I compared 3 companies on line to compare closing costs for loans. Aspire lending promoted that they will deliver the best price in the business. So many lenders quote you one price then at the end at closing and do not deliver. I can speak highly of Aspire lending for their professionalism, responsiveness and a highly collaborative team. Aspire Lending closing costs were delivered as stated, I highly recommend doing business this company.

I went with Aspire Lending as their rates were far lower than I could get through a mortgage broker I had worked with for a while. The process was very quick and easy and theyre online portal made it very easy for us to submit documents. Very disappointed. Stopped responding had to find out by letter they stopped loan process 2 weeks later. Guess if they are sure they aren’t going to get your money then you don’t matter.

I shopped around for my cash-out refinance at several places that ranged from small, local companies to the largest in the industry. Texas Lending had the same (or better) rates than everyone else but the fees were thousands less! I found my loan officer to be very responsive. My only frustration was with the new government regulations that increased the number of hoops that must be jumped through and the excessive waiting times to both close and fund the loan. It took a full two weeks to get the loan funded from the time my loan was cleared to close by the underwriter.

All of the Aspire staff we worked with were very helpful and informative. They kept us updated throughout the process. They were also friendly and personable in all our communications.
