I’ve went to multiple nail salons, including Posh and ALWAYS left upset and disappointed. However, BLUSH has been amazing since the very first visit! I’ve gotten my nails done by Van, Tony & Ana and I was satisfied each and every single time! From the design to the shape, they’ve always got it right and I’ve never been unsatisfied by their customer service either. And last but not least, I definitely want to thank the receptionist because she gracefully maintains the flow and gets everyone accommodated as quick as possible! Blush is my forever nail home.

I was referred and normally see Don. Made 1st appointment of the day. I assume to get to another customer, Im really not sure why...but he rushed thru my services. The problems I pointed out were ignored. Asked if he could smooth the dry skin on my foot. He declined. I DID NOT TIP NOR WILL I RETURN. How unfortunate.....

Seems the owners don’t care about bad reviews, they reply to none of them, but hopefully, this will help someone else trying to decide if to go here, this is a VERY busy nail salon, I imagine it’s because SOME of the nail techs are really good! Their issue in my opinion, is customer service, unprofessionally treatment to clients and because they are so busy… they can careless if you choose to not come back… sad!!!Went here yesterday for a dip manicure & regular pedicure. Been going here for maybe 5 months. The lady doing my manicure was in such a hurry… she was aggressive with my polish removal, it was HORRIBLE!! I’m not one to ever complain while being serviced but after the second cut on my fingers because of her negligence I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING! I asked her to please slow down, you’ve cut me twice already, she started yelling at me and said “I don’t see no blood, you’re fine, I’m doing my best, next time get gel polish if you don’t want to be cut” WHAT???? I was so disgusted, not to mention embarrassed that this woman just spoke to me this way when she was the one at fault and I was PAYING for this service. I let her finish, I have cuts on 4 fingers, one of which she glued. This place needs some serious better management and they need to learn customer service. Disgusted by the way I was treated as a PAYING client.

Lena is absolutely phenomenal! Knows exactly how I want my nails every time and she’s extremely fast. In and out within 20 minutes and that’s including nail art. My favorite place to go for my nails 💅🏻

Granddaughter had her heart set on these acrylics. Granted she was told not too long and not a regular thing. She chored, saved and got them. Salon did a beautiful job. They are gorgeous..

If I can give this place 0 stars I would l. They are extremely unprofessional & they have an issue breaking down their prices. Every time you go they changed up their prices all the time. The owner is even worse because she yells at people instead of just talking to the customer & comfort them. I left a picture of how they left my nails after the owner yelled at me & told me they can’t do my nails because they don’t guarantee their service to last after you leave their nail salon.

I had a TERRIBLE experience! My nails came out nice but my feet was half scrubbed and the polish had strikes and I got gel polish. I Fast forward the scrub was half done and I wasnt complaining in a nasty way just asking if the service could be complete. Even more-so the guy who did my feet and nails was nice. The service needed to be perfected and thats all I was asking for! I received nothing but attitude and had to pay again for the service I just paid and tipped. The receptionist had nothing but attitude with little to no resolution skills. She wanted to be combative with me and I did not approach her in a combative way. Further she insulted me with verbal insults. I felt humiliated and would NEVER spend money with an establishment that doesnt have respect for people. All over me coming to ask for a better service on the strikes on my toes and my feet to be scrubbed better. I paid extra because I just wanted it done correctly. DO NOT COME HERE! Better nails shops with better services...

I went in today to get a full set and a pedicure . I ended up leaving without the fullset because the pedicure was horrible . I paid for a pedicure for my feet to look they same way it looked when I came in . I showed the man the dead skin on my feet and he said that’s how they do it because they don’t have the foot file equipment then he proceed to tell me to go sit down and wait for someone to do my fullset . I paid for my feet and left . I will not be coming back no thanks .

Came here for a pedicure and the man doing my pedicure told me the the more expensive pedicures would include a massage. I work everyday and my feet hurt so I was eager to get a foot massage and the man was rude, did nothing different than a regular pedicure AND I even got regular polish and had to pay $40 for something I did not enjoy at all. I used to come here all the time for manicures but I will never be returning. I was told I would get a lavender lotion massage but all I got was lotion slapped onto my legs and then rinsed off.

First visit to this place was pleasant. I will post a follow up review as I got a fill this time but the service was good. My reviews on nail service are quite harsh tbh because Im a perfectionist so if I had to dissect my set my main complaints would be the overall shape as they appear a little bumpy (but as I said this was a fill so one might object by saying I came in like that. Which tbh the shape of my set originally wasnt perfect but I imagine that could have been corrected at the time of the fill). Also as you can see I have a triangular French look on some nails, however, the placement is a bit off as the triangular point looks uneven and or off center. The edges of the nails arent sealed in the corresponding color paint either which I usually like the look of (the edging). But aside from those things which really arent that big I like the set. It was a bit pricey (as this set, which was a fill cost me $70 including 1 nail replacement). The tech was very kind and gentle the whole while being very inviting. All in all a good experience as I said I will definitely be giving it another go and keep you all posted.

I have no problem with my nail tech he’s awesome but unfortunately theirs other people here that will make this business a horrible experience and very unprofessional. My nail tech told me the price for my nails and when I got to the front to pay they said it was incorrect. Now I’m wondering how could it be incorrect after my nail tech told me the price already? So I kindly said to them well he told me this would be the price and he also told them himself. This lady who I’m told is his wife says to me -if your going to pay the price he told you DON’T COME BACK! Yelling at me! Like ma’am he told me that price so that’s the price I’m paying. They don’t have no respect for their customers and that is not a business I will support.

PLEASE READ - REVIEW FROM 3 YEAR CUSTOMERI’ve never been treated so poorly by any professional in my life. Let alone a business. I gave these people 3 years of my business. So I know them pretty well. As far as the work they do- its not up to par. Everytime I did dip the colors were always a shade or two lighter/darker. The customer service is non-existent and actually abusive behavior.The reason I went for so long & people like them, is because they work fast. But let me explain why it’s worth the extra 10-15min for good Service.Ive been a MONTHLY loyal customer for the past 3 years and I always over tip.I got my nails done (Dip) 7 days ago and the breakage began. NEVER HAVE MY NAILS DONE THIS BEFORE!!!! 2 broken on the nail bed + 1 cracked diagonally. I do not heavy lift, I use gloves to wash dishes to maintain my natural length.The only thing I can think of is the nail technician may have over-filed and thinned them out.So I called with 2 hour notice to make an appointment. Even with an APPOINTMENT they asked me to wait 20 min (which I always end up waiting 15-20 min anyway) Not to mention- if youre 3 minutes late, you will be turned away!So of course, they asked me to wait, So I did. I didn’t request a certain person. So As I’m waiting, To my disbelief they took a Walk-in!! In front of me. I was there on time, if not, early !!!The owner Leena who sits in the front, Let me know, very firmly that yes I would have to wait and will pay full price. I was well aware and answered that was fine. But I did inquire why I wasnt taken before that Walk-in. She told me they were busy, then they proceeded to tell me to leave and go somewhere else. “Up the street they have nail salon” were the words.At that point I’ve been waiting 20 minutes. Witb 3 painful broken REAL nails hanging off, I asked to let me wait for my appointment. I pleaded with them because it was the end of the day & knew it would be difficult going elsewhere. They said they werent going to service me. Why? Im not even sure. They literally asked me to leave. I was Genuinely confused how I just lost my appointment for inquiring about the walk-in.And my biggest regret is not taking a photo of my nail breakage . Although here is an identical picture of the way my nails broke. 3 of them like that. Keep in mind my natural nail is 1.5 inches long. So the damage was very painful. That’s who they refused to serve. A loyal Customer who made an appointment to fix her nails. And expected to be seen before a walk-inI would rate them 0 stars if I couldAnd for an update! I did get my nails fixed Tio Spa “down the street” they were so amazing and pleasurable

The first two times coming here was great however my most recent visit wasnt the best. The lady who did my $30 nail art (rip off and not worth it btw) kept yanking my hand and did not come close to the design I asked for. I was charged $80 for nails I came in there with, this was not a new set 🥴. Long story short, my nails look horrible and I was grossly overcharged.

Yes to this place. Always friendly and great quality. I get compliments on my nails every single day when I let them do a design. The place is clean and nice.

After I received my pedicure, I asked about the dying method there were no nail dryers.. they told me that they had no nail dryers due to Covid. I payed, walked out and noticed a woman sitting down on a chair air drying her nails..and so I called and ask why did they not at least place a few seats outside instead of their customers using the restaurants chairs to sit and dry their nails. The receptionist replied this is why she recommends gel polish, it last longer. I couldnt believe my ears, so I explained this is actually a recommendation as your customers that require a nail dryer are already sitting outside using the restaurants chairs. the receptionist then said well I only answer the phones, I am a receptionist, I do not make these decisions. I realized I had spent way too much energy on this while there are so many other nail salons that do great work and you do not have to leave with wet nails due to Covid.

My nails always comes out amazing!!! Lena, Tony and everyone is very respectful, positive and caring. They always listen to what you want and give you just that! I enjoy every visit. This is a nice place to have a long-lasting relationship

Save your time and money and go else where. They are a chop shop, who doesn’t use clean tools and reuses the foot scrub on every customer. They have the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. Eyelash extensions used with HAIR GLUE. I came back twice to get my eyebrows done and was told they can’t do anything about it despite me making an appointment. I came 5pm yesterday and now 10am today. They are scum here.

After calling to inform them I was going to be 5 minutes late, I walked into the building 2 minutes later and was told I no longer had my appointment and had to wait. They are usually fast and my last resort option as it is but after that unprofessional experience I will never be there or refer anyone to that nail salon ever again.

Anna is amazing. This was my first time here, I was referred to her by my coworker who’s been coming to her for years. Moving forward, she will be the only person I come see to do my nails. I showed her a photo and what she did was even better!

Came here for the first time and I will never come again. Came with my friend my nail lady was rude, when my nails were done being painted but not dry, and my friend was done with her service they literally kicked me out because I cant wait for my nails to be dry. I experience bad customer service from the person at the front desk just for waiting longer then expected she was raising her hands in my face with her mask down raising her voice i was amazed couldnt believe just stayed calm you never know whats going on with her could have a dangerous outcome. I cant believe they recommend this place to me with so many others places right now with better service going above and beyond with since you are paying this is a luxury and relaxing service not a need and they are very lucky to still be in business with that type of customer service. I noticed afterwards shes like this with most of the clients, she really needs a lesson and someone should call the cops on her... one day they will because is unacceptable to treat anyone like this.... Not coming here again for sure!!! Wouldnt recommend at all, the pedi youre better of doing it yourself they are not careful and not sanitized and the bottom of your feet will still feel dry and the same they just Scrub not even a minute just 30 seconds seriously... This is a place you go to relax yourself not to aggravate and see all this negative with everthing thats going on in this world....I guess i needed to vent the horrible experience....

I always come here for a pedicure and to do my nails but today will be the last day I come I waited 30 mins in the car to get my pedicure she said 15 she claimed she called me but never did ok fine I came in and I was getting my pedicure the lady grabs my skin with the nail clipper and ok she says sorry I let it go then she grabs the same skin again and cuts me again I obviously pulled back my feet because it hurted so bad the girl at front desk says it’s not my fault your handwriting was not good when you wrote down your number that’s why you waited 30 mins instead of saying sorry I will have someone else help you and aside from that she give me attitude puts down her mask and speaks to me with no manners . Like who does that? What kind of person do you hire in front desk to test people this way !! I’m never coming back I use to love this place but never again .

I went in today after reading great reviews about Anna. There was no wait time and she was very nice, quick and very detailed. She did an amazing job and shaped my nails perfectly. I highly recommend her!

“If you want to see rude, we will show you rude!” this is word for word what the MANAGER here told me after I was HUNG UP ON over the phone. After calling again a second time expressing the unhappy service and experience, another employee proceeded to not handle my situation appropriately.This place is very unprofessional and rather have argued back and forth with me than try to work something out. I came in with a simple picture of a nail set I wanted. Unfortunately they didn’t have all the colors, so I showed a 2nd picture for something even simpler. After the nails were practically done, they said they didn’t have the correct supplies to be able to complete my request. Yes, they offered an alternative but it wasn’t what I wanted and I was in a time crunch. Respectfully, I paid for my service however left unhappy with the results. When I had called to see if there was anything they could do to fix my nails, they made me feel that it was all my fault and that I took from their time. My situation was dealt with ZERO patience and was treated completely and utterly unprofessional. This saddens me to say but I will not be returning to this place due to horrible customer service. If there was a rating lower than 1 I would give Blush Nails on University Drive that rating. I work in hospitality and I would never treat or speak to an unsatisfied customer in this way no matter the circumstance!!!

The guys are fantastic with designs but if you want to get pampered, this is not the place. Nobody pays attention to the customers, they are yelling to each other, there are a lot of nice nail salons in the area where they really look after the customers. This is not one of them.

I went to this salon for the first time because my friends nails always come out super cute but I was disappointed. I did a design and it came out cute but while he was painting my nails he did 3 coats of gel because the polish kept coming out super patchy. At the end my nails just looked clumpy and ugly. I suggest they buy new polish or something. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because my toes came out nice but other than that I am extremely disappointed.

This place is horrible. I went in for a gel fill and a pedicure and I was being rushed the entire time. My nails came out lumpy with the color from my old set still on the top and side of my nails. The “pedicure” I received was literally 5 minutes, didn’t even clean up my cuticles, and my toe nails are uneven and very lumpy as well. I did not feel relaxed at all as the nail technician was rushing the entire time as quickly as he could. When I asked about my toes all they said was “because of covid”. Lol. I will NOT be returning and they let me walk out of there looking crazy. I could have asked my 9 month old niece to do my nails if I wanted them to look like this.

I used to love coming here before it was sold to new owners. Business hours online and on the door say they close at 4:30pm. I walked in at 3:40pm and was told they were closing. Bad business. They had plenty of techs there that just didnt want to abide by their own business hours. Waste of my time.

I came here for a refill. I received a full set at another shop two weeks. Vin (nail tech) was doing my nails.I had some questions about pricing and what I wanted to do with my nails.I wanted to get another color than my original set. And I thought they were trying to charge me for ombré. I spoke to the lady and she explained it too me. The Vin (nail tech) stopped doing my nails and began doing the person that walked in nails immediately. The lady said he didn’t feel comfortable doing my nails.After I wanted to get my nails started they wanted meTo wait again for somebody else. I felt like it was unnecessary and it’ll be the first and last time I’ll return. I wasn’t loud, aggressive, or anything of that such to him to begin someone else’s nails. Terrible experience with the staffing.... they did nothing.

My sister had a horrible experience today at this salon. Her nails look so horrible. They were extremely nasty to her the owner did not want to help her in any kind of way. They even started being disrespectful to her. When she spoke up for herself they decided to call the police on her. We are definitely going to seek legal action. We already have an attorney stay away from this place. I will insert pictures.

Been going to blush nails for over a year. Lena is my go to but you can’t go wrong with any tech in there! My nails are always perfect & I get compliments everywhere I go! I suggest making an appt, they’re always busy. But that’s what you get for the best!!

Ana blatantly didn’t like me, it’s a tense and uncomfortable energy in the whole shop. I got cut and she rolled her eyes at me, and I felt guilty??! I had to sage my house when I got home to get rid of this bad energy

They did a good job with my nails but it is soooo overpriced it costed $60 when my other nails used to cost $23 it is such a ripofff

Today was my first visit here for a manic pedicure and eyebrows. I was very satisfied with the way everything came out. The designs are on point. Only missing the last star beci feel even though I only got a basic pedicure that they could tend to the heels a bit more to make everything softer and smoother. I will be going back in a few weeks though.

Rude, racist staff. I’ve heard them speak poorly about black customers, and that being the reason they moved to Davie. Was appalled by the ignorance.They work too fast, and do a sloppy job. Was STILL a customer for over a year, because of one tech that knows how to do nails.They talk about you in their language, and love to gossip. Ana did my service, and they completely chipped off within a day. Went back and she talks to people however she feels like. Owners Tony + Lena are enablers of bad customer service. Will never return to this establishment! Try iNail Spa, or Royal Nails in Pines for a better, longer lasting service overall.

I only gave 3 stars because the first time I went, I had a great experience. But when I went yesterday, it wasn’t so great. After soaking my nails to take off the dip for literally 5 minutes, the tech started peeling the dip off with the tip they use for the acrylic nails. That was HORRIBLE. It felt like my actual nail was getting ripped off. And on top of that, the top of MY NAIL got ripped off (after weeks of trying to grow it out). And my one nail has already chipped. On top of that, I made an appointment for 4:00 and they didn’t even start on me until 4:40. I get it, things happen, but tell me or set that expectation. I was about to walk out. Probably won’t be coming back for a while.

My pedicure was so bad I didnt even dare stay for my manicure. My other daughter had hers done by Lina and was happy. So possibly if you can get Lina, you should go but Ill be moving on. Unless Tony makes an appearance.

Literally the only place i trust to do my nails, they come out perfect every single time! They last so long too i had mine on a solid 2 1/2 weeks and none of them came off. Would give them 10/5 if i could :)

Located in one of the most convenient shopping plazas in Davie, this recently remodeled salon prides themselves in their work. They strive for perfection as well as the complete satisfaction of their customers. Their establishment is spotless and organized and their staff kind, professional, and hospitable. I remember the first time I came in after the new owners took over. They allowed me, as well as some of the other customers, access to the remote so we were able to watch something we enjoyed, rather than mindless babble in the background. When my nails were complete, the wonderful young lady who did my nails, Ana, looks to me and with the upmost confidence states there, perfect, I only do perfect jobs. All my clients are picky because I make them picky. Now youre going to be picky too! Needless to say, she was 100% correct. My nails have never looks so perfect, nor have they ever lasted as long as they did at the new an improved blush nails. I would recommend anyone looking for a top notch nail salon or a relaxing day to come to blush nails, try a deluxe package, and enjoy the complimentary wine (provided you are of age)that comes with it. You wont regret it!

Within 4 days of getting my dip manicure done by Tina, all of my dip polish was lifting and one came off completely. I came in to get them redone and there were LITERALLY 3 other people who came for the same issue. The manager was extremely rude and yelled at me in front of the whole salon saying that they’re fine the way they were. He finally agreed to redo my nails and they look better now. I would NOT recommend going here but if so do NOT get Tina because it will be a waste of money.

They are honestly one of the best nails salons I have ever been to. The have great customer service and really listen to the customers request. My nails look absolutely gorgeous and I WILL be going back. Their treatment towards customers is amazing and their craftsmanship is the best!

Saw this place next to the pet store I go into and decided to give them a try and so glad I did Anna was absolutely amazing such a sweet girl on top of. My nails look great. Will definitely be referring my friends to them

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I have been going here for years it was recently bought by a new owner. The owner is wonderful but the others are not. I got a gel manicure and My nails peeled three times within a week. I went back to the nail salon three separate times within a week to have them fixed. On my third time going the owner was not there and they said they couldn’t fix my nails that I needed to wait till tomorrow.You pay $30 to ensure that you have a long lasting manicure and they even have a sign that says “gel manicure guaranteed “ So now I have to walk around with four unpainted nails that I paid $30 for that didn’t even last me over a weekHorrible horrible customer service. And the employee told me what “we don’t use that brand anymore but every time you come in you keep it picking it “ I said to her well how am i supposed to know you don’t use it anymore no one ever told me not to pick it.Very frustrating experience to say the least I wouldn’t refer this place to anybody I’m going to try to find a new nail salonIn the middle of me getting my gel filed off they told me that they weren’t going to repaint my nails and they left me looking like that. They refuse service from me. If you wish to go there I wish you luck

This place is literally a hidden gem. My best friend introduced it to me and I didn’t even know it was there until she brought me to it since it’s in like a corner next to a restaurant. The guy who did my nails was so gentle and precise and when I showed him a picture of what I wanted he was able to provide just that. I’ve been trying to find a nail salon that fulfills all my needs at a decent price and this place is everything I’ve been looking for.

Blush nails is by far the best nail salon in the Plantation, Cooper City, Davie area! I have tried them all, and this salon by far is the most friendly, clean, and professional. They take their time and do not rush you. They are truly concerned with giving you the best service possible! I will be coming back here for all future nail services.

This place is amazing!! I go to Lena or Anna every time and they never disappoint! Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes, everyone is so talkative and nice and im in and out super quick PLUS my nails look amazing always!!! DEFINITELY recommend!

Highly disappointed. I read the reviews prior to going in and hoped that the good outweighed the bad. Unfortunately, my results for powder dip manicure lasted 2 days before they began cracking one by one. Ive been doing powder dip for years and know the possible wear time. I am easy on my nails so my experience here was unacceptable. In addition, while sitting there, it was was very apparent the salon was not the cleanest.

Had a great experience. My old arylic nails were in such bad shape & I got them taken off here in record time. I didn’t have to wait at all and my nails were cut nicely as well for only $10.

I always have a great experience when I go to this nail salon. The nail techs are all very friendly and do such an amazing job. They make sure you leave with flawless nails. I would definitely check them out.
