We have used this place for 15+ years,both for our 2 Family owned Businesss and Personal, each time Mark the Manager has been excellent accomodating in difficult situations, he even let my 96 year old aunt take a selfie with her new phone, made her day

This was the 1st Time being @ this Storage Place. The Storage we used was just the right size for the stuff we had. Plus there was room to get around in it just in case we need to look thru it some things or take something out.

I always seem to use this storage area anytime I need to store things. Very nice person working the desk, very helpful. I have not had any problem with the area that I use no wet items, know theft. I guess its my go to when I need to store items.

This is my second time storing here. The first time was when my husband passed away and I needed a place to store his model train sets. I have since sold those train sets and remarried. Now my son in law needed a place to store his vintage furniture where it would be safe from rain and other hazards. This facility has remained as solid as the foundation it is built on.

I would not recommend if you are planning on renting a unit for more than 3-4 months. Multiple price hikes for current customers, yet they can offer new customers competitive rates. Otherwise the experience was fine.

Very Clean and good pricing. Mark was helpful and showed me the units available and went over everything. He took his time and made sure everything was good. i will use again.

This storage facility is the best one around!Mark, the manager, takes pride in this place, and he makes sure it’s in tip top shape each and every day. He is always friendly and very helpful, which I really appreciate! I wanted temperature controlled indoor units that are reasonably priced, safe, clean, secure, and convenient! This place had everything I wanted!

The two ladies that worked helped me get a storage unit fast and easy. Due to the tornado they found great discounts for my family and I and even accommodated some snacks and water for my kids and I. There was a gentleman named Mark there at the facility that walked me through the different types of units that might fit my need. He supplies that he sold me such as a lock that I had forgotten to buy. We did the paperwork and I now have a unit there at iStorage. Thank you. Facility looks nice and well kept also.

I have never done self-storage before, so I called and spoke with a guy named Mark. He was a very helpful and informative. I decided to check them out and visit. He showed me my options and told me everything I needed to know. He was a great help. Now I am just waiting on the wife to let me know if downsizing and storage is what she really wants. If it is, I will definitely go back and see mark in the Shiloh Springs location.

I had been going through some stuff with my gf and ended up having to move out on my own and I was worried about not having anywhere to keep all my things until I had another place for myself, but with a quick Google search I had found Simply and came up there and talked to the guy up there, I know his name was Mark and he had glasses. My tip to anyone interested... Get that guy! If hes not there that day or something, come back another day, just make sure you get him. He was really cool and just chill. He got all his talking points out to me but they didnt feel scripted like youd expect, like he acted like a normal understanding person, and something about that is super valuable to me Idk what it is. He asked what I was needing the storage for but he didnt do it in an obtrusive way, it was like he had a legitimate interest in my needs almost. Idk man its kinda hard to explain just take my word on it and get his service. The dude was just cool and I gotta give props, so good on you Mark with the glasses

Came back to Dayton to move uncle into assisted living, my nephew found this place, during this process Mark explained everything, was very patient with my uncle,place is clean, while we were unloading truck Mark stopped let us know he was leaving for the day ,checked to see if we needed anything else, very happy with service, He made things a lot easier.

Nephew was in middle east anything that was needed Mark took care of, communicated everything, even when he got back and was stationed in Florida and we were moving out, Mark checked on us let us know were the simply storages were near his living quarters.

Stopped in here to check out pricing, putting house on market,was suggested by family, very busy the manager mark was doing paperwork with 2 ladies ,he told me he would be with me as soon as he was done, even with another women in office being loud and rude,tried to walk behind the counter, he kept everything moving, he took me out showed me 2 units 1 climate controlled . place is clean, very busy that time of day, people at units all very friendly mark spoke to each one, when we are ready we will be doing business here

Grandfather has storage here, whole family uses it, only negative is some of the asst managers, do not explain things, not very friendly, very short, office closed,i am giving 5 stars because Marcus has always took time to fix other employee mistakes, i have been running late and he would wait for me, other just got rude.was concerned when I saw the company had been sold ,Marcus reassured me everything will be fine and he will communicate any changes
