I have rented trucks from this Enterprise location several times over the last few years for both commercial and personal use. Great and friendly service, and with a large inventory, it seems they are always able to accommodate with whatever type of truck I might require. For the most part, the trucks I have rented are nearly new and always clean and in good working order.

Excellent Adam and his crew are greatness. He truly has a heartfelt understanding of what it means to be a struggling small business. He does everything he can to make everything easier. One of the first things he said to me is how can I help you and he means it. I believe if you can find a individual who truly wants to have customers for life. Then you should stay with them. I intend to do that when it comes to working with Adam.

Best place in town to rent a truck!

Rented the 26 FT TRUCK WITH LIFT GATE- excellent truck.The person who checked our truck- low energy, did not explain about drivers air ride, and did not explain about location or button to activate lift gate.While finishing appear work - Asked about mileage charge and was told (Twice-including looking up cost) a number that was half what they charged .When brought that issue up- no reply.Great truck- poor service- if there was anyone closer to where I needed truck- I would rent from them.

Good experience with Truck Rental staff very professional truck clean and in good condition.

These guys are awesome. Our fleet company called all over town trying to find a cargo van for me and not only did they have one for me they came down and waited with me for the flatbed to pick up my fleet vehicle. They brought me over to their office and five minutes later I was in my rental, they even had a more manageable cargo van for me to use rather that the giant transit connect. After I had their vehicle for over a week they were very accommodating with my schedule and got me in/out and back to the dealership to pick up my fleet vehicle. Really great service from Mike Schultz and the guys over at enterprise trucks.

I rent trucks here often. Always get excellent service. I hate to brag about them but I cant say anything bad about this location or its crew. They are just wonderful to deal with.

Great people with a good personality to work with

Take a very close look at the vehicle before you drive it off. Failure to do this will result in some unexpected expenses for you. Do this and you will be fine. They have a great staff, great vehicles, and it is generally a positive experience.

Extremely disappointed, Even though they’ll say they did there best to help resolve the issues to my truck, they did not take responsibility for the fact they caused a significant loss of work. From the fact that they gave me a truck with major problems to making me drive hours and many miles back to replace truck causing me lost time and additional miles. All they decided to give me was 20% off which doesn’t come close to covering loss of work. On top of all that I have tried many times to contact them about this issue and they always tell me they will get back to me, and then never get back to me. Will never recommend this branch to anyone, neither will I come to this branch again.

Horrible experience. I booked a truck several weeks in advance and called twice to confirm the reservation. When we arrived to pick up our scheduled truck they had rented all of the trucks to other people! And they seemed to not care/were not very apologetic!
