Overall great experience. I reached out to Thermador Repair Daly Citys when my refrigerator suddenly stopped working and they were able to send someone out within a few hours of my call. Bryan and Ryan were professional, knowledgeable and courteous and made the whole process stress free. They arrived on time, diagnosed my problem immediately and quickly ordered the needed part. They were back first thing the next morning (working around my busy schedule) to install the part and everything is working great now.

I dont normally write reviews unless I receive incredible service, so here I am! I cannot recommend Thermador Repair Daly City enough. I spoke with him on the phone one day, and he was at my house the next. He said he could come between 12-3, but I told him I needed to leave by 2 to go pick my kids up at school. He arrived around 12:15 and was done by 1. He came prepared with all the necessary parts, and fixed a free 6 year old dryer. He even gave suggestions to help maintain the dryer. If you need help with your washer, dryer, range, or refrigerator CALL HIM!!!

They took on a warranty dishwasher repair for an Italian brand not familiar to them and worked with the warranty manager to get the parts in. I sent an email on a Sunday re my broken freezer. I had a reply within an hour and the repairman Marcus was here at 9:30 sharp on Monday morning. He fixed my freezer in about an hour for a reasonable price. Great service! Highly recommend.

Marco is extremely professional. He answers all calls and lets you know what is the most economical option for a problem. I have found him to be very trustworthy. Hes been to my place several times for an old dryer and has worked diligently to get it fixed, on occasion coming out and not charging me. Id recommend him without question.

After a month and 2 cancelation the company is told me the guy is still not available (although it was scheduled) and dont want to reschedule. I waited a month for them to drop the balls. Definitely not a reliable company.

Do not trust this business. Did not render services promised as soon as payment was made. Contractor simply started ignoring calls and repeatedly making excuses for not showing up. Not trustworthy and simply cannot recommend.
