We absolutely loved our experience at The Palladian at Jubilee Ridge! Lindsay always made sure we had what we needed and the maintenance staff was awesome! If we had not bought a house, we would still be there! Loved the community as a whole! If you want somewhere safe, nice, and great office care then this is where you need to live!

Management is great , maintenance guys are always there when you need great place to live .

We just moved into this great community. Lindsay is truly an asset as manager. Her kind professional demeanor in answering all our questions has made this move less overwhelming in all aspects. Our townhouse is spacious and we couldnt be happier. The screened in porch has become a favorite area for morning coffee and chilling out in the evenings. We feel so fortunate in having found this well kept community. Many thanks to Lindsay and her staff.

Hands down the best place to live in the area!! We love living here. Office staff is so friendly and helpful, the apartments are updated and very very well kept, the grounds are spotless, people pick up after their dogs, maintenance is so kind and here to fix things within the hour, very quiet area and such a great family friendly community!! Don’t waste your time trying to look for something cheaper because you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny. You really can’t find anything better for these prices in Baldwin County! I was worried about being on 64 and the traffic but it is NOT bad at all and you can not hear any traffic in the neighborhood! Love this place!!

I love having my own garage. The place is always clean and well-kept. Neighbors are nice and considerate. It’s like owning a home but easier.

We moved in last summer and love it. The place is clean, staff is nice, maintenance guys are awesome. Super convenient being right by Target and 98/181. Worth the $$$

Lots of management and staff turnover, BBQ gas grill always empty, snakes around the property and bats in the roof. Management not friendly, rent prices are very high.Neighbors are nice, the location is good except the traffic getting out in the morning, lots of traffic on the road.

Absolutely loved our time there. Wished we couldve picked up the whole community and taken it with us to Florida.Very rare you can find a apartment/Patio home community that truley feels homey. The Palladian did though. The staff running and working the place were on the top of their game and super nice. The maintenance crew got stuff done extremely fast. Property does cool little things like a community scavenger hunt around Thanksgiving giving away turkeys for families. Have a coffee truck come out every so often. The units are spacious, Clean, and updated.Location of the property couldnt be better. Just up the road from Target, Chick-fil-a, and plenty other shops and restaurants

I cannot say enough about how great it is to finally see an apartment community, that is well managed and maintained. Besides my own home, I lived in for many years until my husbands death, I have lived no where better. I lived in one of the neighboring propertys that was like a nightmare. Daphne seems to have a huge shortage of propertys that are completely unconcerned about maintenance and its residents. Not Here.... The Paladin at Jubilee puts every complex on notice in Daphne. The Big Guns have arrived, either clean up your act or knock them down and rebuild. Everything at The Paladin at Jubilee is special. All beautiful patio homes with garages, staff that cares. and many nice neighbors, all at an affordable rental rate. I cannot wait to use the huge kitchen when my grown children come home. I cannot say enough without you thinking this review is fake. Molly the manager is so dear and respectful. She understood my duress trying to move out of the other place and move in at The Paladin at Jubilee. This Community and its management staff and ownership, remember the way to act, hopefully we all aspire to do the same. Honesty and Integrity to a fault. I wished my former husband who was a pastor for many years, could be here with me. This community and its staff causes me to have more faith , it had slipped for a moment after my last place. Thank you Molly for making this my home.

Poor Customer service after discovering the dishwasher was broken and unrepaired led to a roach problem. They were unresponsive to what I felt was the problem and left the expenses on me. The area is nice but I have a difficult time reaching the managers when I have a problem. I pay **** a month here their are a lot of other options for that amount of money including nice single family homes.After living here for nearly a year I would not recommended this place based off how I have been treated. If anything changes I will update this post. Feel free to comment and I will add my opinion.
