Worst nail experience! I wish I could tell you the guys name who did my nails to warn you NOT to ever go to him. You can’t even tell in the image how badly each one of my fingers was cut up. He never cleaned up the dip or filed it down around my cuticles so it’s literally over my nail and onto my skin and makes the nails look terrible. Many of my nails came out crooked and badly shaped. He seemed to have an attitude when I told him I wanted to change my toe nail color because the color he choose didnt match my hands AT ALL! And said there was nothing closer so I went up myself and found a color that matched better. The service was extremely expensive for the poor job provided. He never even put anything on my fingers when they were bleeding. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK! Beware of this place!

I have been here a few times. The place is always clean and the nail techs are professional. There are a few ladies and one man that I prefer to do my nails though, as some of the others dont do as great of a job and may miss a nail with one of the coats of gel polish or something like that. Overall though, usually it is a good experience.

I love it! I was a walk-in, they promptly started with me. The technician was very gentle, very quiet which I loved. Everything was super clean andsterilized. Price was great, $30 for a gel manicure. I will recommend this place to anyone.Update: after a week they were already chipped.... see third pic.

Made an early appointment 10:30. Called them to let them know I was running 10 min late, I get there to get no service. They had me wait. Caucasian lady walks in, immediately gets service as I am waiting almost 30 minutes for service. The person I specifically made an appointment with, starts working on another client as I am still waiting. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else where they immediately attended to me WITHOUT making an appointment. I am a paying customer and tip well and this was my second time coming in here for service and will be my last! I feel they discriminate here and will only attend to certain kinds of people.

Really really nice. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this one really stood out. I love the way my nails look! I really recommend this salon.

I went there for the first time this week, and got a simple gel polish manicure. The woman who did my nails was very sweet, but I dont think that she had much experience. She told me she was only working there 3 months. The polish was old and thick and may nails are sticky on top! She put too many layers on and theyre very fat and look puffy! Wont go back!

Love this place for nails. My recommendation for acrylics is Tom. He is a meticulous perfectionist however he is also quite time efficient.

Went there yesterday with my daughter and got Kelly and Ricky. Both were extremely rude and rough. Kelly was way too rough with my hands and didnt do anything I asked her too. I wanted my nails long but she did them short. She told me dont watch the nails basically telling me she knows what shes doing and Im not too worry about it. All she did was compare the short nail to the others and make them all short instead of doing the short one over and making them all the length I requested. Ricky did my daughters nails. He was very rude and unprofessional. When he first walked up to us he had an attitude and was impatient even though he had no customer to take care of. He was just sitting in the back idly. When he had her in front of him he asked her if she had a boyfriend and if she was picky. Mind you, he is old enough to be her grandfather and a total stranger. Very creepy. He was throwing the nails on the table because they were stuck together and had issues with the glue working with the nail. He kept cursing while dealing with all this. It was a circus and she felt uncomfortable. She showed him the picture of how she wanted her nails done but he told her to put the phone away, he knows what hes doing. It was ridiculous. But as it was our first time, we took it easy and didnt complain much. She told him respectfully that he was being too rough but he continued to do it as he was doing before. She told him that one of the nails were crooked and he refused to fix it. He said he wasnt done. Halfway through the process he had to put on GLASSES. The nail was left crooked and her top coat was grainy. Her nails all look shaped slightly uneven. All of this was not worth $74 plus tips. We wont be back. If this is how they will carry on then their business will suffer regardless of how pretty it looks inside.

Ive been there several times and each time I had a different nail technician; each one has been better than the one before. Love the atmosphere and they treat you like royalty. Love the place.The bad part there is their appointments. They are very disorganized when it comes to appointments. Twice I tried to do appointments and twice they had problems with them; which worked out perfect because i am very happy trying different people.In general the place is amazing and very relaxing. This is the only salon I go to for my dips or anything else! I see Jessica and she does the dip so well that they last me a month lol fantastic. They are also very clean and have a full time cleaning lady on staff.

I have been going here for a few years now & i will never go anywhere else! I’m a licensed cosmetologist, therefore I’m trained in nails & sanitation & they are by far the cleanest nailsalon I’ve found in south Florida. I go to Jenny (one of the owners) & she is AMAZINGGGG! She genuinely cares about the work she puts out & makes sure that you leave there loving your nails! Being a hairdresser & bartender, my hands are always wet & my nails have always lifted.. until i started going here! I recommend new nails & Jenny to everyone i know & not one has been disappointed yet!!

I travel and go to a lot of different salons. New Nails is the most sanitary Ive seen. That is important to me. When they prepare for you they get a new sealed bag of tools from the sanitizer. Since the pedicure bags have come out a while ago they make your bath in a clean bagged tub. It was a great invention, they always were good about spraying and cleaning now its even better. They are a Vietnamese salon, Ive read some of the reviews that say they didnt do as asked, I can only imagine the they didnt understand. Jenny the owner seems so kind and helpful. Hard worker. Her and her husband have worked to get the new place next door and hired more techs. Im sure there might have been some growing pains with so many new techs but Jenny will mold them to her way of gentle kindness Im sure.

While I did not get her name the girl who did my nails was younger she was very sweet but seemed not to know what she was doing at all - I left the salon with nails over polished to the point they were bulging off my nail and one that was smudged (I got gel and couldn’t have done it) so I went back in for a fix and she just layered more and more polish on top! When I pointed out she didn’t file my nails she scuffed it and had to layer more polish! This isn’t okay, as someone who deals with anxiety and find it difficult when people are rude and even to speak up I quietly tell her that I am not upset but she can not do someone’s nails like this... and she giggled. I am only 18 and I know that that is unprofessional as hell! Leaving it here seeing as this is extremely long..

The only reason I would come to this shop is because of Tom. Tom is an angel sent! He was always attentive to my mother and I. He always went out of his way to fit us in for appointments. He took his time with us and always did a fantastic job with our nails. Losing Tom is a HUGEEEEEE loss for this place. I’ve had my nails done by other people here and they are nothing compared to Tom. Unfortunately, I will never come here again. What a shame!

The service was ok. They did get to me quickly but the man that did my nails didnt ask for what I wanted and just did his own thing and ened up hurting me all around. I wouldnt recommend if you wanna do powder nails

I have been going here for about 3 years. The people overall have been very nice but since they switched locations to a few doors down they have been awful!. Im not sure if the current owners have taken over recently or not but prior them switching I never had to deal with them directly. Now Ive dealt with them a few times and am not happy. I sometimes have my son with me and hes very well behaved. The owner Van or Ven not sure how to spell his name gave my son and I dirty looks and nasty comments the last 3 times I went in there. And even Jenny his wife had the nerve to go over to my son who was sitting by himself at the front of the store and was telling him to turn down my phone that it was to loud. First off my phone is not loud and secondly if it was to loud for the store not quite sure why she couldnt ask me to have him turn it down. No instead she waited til I got up to wash my hands to go speak to him. Hes 5 and felt awful. He put the phone down and his head down and looked sad. I called him over immediately and hugged him I felt so bad these people treated him like this. I had planned on getting more done but told Jenny I am over being treated this way and I am going to leave and never come back. They also raised their prices pretty significantly since they moved as well. THIS IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE!!! Steer clear if you are forced to bring a child with you to get your nails done. As a single parent this is my reality and will find another place.

Went to get my nails done this past weekend here for the first time. Asked for shellac mani/pedi.. and got excellent service at the lowest price so far! Def recommend.

First time at this nail salon. I chose a gel manicure for $25, and 5 days after, my gel started to peel off on 5 out of 10 fingers. Ive never had this happen before after having multiple gel manicures. The application felt rushed and looked shoddy (gel polish step 1 all over my skin under the UV light) before I left the salon.The whole point of gel is to have it last longer than a traditional manicure. Not impressed whatsoever and will more than likely not be going back if I actually want to get my moneys worth out of my nails.

Ive never been so embarrassed in my entire life.Ive been coming here for over a year. Ive seen the same nail teach Kim and weve had a good relationship since I come every two weeks. The last time I came my nail color didnt match with my toes and I mentioned this to her, all I said was literally I dont think they match but its ok paid and left as usual. Yesterday, (2 weeks later) I went back and once she saw I was there she walked over without saying hello or anything she says to me, make sure you pick your color and that it matches I dont want the same problem as last time! She even walked to the paints and grabbed a color and made an example of color matching, and walks away.I was shocked because Im not problematic at all and there were a few people and they were looking, so obviously I was embarrassed . So I waited 30 mins which never happens since I have an appointment, but ok, finally she called me over to her chair and I asked her calmly, Im not sure what happened but I didnt have a problem last time and you were rude to me just now as soon as I walked in. She literally takes her tray and says Im not doing your nails and walks away. I was so confused, mind you I have my 7 year old whos watching this and Im going out of town so its not like if I can leave and go elsewhere plus its 6pm.So another tech comes over and apologizes, still I had no idea why she was being so mean and rude. Even my kid asked what happened to her? I honestly wanted to walkout but I sat and let another tech do the job since I was in need of it.While this is going on, she goes and happily greets another customer and starts doing her instead. No apologies nothing, she acted as if went off on her which I did not, at all! I didnt even raise my voice, thats not my personality.I honestly have never been treated like this and Ill look for another salon after yesterday. I dont care how good of a nail tech you are, if you are mean and nasty you will loose people. No one deserves to be mistreated or embarrassed like this especially being a paying customer who comes every two weeks.

Don’t listen to the lady about the kid friendly thing I have been getting my nails done there since I first started doing my nails which was about 6 years ago and it was because my mom been going there sine I was about 7 I’m 19 now and Jenny is my favorite person she is very kind and attends to any issues and whenever I go with my mom to get our nails done there is no issue or complaints I have two younger siblings I bring with me they r 2 and 3 they been going with us since they were newborns mind u they run around Nd we give them the phone to stay still but out of respect we turn down the volume ourselves cause it’s disturbing others and u have to think of that they are very kind people so yes I would recommend and say it’s a kid friendly place cause I bet that lady son wasn’t told in a bad way he was probably just embarrassed so don’t and there new location is very better it is clean and u get treated properly.

Very busy place. Feel very rushed and the lady that did my nails was very rude. Snatches the money out your hands and if you ask her to fix a mistake they made they get mad and tell you they dont want to deal with you any more. They have lost my business and everyone else I referred there.

SECOND time I’ve made an appointment here and they run 45 min behind. Didn’t even receive a courtesy call to let me know they’re late. If you have time to waste then go here.

Umm first off when this lady that worked their did my nails she made them very crooked (I got acrylic nails) then the gel nail polish that I had on from before she didn’t even take it all off and then when she was preparing my nails she didn’t push back my cuticles last she painted all around my nail and barely painted the actual nail correctly

I went today because I heard it was a new location and when I got the bill I was shocked I payed $53 for acrylic nails and with gel for my hands and for the type of style I never pay that much the most is $35 at other salons and also I had a bold guy I don’t know his name but he was rude as hell and was rough on my nails I didint like that one bit so unfortunately I will not be back
