She can be difficult to get in touch with, and appears to be very disorganized (perhaps her office is organized chaos?), but we are always happy with how she handles our taxes.

If no stars were an option that’s what this woman would receive . Hands down the most unprofessional and unorganized person I’ve ever tried working with . Impossible to get in touch with unless you show up at her office . After almost a month I finally Just had to go pick up my paper work because absolutely nothing had been done with it . She did refund me not by choice after she cussed at me and slammed her door in my face . I would never recommend this woman to anyone to handle your personal information or taxes
