I really like the detailed diagnostic report which they send prior to performing repairs. The owner, Paul Dixon, then follows up with a call to discuss the repairs needed to make sure one has a thorough understanding of what will be done. Ive started taking all our cars to Dixons and Ive been very happy with that decision.

Ive brought my car in for repairs twice, and I have been satisfied each time. Dixons does great work, theyre fast, theyre reasonably priced, and all of my interactions with staff have been pleasant. Plus, I got to pet Shop Kitty!

Theyve done a great job with all the vehicles theyve fixed for us! Today specifically, they were able to fit my vehicle in even though they were crazy busy, and fixed an super simple issue that my husband and I originally thought was gonna be a huge deal, and took a huge load of stress off me. They did great with my husbands car a few months back, my dads hopeless-cause-of-a-van, and now my SUV. Naturally I put coolant in my brake system and immediately drove it to Dixon automotive wherePaul and the receptionist were so kind and helpful. I had to leave my car there due to the fact t they would not be done u till the next morning. Well Paul called me at 7 p.m. told me my car was done he stopped off all of my fluids and fixed a mistake someone else made with nmybreaks. Im seriously impressed. 😋 thanks paul

We use to.live less than a mile from Dixons automotive.. We have had several needs for their services and have never been cheated, over priced or let down. We now live in Eaton Ohio and make the drive to place any repair in their care. Not many business as fair and honest as this one is.
