He open and close the door for the girls (which made them feel super special). He made sure we got the most of our money and time when we were driving back to our house. I cant speak more highly of the driver, Driss. He was so kind and understanding with his anxious passenger. (My head injured brother) Even gave him a mask because he couldnt find it!! I booked from out of state on a 3rd party referral and although I found the website not very user friendly for someone who has never done this before, Driss kept in constant contact with me by text and phone every step of the way reassuring me he would take care of it. And he did!! Even offering to invoice me when i couldnt enter my cc information. (PS book as guest not member. Driss and his team have driven me and my family floor the past 5 years. He drove me to and from night classes for a semester (I dont see well at night), and since then I have used Boston Limo for all sorts of adventures and life events. The cars are always clean and stocked with water, hand sanitizer, and mints, and can be provided with child seats when necessary.For this particular ride, Driss arrived on time (as usual), helped me navigate an icy sidewalk, picked up family members, and got us to our destination with plenty of time to spare. The same was true on the way home.
