Ft. Lauderdale Maid Service is the cleaning company thats beyond just cleaning. They have outstanding customer service and the cleaners exceed my expectations, they are always working hard and always show me and my guests a smile. I schedule the same cleaners every time who are always very professional, they help me at my personal home as well my vacation rentals. My homes always look great and feel great. It makes a difference to be in a clean space, since I work so much I have little time to get these things done, not only are they there for my home but essentially there for everything including my business rentals. My guests as myself are satisfied with your services, your management is also very supportive whenever Im out of town, you have provided great support to my management when I have needed it.

What can I say but...I have used Fort Lauderdale maid services for approx. 2 years now. My son is 3 sounds about right. Reason being after the 1st time they did such a EXCELLENT job that I didnt have to look elsewhere. Im so impressed with the team ! From Paulina who schedules the appointments there are times Im running late and I cant have my house done that day they are flexible and able to switch it to a day that best fits my schedule.Also to the crew who comes to my home to do the job. Im also impressed with the details and how efficient they are. You walk them thru your home explaining what your needs are for the first time . Then when they are completed you walk the entire home once again with them making sure everything is to your liking.If something is a little off the fix it till you are 100% satisfied.Theres at least 2 staff members that arrive each time.If I could give 10 STARS I would.We are very happy with Fort LAUDERDALE Maid Service.

They stole from us. Dont use these people. Theyll also do a crappy job.Their cleaning services are a joke. Because the employee turnover here is so out of control, their services are never consistent or thorough. The employees they manage to hold onto are the ones who are dysfunctional. Nearly 40% of the time the house cleaner wouldnt show up and Id call them and they would have no idea it was going to happen. Sometimes they would know that the person called in sick, but the office decided it wasnt necessary to let me know or look for a replacement for the day. Once I came home to find every piece of food gone from the fridge and freezer when I asked the maid to Clean out the fridge. I spent over $900 replacing the food and that food never ended up outside in my trash can. Other small things disappeared as well and I suspect one maid kept taking my insulin pens from the fridge Ive used maid services for over a decade and this one is by far the worst. Keep looking. Skip this one.

Dont waste your time. Way over priced and the quality of work was a 2 out of 10. The kid they sent was nice but clearly never trained on how to clean a house, he took 5 hours, which they charge by the hour and all I got was a wipe down and mop the floor of an empty house and the floors were still dirty the mopping of the floor was with some cheap small mop that didnt pick up any of the dirt. Then his boss throws her lit cigarette in my yard right in front of me! These people are a joke.

They left my new home looking spotless! Will definetly have them come back! They were punctual, professional, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend!

I had just moved in into this place but it honestly needed some scrubbing so i decided to call this company for a same day deep clean. the owner call me 30 minutes before they arrive to confirm arrival time of the two people. My wife couldnt be any happier with the outcome my house now is clean and fresh.

If i could give them no stars i would. They didnt show up for an appointment and was very unprofessional about it. I made an appointment for 9am to do a deep cleaning. I am an attorney and advised them that i would make time to wait and greet whoever was coming to clean my home unsupervised. Well its now 10am and no one has showed up. When i called to check on the status i was told by the MANAGER maybe we scheduled the wrong time...it happens. So i asked was i going to be compensated for the hour i lost, i was told call another company we dont give freebies

I called this company for 2 times this month and they did a very good job . My wife is really special in regards of who does the cleaning in our home and she is vey pleased. Kudos cleaning crew . We appreciate it.

First maid sent didnt clean ANYTHING. Second maid came to fixed the problem. She did a good job at the master room. Kitchen she cleaned just the floor. Never again I will contract this company.

Maid made off with a bottle of rum and $100 from my apartment, I called and she denied taking it. VERY DISPLEASED!!
