I was referred to them by one of Rebeccas longtime clients. I really dont even know where to begin. This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL and definitely has some hidden fees that are not documented on their invoices. Every time there was any type of communicating it was initiated by me. One day I called to see was I going to get a copy of my tax documents and an invoice of what they were charging me because she couldnt tell me. She emails my tax papers and the amount she told me I was receiving and the invoice did not match up. She then emails me half of my tax return and then tells me the file is too large for them to email the entire thing, but if I want her too she can. I also asked her to help me make sense of why the amount she told me and the amount the invoice says they charged did not add up she said they were just opening up and she would call me back once they pulled the systems up, lets just say I am still waiting on her to call me back. Reading the comments, I am not the only person they have scammed. I should have ran when they didnt call me for the first virtual appt I had scheduled because they had the wrong phone number down for me.

Beware do not go here, I went to VICKY ,because she was recommended by a friend. I didn’t suspect she was lying until...She said she was going to charge me 140 out of my taxes and lied telling me my total. WHEN I LOOKED ON THE TEXAS WEBSITE IT SHOWED THE ACTUAL TOTAL, which was about 400-500$ more... DO NOT GO TO VICKY, SHE STEALS YOUR MONEY AND SAYS “I FORGOT TO MENTION MY EXTRA CHARGES”.... yeah she forgot to tell my whole family that!

Beware!! This place is a disaster! I had an appointment and still had to wait for almost an hour because for the second year in a row they had marked me down for the wrong time. After waiting for a while the girl at the front desk offered to get my information and deductions and Rebekah would follow up with a phone call to answer questions, tell me how much I could expect, and review the work the other girl had done because she was now on a call with a customer from out of state. Rebekah was going to be on the phone for a while, even though i was there long before the caller so I accepted the offer to finish on the phone. Rebekah never called but continued helping more customers! I filed on Wednesday, it is now the end of business day Friday and they still have not called to inform me how much to expect or to review my documents. Ive called repeatedly and they just say she is busy helping other customers, these are customers with appointments after mine! Why is it so hard to finish with one before you start the next? Unorganized!! Im beginning to worry if my information is even safe! Go elsewhere and avoid the headache!

Rebecca is the one of the best tax preparer I have used to get a refund. She is very thorough and she will maximize your refund over the box chain tax places. I was charged very little and I received a small return and I was charged a lot for a EZ tax form by the box chains. I dont need to meet with her to know she does a great job. You do have the option of not doing rapid refund and pay the tax preparer fee and mailing it yourself.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE! Had an appointment with them at the end of January, giving them ALL of my information and signing what they asked and i have not got a return call. Iv called every other day and spoke with Danni each time who completely forgets who i am and she says every time “I’ll have my manager call right back ” and i have yet to get a return call and it’s now March 11th. I know they have time to at least talk for 5 minutes because in person face to face during my appointment Vickie took a personal call telling me to hold on. They still have not submitted my returns.ALSO informing Vickey, Rebecca Danni that i work in the oilfield and i have expenses I’d like to write off an they all informed me that Trump made a new law where you can no longer use your Receipts, after doing my own research i called them out on their mistake and they said there was a miss understanding.This place is VERY unprofessional DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been coming to Rebecca for many years now. I have not yet encountered any problems that involve my taxes. She is definetely on the very busy side.. But is good at what he e does. Not anywhere else before was i asked so many inquistive questions to help with my returb. Most of the places i have been prior ,sit you down and dont even look at you. Tbey pretty muh u sit u down and say this is how much ur getting back without any explanation. But at the same time, all i really am worried about is the best and most accurate return. Shes a lovely person. And so is her receptionist who has also been with her for many years. I highly recomment that you do set an appt with her because of te fact that she has become busier and busier each year. Perhaps that is because word of mouth has positive things to say.

Use caution when using this service. They are not professional.

I did my taxtas there, vickie told me that she was going to charge me $ 160 of the taxtas check and when the taxtas arrived they charged me $ 360 in total that they also charge for other services by k but she never told me that and when I went to speak with She just told me to open it, forget to tell me. I do not recommend it.
