Service at Mini of Dallas is exceptional! Not only are appointments on time, but from the greeting at the service center to the sanitizing at the conclusion of repair, you are greeted by the advisor and taken care of throughout the process. There is a mini dealership closer to me but I will always return to Dallas for the professional practices of the service consultants! Sincere thanks to Colin and Parker who are wonderful!

I would have given 3 stars or more but they changed the oil and forgot to reset the indicator. Now I have to call or take care back to get it reset.This was my first time at this location and had to go because car world not start and still under warranty. They replaced the battery at no cost.Since I did not have an appointment it took almost 4 hours to get work done. I highly recommend making an appointment. Even for quick service items like an oil change or tire rotation be prepared to wait without one.My service advisor never told me their name or even give me a business card. There were very busy when I arrived so will let it go this time. They also have a shuttle but only goes out 10 miles max. Unless you work around Love Field not really much use.I will go back for my warranty work but not sure will use once warranty expires.
