I would not recommend this place. I made an appointment for two pedicures and two gel manicures. The day of the appointment one of us arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time. She was harassed by one of the staff members for 12 minutes as to where I was. My friend called me and I told her I was stuck in traffic and I would be try to be there on time, our appointment was at 4pm. Please take note, it was not yet the scheduled appointment time. I finally got through all the rush hour traffic and arrived in the shop 3 minutes BEFORE the appointment. The woman at the front desk was very nice and walked me to the back where my friend was waiting for me. I then stood there for an additional 10 minutes waiting for someone to start my pedicure. When someone finally walked over, I told them I did not want their service and would wait for my friend as her pedicure was started before I arrived. They brought someone else over to speak to be me and with my friend convinced me to stay. It was a rushed job and after I paid, I sat and waited for my friend to get done. I was approached and told they forgot to charge me an additional $15.00 for the gel manicure because it was a French manicure.If there was a problem with me arriving 3 minutes before my appointment time then that should have been communicated. They should have communicated that I would have to wait if someone walked in, vice try punishing me by having me wait on them walk around cleaning/talking/putting stuff away/going through a bag (I watched them do it). The paint job on my toes was mediocre and my friends gel French manicure chipped the very next day.

We all got pedicures for Fathers Day and we really enjoyed it. Jessica is the best at pedicures!

Have been going here since I was 18, back in 2006! Relocated to GA but still go whenever I’m in town. I’ve had the same tech, Jessica, and she has always been great! The environment and other staff members are also great!

Beyond its nice appearance not a nail salon I would recommend. My wifes manicure didnt make it a week before her nails began to crack. I, got a mens manicure and pedicure. My feet has peeled and I have a raw spot beneath my foot.

Very good place. Wonderful Hours - open everyday and open early 9am. Located in tower plaza which is great...nearby shops. Julie did my pedicure and Im very pleased. Shes very nice and did a great job. Ben did my acrylic fill manicure. He is very pleasant and did a great job. Color polish I did is Color polish Number 76 Taro pudding (light mauve neutral color).Update: Lucky did a new full set and a pedicure. He is very nice and did a wonderful job on my hands and feet. Im thrilled he does both instead of having two separate techs.. much easier for appointment purposes. Lucky is now my go to for future visits.

First and foremost I would like to say that the staff is friendly. However, that’s the only nice this I can say about this place. I was rushed through the entire experience!! My nail tech seemed more focus on getting the nails done as oppose to doing them correctly. The sides of my nails were left paintless, the nails were super thick and uneven. Afterward I notice there was nail separation WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE SALON!!!! (Nail separation is a space between the nail and the acrylic, this can lead to the nail falling off prematurely and getting things stuck in this space is all around bad news). Also there was glue, gel polish and hardened acrylic left along the sides of the nails and underneath them.. very disappointed but again, they were super friendly 🤷🏽‍♀️

Been going here for years and the quality has always been hit or miss. Don’t expect your eyebrows to look the same at all every time you get them done. Their pedicures are amazing and usually their manicures are too, but last time I went the lady barely paid attention to my hands and I got a rather mediocre manicure. Not at all a bad place for the price, but don’t expect perfection.

I got the $40 pedi and it felt amazing. Highly recommended the Milk and Honey pedicure.

Clean and professional establishment. Been here a couple times and Ive had a pleasant experience every time. Like any place some techs hands are a little rougher than others so the massage isnt always as enjoyable. Havent found the right person yet to get the massage just right. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and the massage chairs are great. As a bonus the plaza itself is awesome.

Absolutely horrible. Just left after Duc made my thumb bleed during a acrylic fill, uncut cuticles, and uncut extra nail filed bits. Jess left my toes crooked, uneven, couldn’t even bother to wipe the extra glob of polish off my untidy cuticles, and painted with smudges All added to a whopping $40. Absolutely horrible. (For some reason I’m unable to attach my photos. So, I’m making boyfriend, Alex J, post.) I should absolutely get a full refund. I had to go home just to redo everything after working 6 1/2 hours on my feet. All thanks to the worst service I’ve been to.

I got the ultimate pedicure for 70.00 and got home and my feet were as rough when I left as when I got there but sorry I cant recommend them. I had got a sunburn that morning so they couldnt complete the whole thing not even half and still charged me full price

I came with my mom to do French nails and it was a completely mess the nails don’t look natural and looks completely ugly mine were made by the manager Brayan.Plus the guy who helped my mom have such a bad attitude Andrew and none of the two do the nails good. Not worth it the money at all and not coming back neither recommend it, this place isn’t what it used to be.

I definitely wont be coming back. Got a manicure service last Saturday. A toddler could do a better job and be nicer!

I came in for a fill for gel nails this Sunday just walking by .The service was extremely rushed they wanted to get me out in 15 minutes and charged me $36. They just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible not caring about the quality of the job. I haven’t seen anything like that , I am definitely not coming back to this one bad experience and I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I needed to say something about his one. You can see the previous gel color through the color she used. Hopefully they change their ways.

I didnt get what I wanted and paid too much for what was done. Dont use gel without asking me if I want that. No, I am not coming back every 3 weeks.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLER customer service. Arrived early for an appointment and was instructed to sit in the pedicure chair. After over 20 minutes of being ignored I walked out! No one even noticed.

I came here when I was visiting my sister in law in FL from PA. Very nice nail salon, much cheaper than the ones in PA. They had a lot of different packages for any pocket. You can treat yourself to a manicure and pedicure under $50. The salon is clean and very nice inside with enough personnel. The technicians are really professional and they know what they are doing. I did not have to wait too much either and they offer different services including waxing and facials. I would go there again and I suggest it to anyone.

Sat with Julie and she did a terrific job, Im not much of a talker but I do like to be greeted nicely and she fit in with me just fine, I got a regular mani-pedi and she cleaned everything up nicely, got the edges of my nails and I love the nail shape she gave me, no wait for my appointment, place was clean, would recommend.

My 3 stars are based purely on the fact my nail tech Brian was friendly and the receptionist was very nice. If I am putting stars for the work, it would be a one star. I was looking at OPI gel nail colors and was persuaded to use the DND brand I think its called. I expressed multiple times that I am trying new places because of the cheap polish and I am looking for a permanent place with good work and long lasting polish. I have had no polish for months simply because I cannot find a good place. These places just keep getting you in, hurrying you up and moving on to the next guest. There were a few friendly people in there and the place is nice. 3 DAYS and my polish has started coming OFF at the corners and LIFTING near my cuticle and if I run my hand through my hair my hair gets pulled. The polish looks wavy as well. $35 down the drain. Glad I didnt get my toes done which I normally do as well. Quality is not in their products they push but service was friendly. Place was clean. If you want cheap work then feel free. Maybe Id come back if my friend was working and I brought my own polish.

Monica is my go to person when it comes to pedicures!!!! She takes her time especially when it comes to the massage. My toes were left clean and she’s a trip when it comes to her stories. I am an extremely picky person and she did an awesome job on my toes. I def recommend her.

Brian is a TRUE artist!! Andrew, Lucky, and Bently are all AWESOME too, but Brian is my go to. Im VERY hard on my nails and I have trouble getting them to last 2 weeks normally, Brian does my nails and I get 3 weeks EASY out of my acrylics!! On top of that, I am particular when it comes to shape and length, he does a perfect fan shape and never minds that I like to keep them fairly long. Lastly, Brian is a GENIUS when it comes to nail art!! He always comes up with the best designs and ideas to keep my nails unique and gorgeous looking!! AND they are VERY reasonably priced!! LOVE this salon!! Everything from the receptionist Megan, who is so friendly, kind and accommodative to my favorite nail tech Brian, Im a customer for life and I HIGHLY recommend this salon!!🥰🥰

Service is good but choose your nail tech wisely. Ive been going to nail trix for years and they are one of the better nail salons in Davie. However, every once in a while they get a new nail tech that really makes a mess of things. Also, if you are looking for an intricate nail design for a special occasion, they advised me that they couldnt do my design for my wedding. Overall, its a good nail salon for everyday maintenance but not for special occasions.

Brought my daughter in to get her very first full set and I’m extremely disappointed with how they turned out. Many nails looked crooked because the sides were filed unevenly and the tips weren’t sized correctly leaving the corners of a couple of her natural nails exposed. The acrylic was very think and bulky and my daughter had wanted a matte finish but instead got more of a satin finish. We went here because I used to have my nails done there years ago and they always came out beautifully. Thank you Nail Trix for making my daughter first experience with acrylics a horrible experience. We definitely will not be returning!

Rude staff. They only let me have the most basic pedi; they talk amongst themselves in Thai, excluding their customers; and youd better tip more than 12.5% or they wont even thank you for your custom or acknowledge you after payment is made (despite needing to wait for polish to dry). Thank gods I dont live locally and have much better establishments at my disposal...

I went 12/23 to get a full set, while I was at location it not only took the lady 2 hours but she burnt my skin with her drill. Not even a week later all my nails lifted. I called and asked for my nails to be fixed but with someone else. The only person they said that can do it is the manager and he was booked for 2 weeks. I took the soonest apt I could and today finally got my nails fixed. But THEY CHARGED ME FOR A FILL. I will never go back to this location ever again. Worst experience ever.

I wanted ombre nail color design, the nail tech LIED and said she can only do it in powder. I originally wanted just regular acrylic nails with the ombre design. Then she said she can only do it with the powder which is significantly more money. She tried multiple times, taking off the powder on my nails and reapplying it and never achieved my desired results. She was laughing with another nail tech. I eventually had to tell her just do one flat color because it was already an hour of her practicing on my hands. I was very disappointed with the job, I wanted natural to red Tips and ended up with just natural color on all my nails. It was for Valentines day and I wanted my nails to look different. Basically they lie about the service they provide and only try to make you spend the most money. I will not reccomend this place to anyone.

I wont be back. Incredibly dissatisfied with the service. I requested the $45 pedicure (which they charged me for) .. there was no massage, when she put the paraffin wax on she had the towel on my foot so the paraffin wax coated the towel - not my skin, again no massage, no cuticle care on my hands or feet, my nails look like they are already grown out. Im not one to typically complain- however, when you charge someone $70 you should do an excellent job. The customer service wasnt even great. When I tried to ask a question the girls began speaking in their language but never responded to me.The girl at the front desk is super friendly. She offered to take $5 off - which was nice of her but still not worth $65. Very disappointed.Be aware if you decide to go here.

Went to have a broken nail fix and got sat with Julie. She is super rude. Stay away from her. I told her my nail hurt and she looked me dead in the eye and said “it hurt well someone else fix for you then”.And walked away. like WTH?? The other techs are pretty friendly but this Julie lady should not be helping customers at all. Looks like she is mad at the world all the time.

I have been coming here for 23 years. I love this place because you can walk in and know that your nail tech is good. This last time, my nail tech was not great. She didnt speak English so she didnt understand that I wanted glitter, thus I left without the color I wanted. The first color I picked out they were out of. I travel out of my way to get to this salon, but I think Im going to try somewhere else. Very disappointed. I came to this country without speaking a word of English, I dont get it, why would you hire someone who cant communicate with your clients?

I’ve been coming for here for years BUT NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. The quality of work is poor and customer service is horrendous. I went to get ombré nails from LUCKY and he didn’t know how to do it at all (after boasting about his skills) When I asked he correct them he said he had another appointment waiting, mind you I waited an hour for my appointment with him. I ended up getting bounced around to several other people but even they could not correct the monstrosity that LUCKY had already done. They came out lumpy and thick!! I had to get my nails redone the next day SOMEWHERE ELSE. there are several nail salons in the surrounding area PICK ANOTHER ONE!

Would not recommend. Andrew was rude!! I kept complaining because he was rushing through my manicure, and when I brought it up to him, he argued with me and kept bickering with me. He was huffing and puffing, rushing through the manicure. Overall, he had terrible customer service and made a very bad impression especially for my first visit. Highly dissatisfied.

Had a manicure and pedicure with CINDY at the beginning of May and probably this will be my last one here. This lady had an attitude, the manicure was awful..I cant imagine how she got her license. Her own nails are so messy...dont know if they changed owners but this placed is not what it used to be years ago.

The techs in this salon do not know what theyre doing. Im a licensed cosmetologist and they actually thought they could get over. They do not sanitize their implements and my polish chipped within a week. You get what you pay for.

Have been going to this salon for the 12 years Ive been living here, the experience I had on Monday night about 6pm dont no the young ladys name was bad. I had a pedicure, paid then went back to give her a $5 tip, she was in conversation with her co worker, she never paused, held her hand out to receive the money, never thanked or made any attempt at one. Absolutely disgusting behavior, will never be back.

Went in and the front desk girls were extremely nice. pedicure was great. another lady did my nails and did TERRIBLE. i asked for a full set with coffin and she was rushing through the entire process. didnt do the shape or length i asked and none of the nails are even the same shape. layered on acrylic powder so thick and there is bumps in them. my nails look bulky and ugly. when i asked her to fix it she was clearly very annoyed and was complaining about it. will Never Go back.

Do not come to this nail salon. They are racist. They tend to their white customers and make African american customers wait for long periods of time. I had an appointment to get a pedicure, the nail tech assigned to me led me to soak my feet. She left me there for 29 minutes and gave her full attention to a white customer who came in 15 minutes after me without an appointment. When I asked her what happened and if she was still working on my pedicure, she told me to wait, she would get someone else. I sat there and waited another 10 minutes watching the nail tech prioritize the white lady’s feet over mine and I was there first. I was so upset I got up out of the water and left. Forty minutes of my time wasted because I didn’t know this was a racist establishment. I advise people of color to stay away from this place.

Nice atmosphere. It had been a while since I had been to a nail spa, the nail tech; Ms.Cindy did a fantastic job on my feet.

I’m satisfied with my nails however DO NOT GO TO ANDREW. Although he did do a nice job, he is extremely unprofessional and rude. I actually can’t believe an employee has the audacity to be blantantly rude to a customer like this. I recommend to either try out someone other than him or go to Posh Nails Lounge which isn’t that far from Nail Trix because their employees would never!!! I’ve been going there for a year now and always walked out satisfied. I decided to try out Nail Trix today and walked out beyond disappointed because of Andrew’s disrespectful self. Will never come back again, sorry. Andrew - learn a thing or two about professionalism :)

Nail technician was terrible! Cut me four times with the drill. She kept apologizing and took off the $5 charge for shaping my nails. This is the second time it’s happened with another technician. It was hard to understand her since her English was not good. I should have gotten her name. 😤 she had to put neosporium on 4 fingers!
