I highly recommend Buckeye Laptop. I took 2 previous Apple products to other repair shops with results that were less than acceptable. From the first time I walked in the door at Buckeye it was a pleasurable experience. The price I was quoted for repair was very reasonable. When I brought my product in for repair it was done in a very timely manner. I will be returning to Buckeye Laptop the next time I have the call for repairs. I highly recommend them.

I brought in two VHS tapes for digital conversion. They explained the process and pricing in a very patient manner using comprehensible straight forward language.They explained what I should expect and the timeframe. They delivered on everything exactly as stated and they completed the project the very next day, much sooner than anticipated. I was born too early in the last century to ride the technology wave. When something goes wrong with my laptop I live at the mercies of others who have. There was a problem with the screen displaying anything at all when I booted up so I sought out Buckeye Laptop because it was conveniently located downtown. The service was friendly, the possible issues and respective solutions were explained to me clearly. Turns out the trouble was a connection problem that was rather easily fixed and very affordable. It was five star service for me.

I took in my laptop after spilling coffee on it. They presented options regarding replacement of the hard drive vs purchasing a new laptop. Ultimately I chose to purchase a refurbished laptop from them, and it has been great! I was so happy with it, when I decided later that I wanted to get a very small laptop for travel, I went back and purchased from them. Service is great! Always friendly, and they went the extra mile to make me comfortable that I was making informed decisions about my purchases. In the future if I need repairs, or am in the market for a new computer I will definitely go Buckeye Laptop!

Really great place. Really close to UD campus as well. Normally you have to pick convenience or quality and with them, I got both. Luckily I didnt need anything repaired but they updated everything I needed as well as performed other maintenance tasks to make sure I was set!

I spill the water on my laptop yesterday afternoon, and I cannot turn it on after that. I was so worry about this. Because I have projects due this week. I search online and decide to send it to Buckeye laptop here in Dayton. They are very nice, I drop it around 5 pm yesterday, and they contact me today around oclock pm after diagnosed my laptop. The lady was so nice! she calls me several times to let me know their process and try their best to fix it. Great price and great services.

This is the best place to go for computer help in Dayton! I just started my first week of my last semester of classes last month, and my computer died on me! Talk about someone having a major breakdown. Annette and Donovan are wonderful! Buckeye laptop has great customer service and will give you what you need for youre price range. I have a galaxy 7 edge phone, the glass on the phone is very expensive but I ended up paying 3x less amount. They fixed my phone and it looked brand new. They are awesome!!!

Thanks to Buckeye Laptop technician, they were able to turn it on and fix my iphone that Apple store technician was not able to do so.At Apple Store: After hours of diagnosis the phone was not charging and finally I agreed to change it to factory setting, unfortunately, Apple Stores technician was not able to charge my phone or turn it back on. The factory reset process was not complete. The only recommendation the Apple technician had was to purchase a new phone.

Absolutely hands down the best place to take your laptop to. They did testing to see what was wrong and kept in contact during the process. Once it was determined that it was my hard drive they explained the options that I had available and were very knowledgeable in what they do. I took their suggestion to go with the ss hard drive and I will never not have a ss hard drive. They are amazing at what they do and keep you as a customer always in mind as to what you want to do with your laptop. I will never take my laptop anywhere else.

Buckeye replaced battery in iPhone 5S. 1/2 day turn time, reviewed phone performance with me before I left. very friendly and easy to talk with.

Took my computer in for repair. My antivirus crashed my computer by locking out Internet connections. They repaired it fast and the price was not inflated. I was unable to get some of my Windows 7 functions working to my satisfaction and their staff worked on my computer without additional charge to get me up and running. Annette and Cody were at all times professional, helpful and friendly.

I was referred to come here by a good friend of mine. And at first I wasnt sure since it was a used laptop store so I did some shopping around and priced some of the laptops and found other places to just be way over priced for what I needed. So I ended up giving this place a try! And Im so glad I did! Everyone here was so helpful and I was immediately drawn to a laptop that had my name on it! I cant complain. I had a broken screen on a 15.4 laptop and they fixed it within days, even though they had to order the new screen. The repair went well; my screen works just like new ever since I got the new screen. I paid around $170 for it. I dont know if thats high or low.

I went to buckeye because I like supporting local business, and I really didnt want to send my IPad to Apple. Long story short, it did take quite a while to get my IPad repaired, but it was due to extenuating circumstances, and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Annette was extremely courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I was given a discount for my inconvenience and the IPad is back in perfect working order. I recommend Buckeye because they are personable and take pride in their work.Also if you need a laptop you can get a good one for an extremely reasonable price there. College students and parents take heed.

Not very efficient with returning computers as promised. This place had trouble with their help and took them a week to get back in touch with them after attempting to making several phone calls.
