We had the pleasure of working Faithon as we relocated to the Dallas area. Given the pandemic, all of this had to be done remotely from out-of-state, and he was able to accommodate us every step of the way! He was willing to help us check out multiple properties over the span of multiple days, and was extremely knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods, which helped us feel much more confident about settling on our first home here in Dallas. He really took the time to understand what our family was looking for, and he made the whole process as painless as possible. And once we settled on a place, he made sure to get our application completed ASAP before anyone else could take it, even if it meant that he worked into the late evening to accommodate our schedule. Overall, I cannot recommend him highly enough, and if I ever need to find another place for rent, I will go back to Faithon in a heartbeat!

We lost $500 in application fees to two rental management companies before we were found by Faithon. Dallas is a fast market and you need NEED to have a broker if you want anything decent. We were floundering, but within two days of working with Faithon, he found us a house with everything we wanted and at a great price - and got us in early enough to lock it down before it was snagged ( We made our offer within hours of the listing going up - yes Dallas is THAT fast). Along the way he has been super kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. If you need any more assurance that youve picked the right broker - hes so great that weve added him to our Xmas card list.

One of my biggest regrets was working with Faithon, James Palin and Coldwell Banker Realty. Neither of them were honest and literally left me hanging when their partners took my rent and deposit then became unresponsive. I went through a realtor to avoid these types of issues only to find more problems taking this route. 100% would not recommend.

We went into our house search pretty blind and Faithon was seriously a beacon of light. He is genuinely kind and helpful, making sure he understood our needs and also that we knew exactly what we were getting every step of the way. If there was any confusion on our part he would take the time to clarify and explain and re-explain until we were satisfied. Faithon definitely spent some late nights and weekends answering texts and phone calls for us. He is dedicated to matching the right house to the right people, and he went far above and beyond to make that happen for us. I am certain that this review will be the best one I have ever written. Thus, it will be commensurate with the level of service and professionalism that my husband and I received from Faithon Lucas. I have been in the commercial real estate business for 39 years and I fully understand and appreciate customer service.
