And, Steve and his group performed the job two days after I decided to go with them.Through experience, I’ve found it’s hard to get people in this line of work to stick to deadlines. This was absolutely not the case with Steve and his group. They self-set and met all the deadlines. Friendly group. No headaches at all and I will continue to go back to them with help on my gutters. Comparing prices with other window cleaning companies, superior is not the cheapest, BUT they are the best value. You get what you pay for! They are a small local business out of Dayton. Carlee at the main office is friendly and helpful with scheduling. Steve, the owner, even accompanied his team on the job. This is the third time we have used Superior, and we will keep using them.

Steve and Austin did an amazing job cleaning our windows! They were very good at communicating with us their time of arrival or any other information needed before they came to our house. Our original day to have our windows cleaned ended up being a very rainy day and they were great at calling us right away to find out if we wanted to reschedule. Steve and Austin were very professional but also kind and courteous. They even followed COVID-19 guidelines and wore masks when entering my house to work on the inside of our windows. Overall a great experience and my windows look amazing! Will use them again in the future!

Ive had Superior clean my gutters and flush my down spouts for two years now. Ive also had them wash my exterior windows. We have a very high roof pitch and our windows are very high off the ground. Each time Superior has done work for us, we have been very pleased. Steve and his crew members are extremely nice, thorough and efficient. When they clean the gutters, they clean up after servicing and do not leave a mess.They do an excellent job on the windows too. I highly recommend this company.

We were moving and needed to have are gutters flushed. They came out and did an awesome job. Are hoses were packed up and were didnt have any equipment to wash away pebbles left by a storm and they removed them for us. Great customer service.

Fantastic job installing gutter guard as well as cleaning and fixing the existing gutters. Our gutters were a wreck--pulling away from the house and sagging in places, but they tightened everything down nice. The cleaning and fixing was included in the price of gutter guard installation, which was very affordable. Following installation, they did a thorough walk-around inspection with us to ensure our satisfaction. They also took before and after pictures for us. I had no idea how bad our gutters were until we saw these; its a very different view than that from the ground. Team arrived promptly, and they were very polite. I requested a quote on the internet and within 24 hours they quoted the job for my gutter cleaning at my home. Not only was the quote thorough, but they even listed their insurance coverage as well as their workers compensation certificate. I called to follow up on the quote and spoke with Jane in the office. She was incredibly friendly and I could tell she truly cared about giving great customer service. She scheduled my service for within a week. The day before I was scheduled to have the work done, Jane called and left me a voice mail reminder that they would be out the next day to clean. The day of the cleaning there was a hiccup in the scheduling, but Jane corrected the issue by having another team come to my residence and perform the scheduled work. They arrived when I was supposed to have the original service completed so there were no issues. The owner took great care of me. He was polite, friendly and overwhelming gracious for the opportunity to earn my business. He demonstrated to me his understanding that customer service means everything. I do everything I can to support businesses within Dayton. They understand that bad service makes the difference between a one time customer and a multiple times per year customer.
