since 2008 but I still come home to have my hair done by Colleen because I don’t trust anyone else. If you want someone who has styled hair at NY Fashion Week, someone who has started their own salon and medspa and someone who is genuinely kind and funny and who will make you feel beautiful on your special day, no matter the location of your event, then look no further than Colleen and the amazing staff at 252 West Salon & MedSpa!

I had a horrible experience at this salon! I called before I made an appointment and asked them if they could dye my hair to match my roots. After four hours of being there my hair was completely ruined and nowhere close to the color I wanted. The hairdresser even tried to say it was my fault the color turned out bad. I ended up having to pay over $200 for a haircolor I absolutely hated because I signed a contract before they colored my hair saying they werent liable. It was a waste of money and a waste of time. I wouldnt go to this salon again if it was the last salon on earth!

I met with 252 West Salon & MedSpa director Lisa Harmon last week and we had a great time. 252 has been open since 2009 and is owned by Colleen Andes and Cathy Evans. The reception area sets the tone for your visit with it’s warm, welcoming, relaxing and very upscale feel. They have truly become your “One Stop Shop” for all of your beauty needs with several additional services like an on-site make-up artist, weight loss management (complete with coaches and diet), overall wellness planning, massage therapy and a full MedSpa (w/ Doctor on premises). You will be able to find the most cutting edge technology in skincare coming in the very near future. The salon employs 9 stylists that not only provide the latest in haircuts but they also feature coloring and extensions. They even have their own product line “Eufora”.
