I called Kettering Maintenance Services and got a quote the same day from Jake who is the owner. He was very professional and was able to start my job the next day. Keep in mind, this was also in late December. Its a slower time of year for painters. He was able to completely paint the interior of my in about 3 days time. That was very convenient as Im remodeling my entire home and needed it done quickly. I was fortunate that my job leaves me time to be home during a good portion of the day, so I got to know him pretty well. He is very personable, trustworthy and easy to work with. I felt comfortable leaving him by himself at my house while I had to run errands one of those days as well. My family and I are always looking for contractors like this. Theyre very hard to find. He will be my painter for a long time to come. I will recommend him to anyone who needs painting done right! Excellent job Jake!

Cant say enough positive about Kettering Maintenance Services. Jake has a great work ethic and very personable guy, easy to work with. He quickly fixed some drywall issues caused by a leak around the chimney and looks good as new. Cleaned up afterwards so no mess for me to deal with. Jake with Kettering Maintenance has done work for me before. His work was solid and price was more than fair which is why I called him again this time. The work on my roof was not something he was going to be able handle in this case, but he was able to get the right people over for me to finish out the roof repairs.
