The team of Norman Wilson and Patrick Gray were very professional, efficient and quick. What I liked most about Patrick, who did the cleaning while Norman powered the equipment from the truck, was he explained everything he was doing every step of the way. From telling me about the stains, soiling and furniture marks on the carpet, to the type of spot remover he was using and why he was raking the carpet. He gave me quite an education in a short span of time. When I am ready to have my carpet recleaned Im going to ask for them.

It was a bait and switch. Told them the exact square footage, empty condo, clean the tile. When they arrived the price doubled, then got reduced to 50% more. They said because I didnt tell them about the open kitchen. Same square feet no matter how you figure it. Asked them if it was all one room would it be half price and he said no, of course not. I was told later that its only an estimate.

The Guys were nice, and did a good job protecting my baseboards. My Grout was cleaned just OK, i would have liked them to brush in-between ALL the tiles before vacuuming. I didnt like the up-selling and I paid close to $500 for about 800 Square Feet of Tile Grout Cleaning which seemed high to me. They were done in about 2 hours.

I have my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer often. I own two homes and have white carpeting in both, not easy to keep clean. I have to say after many years of service, some technicians are better than others, unfortunately. However, my most recent cleaning in Hollywood was one of the best I experienced. Norman and Patrick were the crew and they were on time, moved things, concentrated on traffic areas, removed hard to clean spots, took great care to get my carpeting clean all without being asked. I had a full-size sectional, hallway and dining room cleaned $274. This was done in 30 minutes! The sectional is so wet and I can’t tell if it’s clean or will ever dry? The carpets areas, was accomplished in about a 10 minute pass, no protection put under any furniture legs. I’ve used Stanley Steemer for many years, I know a good job from a bad job. They did a horrible job this time!!

They Were able to remove all foot traffic stains from my tile floor!!! They look and most of all feel brand new. Getting my floors done with Stanley Steamer improves the air quality in my home as well as overall smell. I recommend doing it once a year and if you are a pet owner you will be grateful you did!

Our Tech Otto was incredibly cordial and friendly. He really did an outstanding job explaining the process, as we do have a doggo that’s thinks it’s okay to pee on the carpet every now and again! He provided a brochure for recurrent service to remedy the areas, as the stains will eventually come back to the surface. He treated the entire carpet, moved every piece of furniture and really did a wonderful job.I think he definitely went over above his duties. In this day and age you rarely find someone who will work so hard to proudly represent their company. The workers were professional & kindly answered our many questions. There were stains that I was sure would not come out, but were able to get them out for the most part.

After using them prior maybe twice at least one other time. I decided to call again to clean area rug. Driver asked if I would like them to take rug clean it at there site and dry it. Would return it by Monday the latest this was a Wednesday. Week later finally got someone on phone after they said it takes 48 hrs for someone to get back to you, it’s been over 72 and the manager for my area store hasn’t got back to us. The rug is for my 16 month olds room she sits on and plays while watching tv. Just unprofessional, miserable people that answer the phone but hey what did I expect since the new thing today is to get paid not to work. Bought my own rug cleaner and steemer. I’ll do them myself. One day Stanley will be obsolete and out of business.

I had a horrible experience from this company. The guy came by and roughly cleaned the tiles/grout and carpets in 2 rooms, bathrooms, stairs, entry less than 1 hour. The areas looked nothing different before and after. I called the company to ask for refund. Obviously, it’s a money-make company that they refused to refund. They promised to come back and re-do the job. It ended up with no call and no show. I just waisted $550 for nothing.

BUYER BEWARE - BAIT & SWITCH PRICING WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE.  As you can see from my reviews, I never spend the energy to do a bad review as I never wish negative upon anyone or company. Unfortunately, I dont want any consumer to be taken by this companies branch location.  I recently purchased a condo in a well-known highrise in Hollywood, FL, and my assistant reached out to Stanley for a quote on grout cleaning.  It was a simple exercise as we gave them the exact square footage (2133) and the tile size and type.  We received the quote, and although we thought it was a little high, we accepted the quote as we knew they had the appropriate insurance for our building.  On the original day of the install, the team showed up and didnt start work as they stated there was a Hallway and an additional Powder Room that was not in the original quote, which is not true.  They didnt start work and left the premise telling us we would have to reschedule?  The price then increased, although the square footage was quoted down to the inch on the original quote.  Frustrated, but we needed to get the work done, so we agreed to move forward.  On the day of the install, a new crew showed up and stated this was not tile, but it was actually marble.  This was not true; its porcelain tile, just as we advised the Stanley Steamer representative the first time when going over the scope of work.  Not to mention, they had already arrived for the original install date and mentioned nothing about the type of tile. The final result was a non-approved charge of $1415.00 from $579.00.  Almost 3X the amount!  We have emailed and called management on four occasions with a ZERO response.  Please be aware of these tactics and understand they will take your hard-earned money and potentially deliver a product that not only is unsatisfactory but can destroy your paint job on your walls and trim.  We will be attaching pictures of the damage to the walls and trim to our condo that was painted the week prior.  Im sure they deliver a good product on many occasions, but switching pricing on two occasions, damaging the property, and not responding to inquires for resolution is unacceptable.  STAY AWAY!~

While the technician was on time and pleasant , Stanley Steemer just isnt a good value. They dont do a thorough vacuuming prior to steam cleaning as other companies do and the past 2 times Ive used them they cleaned my hall and 3 rooms in less than a half hour which I feel cant really be doing a great job. I also didnt notice a big change to my carpets either time. I doubt I would use them again since now its twice Ive felt like I definitely overpaid for the little work that they do.

This is the 3rd time we have had them come out--and they did an exceptional job. The carpets were looking dirty and Otis left them looking new! It is unbelievable the difference. Highly recommend them!

The techs were able to run a hose and service my 3rd floor unit when another company could not. The techs Kervin and Matthew were friendly and hard working. The tile cleaning did not get the stained grout as clean as I wanted, but the optional Color Guard treatment they offered made the grout look brand new, and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately the optional Color Guard service doubled the price, but my floors have never looked this good. If you need tiles cleaned, just plan on having the optional treatment and factor in that cost, and you wont be disappointed.
