Very professional and polite stuff. Not understanding why people are complaining... Ive got my taxes filed for a 1/3 of a fee than other offices charged my friends. Ive been their client for 4 years already and not a single issue with them. Use their services and thank me later.

I got shorted on my tax return because they have untrained personnel and dont know what they are doing. I qualify for Hob and didnt get it. So now Im having to fight to try and get it back. It is a hassle. The money difference is very significant.

If I could I wouldnt give him any stars. Bad service. Bad attention.
