Went pick up my package and I was standing up there for 15 minutes after the supervisor put a note on my package that I was going to pick up my self ,and they still put my package on the truck after the supervisor put a note on it.if u make $18 or $20 and hour please do your job the way they tell u to do ,tx u

I put mail on hold there and even though I had emails telling me that my wife and I had mail there, almost all of my mail and packages was being returned to sender or lost completely. It took almost 4 month to get a credit card and here it is 6 months later and my wife still has not received a state Id card that has been paid for twice.

Our new mail man wont take anything that i try to send out i have to got and put it in a box by the post office, also takes my mail to a different house every time.

The amazing folks at this post office were so incredibly helpful! I had a serious lack of judgement and sent some online purchases on a cross country journey (to a 4 year old address) 🤦‍♀️ When I tried to fix my mistake, Kohls not only did not help me they were rude. I tracked my packages to UPS and attempted for most of a day to contact a human on the phone, or complete a simple change of delivery form on their website. I was finally able to track my package to the post office in Davenport where I talked to super friendly people who helped find and redirect my packages! I cant thank you enough!!

This is the best Post Office Ive found so far in the Quad Cities. I have some complicated shipping needs and ALL the staff was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. From now on I will go out of my way to ship here!

You know, I keep calling and they just wont pick up the phone. This post office wont pick up the phone and you cant leave messages. No way to get through to the local post office.?? How is this ok????

Why do you keep taking our mail carrier some other state?He rarely missed. New carrier gets mail mixed up in delivery.I am 2536East St and there is a 2536 Middle Rd. I left him a note to watch.neighbor on Middle Rd got someone else mail too.

I cant explain how frustrating it is to have 364 days a year your parcels are delivered yet, one random day, when you received 4 other boxes USPS carrier cant leave the box (no signature required AND youd already signed their stupid sheets.
