The surprise rental of of the 1956 Rolls Royce for my wedding was nothing short of perfect. The price was reasonable, Mike was an amazing driver, and the experience could not have been better. Would 100% use again if the opportunity presented itself.

First I wanna say this company was very very accommodating. Our original wedding date was April 19, 2020. But due to Covid we had to move it three other times. Even though we’re supposed to get the Porsche limo. They accommodate us by giving us the Mercedes because we had a change so many dates and it was already reserved. Which I understand. I have to say is coming is very common eating and they did whatever they could do to help us out. The woman driver was very professional and helpful. I want to thank them in the limo driver Chris. for everything he did for helping us for a big special wedding day

My best friend made the biggest decision in his life and that was to Marry the love of his life. The night of the wedding was going great until the end of the night.They booked with Expo Limousine. They booked a “PORSCHE LIMO” as a ride home for after their wedding and Expo Limo sent them a vehicle that was completely different. They told us that it was an upgrade but there was no communication or agreement with them and the newlyweds (unprofessional) The newlyweds were extremely upset so refused their service. But the sad part is that they still charged them $650.00.My question to Expo Limousine is Why no communication? Why couldn’t you contact us to let them know? A wedding is something a couple plan for years to make it complete and your service ruin that.The Bride went from being the happiest Lady in the world to being shattered by the service from Expo Limousine. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone and that they need to do a better job to treat their customer right. If a couple is spending that amount of money for your service the least you could’ve done is to call and check on up on them about changes!

Five star service all around!! We have used various cars and limos and drivers from expo limousine, each experience has been a pleasure & seamless! They always arrive early & the cars are spotless and clean. Fancy champagne glasses in the limos and always a water available even if just heading to the airport. Luxury at its best. Only limo company we use in and around Boston / New England. Very friendly drivers & customer service

I’d have to say this was the most stressful part of planning but the guys at Expo Limo made it pretty painless. The deposit process was a little tricky but overall everything was smooth. The Mercedes GL limo was unreal. I’ve never seen anything like it and the driver (who’s name I forgot) was great. He was attentive, mildly engaging but not overly intrusive in our day

I have used the services of Expo limo for over ten years. They are always so reliable and courteous. Ive used them for airport transport or nights out with a large group. I have also used them for my wedding day and the driver even helped me with my wedding gown. I recommend Expo Limo to my friends that are looking for a reliable and honest limo company who takes customer safety into consideration.

We MISTAKENLY tried Expo limo for my sons bday. Staff talked the real good talk. Paid and reserved for a newer model, right on the day, driver showed up in a 90s era Hummer. My son, his girlfriend and friends were all hugely disappointed. Theyve all seen and been in a Hummer plenty. I called Dan Rollo, asked him whats up with that! His response was, the car ran into a mechanical problem Come on now! You only told us this when we called you after the driver arrive in a completely different car and was an obvious downgrade from what I had paid for. I was willing to work with you and told you it may be fine, but if you could you work with me on the price difference for the downgrade. You kept going on about this and that, all to make it sound justifiable to keep the same cost? How is that even possible? Is that you thrive and make money? by ripping people off? Scamming them out of a high end choice and delivering a low end death box thats probably not structurally safe, come to think about it. Plenty of honest limo providers out there. Stay away from this conniving company.

Wow! Expo Limousine was a great experience. My driver DAN was more then accommodating. Very polite, friendly attitude. Limo was clean and beautiful. Definitely recommend to someone looking to rent a limo!

Since when is it okay to charge customers for something they didn’t order!? Our wedding party reserved a Porsche limo for the post reception. They showed up with a completely different vehicle and then proceeded to argue with the bride about how the vehicle they sent is actually better. There was zero communication and when we declined the service, they still charged us!

If I can give this company zero stars I would. We reserved a Porsche limo few months ahead in hopes of receiving the right car but on the night of our wedding we got a completely different limo. We declined it because it’s not what we paid for. The guy Daniel Rollo was in charge and had the nerve to charge me the whole bill of $650.00, on top of that they did it on my wedding night. It was supposed to be special day, thanks to this company they’ve ruin it. Really unprofessional how it was handled and such a disappointment.

My sister booked a Porsche limousine after her wedding last weekend… The whole night was wonderful up until the limousine arrived. They sent the wrong limousine and said the Porsche had issues with its “transmission“. They sent a hummer and said it was an upgrade, but we felt it was a significant downgrade. Who drives a hummer these days? The owner then said the Porsche could be there in 30-40 minutes… What happened to its transmission problems? I bet they don’t even have a Porsche limousine. I would rather take a lyft or an Uber then get into a downgraded limo.The owner has also been very unprofessional and all of his communication with us. He charged us despite us not even using his services. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Horrible experience with this company. My friends and I booked a Porsche limousine for their wedding night and we did not get what we paid for. The limousine arrived and it was not a Porsche limo. We refused to take the service and ended up taking an Uber home. The next day we contacted them and spoke with a guy named Daniel Rollo about how there was no communication or agreement on the limo that showed up and how we wanted a refund. Instead of giving us a refund for something we didnt partake in, he had the nerve to charge us $650. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone!

You ruined my daughter’s wedding! She could have booked any limo company but she made a huge mistake by booking with your company! She reserved a Porsche Limo which was clearly on the contract. The night of the wedding, a different vehicle showed up and it wasn’t what we agreed to pay for. You should have contacted us and informed us in advance the Porsche was no longer available. We would have canceled and book with another company instead. We refused to get in the limo and clearly did not use your services! We took Lyfts and Ubers home rather than getting into a vehicle we did not request for! We agreed to pay for the Porsche, not Hummer! It’s the principle! For example, you have dinner at a restaurant and ordered filet mignon. Your server brings out a sirloin instead and force you eat it. You refuse to and send it back. When the bill comes out, the server charged you for the steak you never got! How unbelievable!I cannot believe you have the nerve to charge my daughter’s credit card $650 without her authorization. I understand you run a family business and maybe that’s why you don’t know how to run your business professionally! You have no right to charge my daughter for your mistake and something she did not use! You are a crook and the world needs to know before they make the same mistake and book with your company!

This company is a total fraud. My friend booked a Porsche limo and they showed up with a hummer...we refused to take the hummer and they charged us anyway! Very rude and unprofessional owner. This one will be out of business soon. Do your self a favor and go with a more reputable company.

Have you heard theyre radio commercial? They basically said they only want rich clients, so if youre not rich, dont call them.
