Amazing! Noah Shannon deserves 10 stars! He was fully engaged in the transaction and treated me with respect. For over 3 hours he maintained this level of service. This was huge for me because I am an older woman with a weight problem. But, he treated me as if I were his only customer. (Even the sales lady adjacent to us was friendly. She shared her love of cooking and chicken meatballs.) The dealership had the car I wanted. I drove 90 minutes to get there, and it was well worth it! Now I have a shiny new (to me) 2019 Toyota Camry in RED! I love it! Although it will be maintained locally, I will go back to Toyota of Danvers if I ever need another car. Noah Shannon was great!Kudos, too, for Max Fernandez, the finance rep. I found him to be open and upfront. My only complaint is they didnt give me enough for my trade-in. But, I imagine thats common in the industry.

I’ve shopped at dealerships before but this was probably the best experience with Clint Yang as my product specialist. Clint had to be the kindest and most patient salesman I’ve met because he took his time in explaining what the best option was for me. I never once felt pressured to buy a car from him. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I definitely recommend him to anyone if they ever are in search of a car.

Picked a car online, went to the dealership and was able to take it for a test drive before making any decisions. The price was good, although it did come with an included special tire gas filling upgrade that I didnt want, but had to pay for anyway because it was already installed.The sales process was very fast, I did use my bank for financing, but it took a very short time overall to do everything.

Great service, I had issues with previous Toyota dealership not performing the maintenance that was requested and billed. I used witness marks to verify these guys were actually doing what was requested - which they did. Will use them from now on. Alex was the service manager who took care of me, very detail oriented and pleasant.

We had a great experience they took care of all fluids and washed the car rotates the tires. Changed the oil and even let us know about an alignment we will need to get done next oil change it was slightly our of alignment. We will always go there for our car. Thanks again for everything

Last two visits have been disappointing about how the vehicles have been taken care of by staff.1. When initially purchasing the CPO vehicle i noted that one of the tires had a significant gash in the side wall. When bringing this up with the manager, their reasoning was that the tire was damaged when being brought into inventory. The resolution was to replace the tire, no cost to the buyer-- which was great.2. Bringing vehicle in for routine maintenance. When leaving the parking lot, I noticed the passenger side mirror was pushed out. Upon further inspection, there was a black scuff mark on the outer edge of the mirrors panel. I had to go back inside and ask what happened. Talking to a manager they were able to buff out the scuff mark with their detailing team. Im glad they were able to make things right.Im concerned that clients vehicles are not being handled with care so these types of accidents do not happen. Additionally the responsibility is being put back on the client to ensure their vehicle is being returned in the same condition when it was dropped off.Im going to be nervous bringing my car back here for service.

Joel is probably one of the kindest car salesmen I’ve ever met. He was amazing to deal with and I’d happily go back to Danvers to get another vehicle from him in the future even though it’s an hour and a half away from my house. I’ve been with this dealership for over 20 years. They are the most professional, efficient around. My last three were leases, and the experience was phenomenal. The inventory is a little low due to the pandemic, but Jim made sure to get me something that was at least similar to what I was looking for. I used to really like getting my vehicle serviced here. The last 4 times Ive brought my car in for a service though, we never seem to get the car wash they used to add in which was a really nice touch. We either get the - its too cold today so they arent doing the car wash even though at the time - it was 50 degrees out. Or they say its down for service. Today I saw the technician bring my car out of the garage and immediately park it. I asked him about why I dont seem to get a car wash added to my services anymore and he showed me the form with the car wash box marked “no”. So its not that its not available. They just arent doing it.I probably wouldnt even make a deal about it but I went in today with an 1120am appt to get an oil change and a tire patched and ended up waiting over 3 1/2hours. I was getting impatient around 3 hours in so i popped my head into the garage next door only to find they had just taken the tire off and started the oil change which only took the tech 15 min.If youre going to use the service department here - either drop off your vehicle and leave it - or be a very patient person. And remember to ask for that car wash.

I purchased my first car at Ira Toyota of Danvers on 9/24/2021. I was assigned to salesman Juan Encarnacion and I cant speak highly enough of his commitment to customer care. Juan was communicative and timely in his responses, and went out of his way to make sure I was supported in the process from start to finish. He explained the process, answered my questions, and assuaged my fears as a first-time car-buyer. He approached our conversations from a relational standpoint, making sure he created a relationship, not just a sale. At no point did I feel pressured, and they respected my decisions as the buyer. I had my Toyota service today. The scheduling system to start is pretty efficient with timely reminders on the smart phone . The service technician was professional and explained the service that needs to be done . Toyota of Danvers,MA provided free Lyft as a replacement for the shuttle service. The service was done timely- again with email updates about the status. In all good experience with the service center.

We’re from NH and the experience of buying a car in MA as a NH resident was a major hassle and not something we want to repeat. However, absolutely none of that is the fault of the guys at Ira Toyota of Danvers. I’m disabled and there was a paperwork change (also not their fault) and Blake and Gabe worked SO HARD to make this as seamless and easy as possible. Gabe saved us a second trip down, and Blake spent HOURS with us in my city trying to get it registered. It was a much more complicated process than I anticipated and it felt like everything went wrong that could- but not those guys. Blake and Gabe are the reason I’m now driving a car I LOVE. I might think twice about buying in MA while living in NH, but if I lived in MA I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Years ago, I stopped going to Ira Toyota for service after an interaction with a very rude representative during the drop off. On this most recent occasion being reviewed, my husband brought the car in for a safety recall software update and encountered a less-than-smooth drop off process despite having a dealership-confirmed appointment. It was as if one hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing. It’s worth noting that the woman I spoke to on the phone who created the appointment was excellent. It’s unfortunate, however, to experience such varying degrees of customer service (on the phone versus in-person) and the take-away for us is you don’t really know what you’re going to get on a given day. So we’ll simply continue to stay away from service being done at Ira Toyota.

This place is a joke. Booked an appointment to test drive a car last week and I drove 1.5 hours to find the car is sold. No one called to cancel my appointment, and I have sales guys telling me sorry buddy. If Im going to entertain giving you $40k in business and spend my time driving to see a vehicle - I expect professionalism. Ira Toyota of Danvers is anything but that.

Went in for service on my leased Camry.Bruce from the service department waited on me. Very thorough,professional explained in detail,how long it would take. Showed me where the food court was, several different places to wait for my car. Even pointed out the ladies room. After showing up with the money to buy my car and signing over my trade in, I was informed that there was a problem with the title to my new car and I could not take it home. The sales person informed me that he does not need to apologise because it wasnt his fault. The head of their finance team just shrugged while explaining the problem. Keep in mind I no longer owned my car because I had signed it over to them leaving me without any vehicle. Finally another manager suggested they give my a rental until my car is available.Still havent gotten my new car yet. This place needs to do some serious customer service training with their team.

I scheduled my service online in advance. I get to the dealership they take my car they do the oil change. 2 hours later they tell me they dont have the part for my car to change the PCV valve out and should they order it?Whats the point of scheduling service in advance if no ones going to look at the service appointment to determine if they have a part in stock that the customer needs?In addition the first time I tried to schedule service I requested a quote for new tires.Nobody got back to me with a quote so I telephone them directly and spoke to a nice woman on the phone who said someone would get back to me with the quote, yet they never did.I so upset by the time I wasted and Im now at the point Im reconsidering getting my car mechanic work done someplace else. Very disappointed with their service.

The customer service at this place is horrendous, I went in on a concern made the appointment for Saturday which is my only day off from work, I was then brushed off like my truck was not going to get looked at even though i have made this appointment for 9 am. BTW Mario Pappalardo is the worst Service Rep this company has, he even Went as far as Yell at the customer in front of the service manager bill and when i informed Mark the general manager it was just brushed off. by the way i came in with a concern on my truck which i had bought new 2 months prior.Update: i received a call from bill the service manager about my concern which i now have to call Toyota about and make arrangements with them. a 50k truck that i bought 2 months ago.on the upside Shop foreman was good. he took my concern that tried to do the best he could. thanks man. I will follow up with Toyota in regards to my problem and hopefully he can address it.I would beware of coming to this place in the future, it feels that once they get your money for the purchase they could care less for you as a customer.

Dropped car off at 740am for a 15k service. Told it would take an hour or two. No problem. Four hours later and no call to pick up my car. Called Toyota and spoke with someone who said the car was ready. Got to Toyota and the service manager I gave the car to had no idea where the car was- or that I even gave him the car. Took 20 min to find it. Not the best service. Poor communication between Toyota staff.

Great experience ! We went there to buy our new RAV4. They found 1 available the next week and proposed us a fair trade-in value for my Highlander, equivalent to CarMax. I went back 2 days after for the registration and inspection. Less than 40min later, I was driving home.What a difference with another other Toyota Dealer which 4 years ago delivered Highlander with dents and had to be repainted and this year proposed us a bad trade-in value ($7000 under its value) pretending the car was in bad shape.so, THANKS to Bryan and Virgilio from Ira Toyota of Danvers !

UPDATE 7/8/21: After a week of follow-up calls, Linda in customer relations was patient and understanding. She listened to my concerns and did some digging to figure out what happened. It sounds like there was a lot of miscommunication between different members of the service team, leading to service I wasn’t happy with. Linda made sure to make up for my frustrations and I appreciated the amount of time she took to assist me and make sure I was happy when all was said and done. I would still make sure you know what you are agreeing to and ask questions before you go, but if you do that, I am sure it is a good place to get a Toyota serviced.7/1/21: ASK QUESTIONS AND BE CAREFUL before paying any service bills! I am a young local teacher and they charged me $320 just to diagnose the issues with my car, plus tacked on a $39 fee for “hazardous waste”. I asked why they added that fee when there was nothing they should have thrown out, as all they did was inspect the car, and they discreetly removed the fee for me when I asked… no explanation as to why it was on there in the first place. On top of that, I had to ask to see the mechanic notes, as the report I got only said it needed a new transmission without any specifics.Plus, nothing within my budget for sale and when I asked what additional sales tax and fees were on cars, the salesman took out his calculator and added it all without explaining to me what any of the charges were. I “test drove” a car around their lot (after 15 minutes of the sales agent looking for the car???) and came back in the store to find him working with someone else. He got up and talked to me and said he’s never seen anything cheaper and that’s the best they had for my budget—it had stained seats, smelled bad, and was way overpriced for what it was in my opinion. It became very clear that I was not the priority for anyone in this store, as someone walking in with an old Toyota and a low budget for a new one.Disappointed and unimpressed!! Not a place to go if you are low-income or dont want to be taken advantage of!!!!!

So in a time in my personal life and the world that was so stressful and uncertain the last thing I needed was to have to purchase a new vehicle. However I had no choice due to circumstances that arose in regards to my old Corolla (that I loved). So I saw Blake R. and Max F. and the process was not only smooth and painless but actually enjoyable.I absolutely love my new vehicle. They got me in a 2020 pre-owned Toyota Corolla with less than perfect credit. And my payments are reasonable and I didnt have to give them an arm and a leg as a down payment. They took such good care of me and extended a kindness that is not always easy to find in the world today but so desperately needed.I love my new car and the emergency service that came with it. Also my automatic starter something I didnt think of but Blake did.Its life changing! Seriously on a hot humid day and the winters we have here in Massachusetts. Come on! I am beyond grateful for this experience. This changes everything we think about car dealers and dealerships.🙂🙃

They make everything easy on you. I came in knowing what car I wanted. Aiman Veroqua was the one who helped me out. Very clear. Knows what he is talking about. Made the whole process of ordering a car I need so seamless. The thing I loved about this dealership is they dont unnecessarily torment you to take their financing when I already came well prepared with my own financing. I would have spent a max of 10 mins at F&E office. Walked out with my brand new vehicle. Kudos to the whole team..

We bought a jeep from ira pre owned this past week. The vehicle was in mint condition our salesman clint helped us negotiate the right rate and was very helpful and professional and had excellent communication with us during the whole process. also the manager jason helped us out by ordering and buying us summer matts for it that the previous owner didnt leave with the jeep . we picked it up fully cleaned and a full tank of gas to boot .would highly recommend dealing with Clint and jason they were very nice people.

I purchased a warranty to protect my Avalon from dents, dings and scratches. The dealer told me they were covered. I only needed to bring it to a Toyota dealer. They lied to me. The car got a scratch and I was told scratches arent covered. Only environmental stains are coveredIve revised my last review. Linda contacted me from Ira and got the scratch fixed at no cost to me. Im very happy overall. Cesar was my salesman and he was awesome. Linda was great and even though the warranty I purchased didnt cover the scratch she got it fixed. Dont believe the warranty person when they come to sell you the warranty. They dont cover what that person will claim. Im very happy that they fixed my problem and wanted to make me a happy customer

I wanted to explore my options and see what was available at the dealership that could fit my interest. I spoke with a specialist and we agreed on a day I could go in and check out a car I got there and I was greeted by Juan who seemed very friendly and respectful at first he showed me the car I was looking at, told me he didn’t know where it was and showed me another option explained to me why this was a better option. Second day I came in I spoke with my mom and told her I would like to speak to Juan again since the first impression seemed like he was committed to helping us find what we need. I definitely didn’t feel comfortable with how he was treating me and my mom the tone of his voice seemed like he wasn’t interested in helping us at all.

Poor Customer Service. I was very disappointed. I waited 25 minutes to get checked in. There were 5 service technicians looking at their screen who didn’t acknowledge me. I asked if anyone was checking in people and an Allen said you just have to be patient. We’re busy. I finally got checked in and I waited 2 hours and 40 minutes to get an oil change and tire balancing service. The service technicians were hurrying up trying to get their paperwork done because the place was getting ready to close. It was close to 7pm. I had to ask 3 times if my car was ready and mind you my car was sitting in the parking lot. I won’t ever go back.

I think you’re service department is extremely slow my car was there for a routine check I thought was going to an hour boy was I wrong 2 1/2 hours your customer service crew were not at all apologetic but all this is ok because I am not going to do business with you people after leasing this last vehicle this incident is just a number of times I’ve had issues I’ve been with Toyota many years and I thought I was a valued customer

So I bought a 2018 Camry on March 11 2021. On May 1 I decided to check the oil and pulled the hood release lever. The hood didnt open and I discovered the cable was disconnected. I made an appointment for May 4 to have checked under warranty. After waiting an hour twenty minutes the service advisor told me that I installed an alarm system and stretched the cable. I explained that this was the first time I ever opened the hood and certainly didnt install an alarm but they insisted it was my fault. They told me the repair was 355.94 for the cable. I paid over 22k for this car and was told it was completely checked over. I will pass the word on to everyone I know about my ordeal. I have family in Danvers and will start with them. So much for warranty and customer service

The search of deals for my Rav4 started with web search quoting multiple dealers. Because of computer chip shortage, we r aware that supply of new cars r short for dealers. After one dealer very far offered ed free delivery to home and best price, we tried quote from closer local dealers. So this IRA Toyota of Danvers offered to match best price as well as transferring the last stock of that rav4 model for us. After deposit to reserve that for us, we could reach actual payment after discussion of details. The financial manager was fluent and knowledgeable to explain details of options for the car. So the process finished smoothly in an hour.

I have a 2003 toyota corolla that I have always taken to the dealership to get general maintenance done. I will say this, the toyota dealerships in New Jersey compared to this dealership is astonishing. I had a service appointment to get my brakes checked because they were squealing about 2 months ago. I sat there for 5 hours. 5 hours to have my brakes inspected. After the 5 hours as well as them pushing for me to get spark plugs replaced among other things that i didnt need.. at all. I was told “your brake pads are the best that we have ever seen on a 2003 corolla, nothing was wrong with them”……. They were squealing EVERYTIME i hit the brake pedal. On top of that the bill was close to $500. The woman who checked me out/stood next to me at the counter as if i was 13 years old told me, oh just high speed brake the rust on the rotor will go away. I for a fact knew it wasnt rust bc every time i brakes it took me forever to slow down. My brakes continued to make more noise, so i took it to an auto shop in wakefield and within an hour i’m in their shop looking at what my brake pads looked like compared to new ones. I barely had anything on mine. My drum brakes were essentially slowing my car down. I’m livid that i wasted so much time here to be told nothing was wrong when in fact there was a problem. IN ADDITION, i went in there with 1/2 tank of gas, so i guess they took it for a spin to test out my concerns, because i left with a little under a quarter tank. Never bring your car here if you want genuine service. This is honestly the worst dealership i have ever been to. Find a local shop with honest people that will take care of your car.

Zero star unprofessional place very disappointed very sad for the experience all my three years that i had the car i have my professional responsibility respectful dealer Atlantic Toyota but unfortunately they are very busy and i want to check the car by today.So it’s very very expensive place I paid money that I never paid all the three years i had the car it will be the first and the last time

Really frustrating situation. I’ve always had long wait times at Toyota. But I learned the trick to make an appointment first thing in the morning and normally you can get out of there pretty quick. I made an appointment for 6:20 AM and got there right on time. I got greeted really quickly and got me at my appointment started right away. That’s why I gave an extra star. However an hour and 20 minutes past I received a notification for approval of more work one was windshield wiper replacement another was the serpentine belt. And if you know anything about cars the serpentine belt is very important. Of course I approved the work within a minute from when I got the notification on my phone. At this point it was 740. So I knew it would take at least another 30 minutes or so. 850 comes around no word of my car so I go to ask an employee if they have any updates. They tell me the text are pulling it out right now so I put my stuff away get ready and stand by the cashier Prepared to receive my car. 904 comes around and I get my keys The accountant and customer copy of my bill the cashier line was long so my service tech handed me the paperwork and walked off. The cashier told me $50 After I handed her the paperwork. Once I got to my car me and my husband looked at the receipt and they hadn’t replaced my windshield wiper or serpentine belt. Even though I had approved the work. So what I’m really confused about is why even though having an appointment it took two hours and 40 minutes and I walked off with my car not fully done. At this point I’m fed up with Toyota Danvers and will be my business to Portsmouth even though it’s further and I have been taking my cars to Danvers for the last five years. I’ve had some frustrating experiences but this was a cherry on top. I will have to use another day off to finish servicing my car.Update:customer service reached out within the same day and is rectifying the issues. Great customer service on Linda’s part. It might’ve been a fluke in the system as Linda has said and I will give Danvers one last try. So I’m updating from 2 stars to three.Last update:All issues have been rectified. Curran and Linda took care of me this time around and really went above and beyond to retain my loyalty. It is all very appreciated. Car was fully maintenanced this time 🎉

I just bought a car at ira Toyota Fazale manan was awesome and great during the process he answered all my phone call the whole time he is very professional. There was some issues with the finance people when I picked up the car I couldn’t see a finance person to finalize the process my wife and I sat there for almost 2 hours that was the only issue I had.Would I buy a car again at ira Toyota? The answer is yes because of Fazale he was very patient , very professional.I respect him a lot he takes his job very serious. Thanks Fazale for your help. You are a great asset to the company.

Had a great experience going through the process of leasing a 2021 Toyota RAV4. Both Jim, a product specialist, and Gabe in the finance department were of great help and made the process seamless for me. Had the car in my possession within 72 hours! Very reasonable terms and didn’t try to aggressively sell me on anything I did not need.
