I live in San Diego and needed an item I won at auction picked up from a Goodwill store nearby. I worked with Karen and John and both were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to help me out by picking up the item (it was fragile and valuable), packing it very safely, and shipping it out quickly. I cant speak highly enough of the service I received from this store, and while I probably wont have the opportunity to use them again, I would highly recommend that you trust them to do a great job!

I just went to print a tabloid and letter size. I took them 10 min to figure out that their printer is offline and asked me to email the document. How come a printing shop does not know printing a tabloid size from a doc file or image file? I also had to explain more than three times which document is needed to print and what size paper. The guys explanation is he still re-learning. And the guy was on the phone. This is the second time I had such unpleasant experience here.

In a word, Amazing! First off, the place is easy to find. Second, the facility is absolutely astonishly clean and well organized. Last, but not least, the staff is warm, friendly, and efficient even though Im deaf, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!😊

I have been to this store many times and the staffs are very helpful. Recently I went to this store to notarize my documents and the person who did is very kind and patience, I am really appreciate for the help. Definitely I will come back for all my shipping services

This store is a gem. Karen and Jon (no H!) are always patient with me when I tell them I am not good at using my smart phone features. I have only been there once in the afternoon, but those gentlemen were also very kind and helpful. Their customer service has been great, the store is easy to get to and to use. Everyone is always wearing a mask, so I also feel very safe.

Thanks UPS. This location is great to work with. Very organized and efficient. I had to ship some packages to my daughter at college and though her campus address is strange, they made sure we got it shipped correctly. Thanks for your help Karen and Drew.

Woman behind counter quite rude when accepting package to mail. Gave me the wrong instructions on what she needed to ship my package. Then she got irratable with me because there was little to no phone service inside their store and I could not pull up the incorrect item on my phone that she instructed me that I needed. The gentleman that took her place to assist me was of great help, even directing me to wifi and PW that their store offers due to it often times dropping network for other people using their phones. He done a fabulous job.

Have been using this store over the last few weeks to ship valuable comics in a variety of box sizes. The service people have been very friendly and efficient, and the store is extremely clean and organized!

I just learned of this new location literately on 11/16/19. I could tell yes, they are brand new store. I met the owner and couple of the employees, Extremely friendly. Im confident once they get the hang of things, this will be a very good location for surrounding area. I read a review about a simple request. This wasnt there usual place, Im sure they have been opened a longer time, and likely owns more than one store. Theres always a learning period to every new store and owner in any business. This particular owner is eager, and even went out of his way to drive a package to actual hub, because the driver had already been there and left. Its getting to be busy time of year for UPS and stores. So maybe this location little slow to you, or maybe they dont have all your answers yet. Im sure UPS will assist them as needed. So cut some slack to new the guys. Honey goes a lot further than salt. I wish them best in luck with there first holiday season. Im sure ill be seeing more of them in my future.

Thank you UPS! I had gotten myself in over my head with shipping an expensive item at a lady I had sold it to in Atlanta...... They stepped me though correct way to package it and made sure the item would be tracked, insured, and a signature required upon arrival. Thank you for helping me and my lack of shipping knowledge! It is great to have sometime actually take their time with you and not just hurry you along. I will come in better prepared next time, thanks to your shipping 101 class:)

I recently shipped several large, one of a kind paintings from this UPS location. The staff had a can do attitude and handled my shipment with the highest degree of professionalism. This UPS store is conveniently located with ample parking, a friendly, knowledgeable staff and is now my go to shipping location.

I recently lost my drivers license at a TSA checkpoint out of state. It was found and turned over to the airport lost and found office. They were willing to ship it to me if I sent them a prepaid UPS shipping label. I was short on time and called The UPS Store for help. Karen was able to create and email the label directly to the airport, who then shipped my license overnight! Thanks for saving the day Karen and staff!

I stopped in and spoke to the owner and 3 of his employees. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations.If you want a place where people actually care, go here. You wont be disappointed.

So excited to have a UPS in such a convenient location in Dayton! Even during the holiday rush, I was able to get my package mailed off quickly. The manager and her staff were very friendly and helpful!

I read the reviews and went to this store based on the good reviews. Had a simple request, took them a bit to figure out. Excuse: we just opened - still learning how to do this. Shouldnt you have trained before opening? I dont normally leave reviews but come on, this is a UPS store right? I dont have any issues at the store in Centerville. I came here because its close to work and the reviews are good but in reality they need to go train more. Spent more time here than necessary. I might give it another shot once they have trained with other people.

Needed several documents in color and on cardstock for a committee meeting that same night. Was able to email the pdf and details for an easy pickup a few hours later. Thank you for the friendly, efficient service and convenient parking/location! I will definitely return.

I thought the store near my house in Huber Heights was bad but at least they seem to know what they are doing. I guess I will continue using that store vs the one near where I work.
