Terrible all around. They refused to even schedule an appointment until after they received a warranty work order directly from the manufacturer.After that, which required multiple callbacks, I finally got an appointment for an 11am-1pm window. When I called at 1:30pm, they told me that that they had a server issue, and that he would be there around 2:30. Around 2:45 they called again and said they would be late due to traffic. The guy Dmitry finally showed up at 4pm for a 11am-1pm appointment, and immediately refused to even try to fix it because I had removed the door panel (which takes 2 minutes and a handful of screws). I dont know if this is company policy or Dmitrys laziness, but either way its ridiculous, and could have been avoided by them simply verifying that in the first place.Dont waste your time and definitely dont waste your money with these clowns.

The display on my oven stopped working. Otherwise the oven worked. I was referred to Big Guys by the manufacturer after the manufacturer indicated that it didnt make parts for my oven anymore. I looked up my issue online and learned that the problem was generally one of two circuit boards. Because the maker didnt make parts for it anymore, i already knew that i would need to get a board rebuilt. When the repair technician showed up, he turned it on, noted that the display didnt work and said, Thatll be $130. He was there 10 minutes. I asked which board was broken. He said, The display is broken. When I agreed and reminded him that thats why I called and said I wanted to know the specific broken part, he said It sounds like you think you know a lot already, why did you call me? I reiterated that I wanted to know which part was broken and he again said the display. He then asked Am I the technician? He then said his manager would check on parts. I told him that the company didnt make parts for it anymore and he said the manager would call me. The manager did call and told me the part number and confirmed parts were not made for my machine. I expect a lot more professionalism for what technicians charge for their services. The manager seems competent however I would not recommend them based on the way their technician behaved.

Worst service! Service person came on personal car. He looked our stove and I told him that the oven not working. Service person seemed dont know what to do. He had to call Thermador for diagnosticand after few minutes later told me that the problem could be a relay board or the switch which would cost morethan $1000. Then, charge me $125 ! All he did a 15 minutes call to Thermador which he does notEVEN KNOW THE ACTUAL PROBLEM! Unbeleivable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...a ripped off!
