I got a flat tire this morning and I stopped by at NTB On Forest Lane and 75 central In Dallas. I know I need to buy some new tires for my car but I don’t get pay until next week. I went in there, and for my surprise I was well greeted by Jessy. I think he is the manager there I’m not sure. I explain to him my situation and he totally understood my case. He also explained to me what would be The best tires for my car, prices, benefits on getting the store card etc. etc. etc. I never really had that type of service at any tire/battery store before. He knew that I couldn’t buy new tires at the moment but he Did patch my tire so that I could get on the road again. He really was very professional, friendly and educated me on tires and understood my situation. I am for sure coming back next week when I get paid I am by my tires with him and strongly suggest if you need tires new batteries were anything go to NTB in Forest Lane and 75 and look for Jessy.You will be very happy with his assistance.

In and out in no time at all! Quality customer service. It helps to have an appointment but they are quick to help with walk ins and general questions as well! Cant beat this kind of care!

Watched tire tech walk around my vehicle, attempting to locate my drivers side front tire. Upon locating it he stared for a moment, talked to another tech went back to staring. At no point attempted to locate the leak. Came in to inform me they were unable to locate the key to my wheels, after looking all through my vehicle front and back without my consent. Long story short they take way to long, to accomplish nothing. Rode it out until closing time. Never again.

The location on Forest Central is excellent. All repairs were performed correctly, I have never needed to come back for adjustment or correction. This location does not try to upsell you or make recommendations for unnecessary repairs. This is very helpful if your knowledge of automobile mechanics is limited or you know just enough to be dangerous.I highly recommend this location, I actually continue to drive the additional distance after I moved.

*** Update***I called them the next morning and I let them know that the cap was missing. They did look for it in the shop and found, all I had to do was drop by and they put it on for me.Tech that put on my tires left off one of VW lug nut caps and didn’t bother to tell anyone, I did do a once over on my tires before I left but I was mainly looking at my tires. It’s after hours right now so I’m calling them in the morning to let them know and for them to replace it. We’ll see how they handle this but to be honest I’m not getting my hopes up.

Very helpful in a situation that was rather stressful. Fix my flat tire timely and kept me updated. Ill definitely return.

This place is kind of expensive but theyre better at doing tires than any Wal Mart. Service dept in the metro, ps make sure you explain you want road hazard insurance for your tires because they conveniently forget to remind you to buy that with the set of tires.. Idk a little tricky there...

Wow!!! Wow!!! Ive been coming to the Forest Ln for a while. Always greeted with a smile and professionalism. Never had them to try and run up a ticket on me. And they stand by their work. Thoroughly explain whatever work that needs to been done on the vehicle. Most important keeping me updated on the completion of the work being done. Clean and spacious lobby area with an area to watch TV or to observe the shop area. Oh yeah a number of places within walking distance to eat if you choose to do so.

Had a flat tire on my way to work - pulled into NTB and they took excellent care of me. I had no appointment, just a crisis. They turned my day around. So thankful for the crew and appreciative of how they treated me today. THANK YOU!

On our way to Houston, all of a sudden our car was shaking; we drove up to NTB on Lovers lane to get it checked out. Bjay was absolutely amazing! he patiently heard our issue, examine the car figured out the problem and had us back on the road in less than an hour. the whole experience was so awesome.!

Extremely dissatisfied took my SUV change front wheel lag bolt the bolt itself cost $4.71 the technician charge me $134.99 labor cost which doesn’t seem fair I was overcharged please verify the charges before you get any work done on your vehicle I do not recommend NTB any more and another occasion at this location the technician told me the two axle replacement will cost me $900 I got it done just for $200 in a different service location these people are dishonest and not fair when it comes to pricing I highly not recommending to use NTB anymore my worst experience for vehicle service not happy at all

Came in to get a slow leaking tire checked out. Off the bat, it was a long wait for what seemed like a slow location. It was a 30 mins wait with notice​. Though, I did witness someone get there vehicle in ahead of mine who had arrived after me. In addition, the bathrooms could of used a once over. Regardless, my vehicle went in the shop and the tech was great. She made up for the wait. She located which tire was leaking and repaired it AT NO COST!

Easy to find. Staff was friendly and efficient. Came in for what I thought was a nail in the tire, only to find out it was a valve issue, which they fixed at no charge. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road safely and swiftly!!

Fast service not nearly as crowded as most Discount Tire. Pricing is aggressive. Theyre waiting lounge is a lot nicer and accommodates people in my line of work that need to use their computers and Wi-Fi while waiting. They didnt have my tires in stock but he got them delivered and installed within 1-1/2 hrs. If you go to this location ask for Brett!

I have never ever had a problem here. I had to come here one time cause Discount Tires put the wrong size tires on. They have my trust! I only come here and nowwhere else. 6 plus years and counting

Took over an hour for an oil change and they broke my drain plug.

I have now taken my car to this location twice since I have moved to Dallas. Both times I had low tire pressure. The first time it was a valve issue that they fixed at no cost! Second time I was unlucky and caught a nail in the sidewall. They were able to replace my tire and I was all set in under 30 minutes. The man working the front was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was deciding on which tire to buy. (I was unable to catch his name, he was out at the front, Thursday 2/13 at 4:30pm) I will be taking my car back the next time it needs service!

NTB Forest Central location does an outstanding job! I was greeted immediately on arrival. Within 10 minutes my car was being serviced. They went above and beyond with my car, addressing another issue my car has been having for years. Others had priced me eight times the price they offered to do the repair. They offer two different waiting room areas. One of the areas had a tv, coffee maker, and vending machine. The set up of this waiting room is perfect. You can actually watch the cars being serviced! Overall, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome service. I called at 6pm drove over i wanted new tires he gave me prices over the phone. They closed at 8pm so getting there late like that wouldve already been a no go. They did an awesome job. They will continue to get my business. They treat their customers good. Also have good prices. Quality service

Had a flat tire. Called to ask if they were open. They said yes. I said I will be right in. They said ok. I got there and they said no more cars we are closing early. Could have said that on the phone in the 10 minutes it took get there the world changed. Even the door had Christmas Eve hours until 5pm. Lost my business forever.

Excellent service always

Took my truck in last week to get tires rotated and balanced, and have a slow leak repaired on the right rear. Charged me $140. Less than a week later I get a low pressure indicator on my dash for right rear tire again, but in actuality it was the right front tire that was low....which means that they rotated the tires, but didn’t fix the leak OR reprogram the TPS sensors to reflect the rotation. I’m hoping they actually balanced them, but have no way of checking.

Great customer service, reasonable wait time for walk in, great free inspections. Went in for a brake system check, found a potential issue but otherwise brakes were solid. May return for service of the potential issue, prices were not too bad but i couldnt afford paying $400 same day. You can schedule appointments online.

I bought a 5-year wheel alignment policy with NTB - get them aligned as often as you like it says. Asked for alignment here today, while I was getting a tire replaced. Alignment was on the bill as done, I asked for the detailed printout and when the tech saw it wasnt attached said the alignment printer wasnt working .... yeah right. 2 stars for fixing the tire OK.

Got a flat tire on my car about 30min before they closed, so I called and asked if I could drop my car overnight and have it serviced the next day. They didnt have any issues with that. The next day I called when they opened. They gave me a quote and fixed the flat all within about an hour of me calling. The communication and customer service was exceptional.

Steven and the rest of the team at the 75 & Forest location took great care of my car (nail in the tire) and got me back on the road quickly. Friendly and professional service on a busy Sunday morning!

Quick service. Cool, clean, spaceous inside waiting area.

Over a few years I had several repair jobs done here, which were later uncovered to have been done improperly or to have broken other car components. My suspension wasnt repaired right despite paying 1200$, and when I allowed them to run the expensive fuel cleaner package they broke my fuel intake, which resulted in me getting 5-10 MPG and having to pay another thousand dollars at a dealership for analysis and repair.

Everyone was very nice and professional it just took a VERY long time for my oil change. The gentleman quoted me 45mins to 1 hour and it took 3 & 1/2 hours.. But I would still go back because everyone was so nice.

They were extremely helpful and courteous, offering me consultation without charging. I wouldnt hesitate getting work done here!

I have been going here for years. Even when I moved from one side of town to the other. I pass other shops, including other ntb locations. Just to come to them. They are always helpful and will make sure they go above and beyond. From mechanics to management, turf are all awesome! Ill take it to them over the dealerships.

We were headed to the hospital due to a family member in sudden bad health. The car started shaking and we knew it was bad. We stopped at Firestone and they immediately turned us away and were very unsympathetic to our situation. We called NTB and they didnt even ask questions. They just said absolutely, come on over now. They were very polite and efficient. If we are ever in the area again and need these services, they are HANDS DOWN our number 1 pick!!! Thank you so much NTB!

I have never seen lazier employees in my life, and thats no exaggeration. Im very familiar with shop work; I do most of my own work, and have familiarized myself with both standard business to consumer shops and performance shops for nearly 8 years now. Out of convenience, I decided to stop by this NTB on my home from work for two tires. As it sits, Ive been here for an hour. They have only just now started working on the first tire. The entire time Ive been sitting here waiting, two other techs have quite literally been sitting around doing nothing but talking. The tech that is actually working appears to be descendant of some sort of sloth-culture. Its not even like they were unfriendly or rude, but the concept of hustle or work ethic doesnt seem to exist in the minds of any of the employees at this location. Im really trying to be as candid as possible here, I dont think Ive ever had a worse brick and mortar customer experience in my life. Id rather be in and out after arguing with a belligerent employee then know that changing two tires could jeopardize my ability to make it home to see my family before midnight tonight.Now that Ive finished writing this review, theyve just pulled the only other car at the shop out. It was a 4-tire. Ive been here an hour. When I got here they were starting on tire 2/4 for the other car. This is atrocious.

Today I went to this place to do oil change. Carlos Cervantes was the salesperson to help me first. He told me there’s waiting period 1h to 1h30. It was fine for me. I sat there for 1h20 my car was still on the parking lot . He walked by with Jacob Williams another salesperson I stopped him to ask him how long I will need to continue waiting cause he told me a time period that I’m close by. Both Carlos and Jacob was very rude to me , Jacob even told me if I want my car key back that I don’t have to keep waiting . I think it’s really not professional to push customer away like that . Imagine if every customer u told them that and they decide to leave how we will be able to keep up ur business . By the time I have right to ask question after I have been waiting for 1h20pm with my car still on the parking lot. On top of that at my checkout Jacob Williams even told me where to go for quicker service it’s mean he doesn’t care if nobody will come to his place since he will still get pay without working . Shame on us . No friendly people around this location at all . I won’t recommend nobody to go there

Much lower prices than your dealership for better service. Packages end up saving you tons of money and headaches over the years. Staff does a great job explaining things and extremely convenient to drop off the car since they are all over the city.

My Cadillac has a tire sensor...this morning low right tire sensor light was on. Only place open at 7:00 am is NTB. Drove there as its close to work.The Gentleman inside took my keys and immediately drove it to the bay.I thought the tire may have been low due to the cold morning temperature. I watched him lay on the ground with a flashlight and thoroughly inspect the tire. I was impressed...I thought they would just air the tire and Id be on my way.However..the tire had a nail and they repaired it for free even though I was prepared to pay!Thank you so much for the Blessing!

Bought a set of Michelins last year. Love the tires. Picked up a nail and they patched it for free. Seem to be good people. This is the Forest and 75 location.

An absolutely wonderful staff! My mother suffers from CHF & needs to have her feet up and be comfortable, and the girl up front went above ans beyond by moving a couch for her. We were there for 2 days and they found lots of issues with my car but worked with me every step of the way. I truly felt like the staff there was genuine. They gave us a ride to and from our hotel as well.

Had to have an Alternator swapped on my Mini Cooper. Worked with Shane at this location. He was professional, courteous and overall a great help to me. I will definitely be back to this NTB.

The tire change was good since I got a Black Firday Deal. Was busy so it took a couple of hours. They do check your car for other issues and will fix. If you dont have a mechanic, they seem alright. If you do, stick to your mechanic.

Christina, Carlos and team are always friendly, helpful and personable. They have helped me with new tires, fixing tires and trouble shooting and preparing other issues. They repair my car quickly and are always honest.

Jacob provided excellent customer service. It was a little bit of a wait but the coffee and accurate communication about the repairs made the wait more than bearable.

I caught a flat tire on 75 coming from eating with family. The first place I slowly drove to would not assist me because I did not have a membership card. The next closest place was NTB and they were getting ready to close! On my flat tire, I drove in and they were able to get me 2 brand new tires for the price of one! The service was great. Made an online appointment at 1:30pm and my name was on the board for my appointment. Got into the store at 1:20pm and my car was not taken back until 2:00pm, only after I asked what was the point of making an appointment if they dont honor the time. I did not leave until after 3:00pm. A professional conventional oil change does not take an hour so clearly it was not started on when they took the car back. Tried to go do a quick oil change during my lunch break and it ended up costing me 2+ hours of my work day. Ive never had a problem with NTB at different locations. I will definitely not be back. Only reason its a 2 instead of a 1 is because they comped it

My tire was leaking air n i got there and the men fixed it and it was only the stem that was messed up. They did not charge me that was so nice of them i was more then 20 mind from home and had 4 children with me. Yhat was the most thoughtful thing i was blessed

Came to get a simple patch put on my tire because of a nail. Literally took over an hour for them just to put a patch on one tire. The staff, however, is incredibly nice and willing to help. I still wouldnt recommend, or go back to, a place that takes an hour to patch up a tire though.

I went to this NTB location in Dallas after having absolutely horrible experience in Plano off 121 HWY. NTB customer service allowed me to pick closes location to my house, so I went here. I was not very happy when I arrived as I came to fix the issue privies place didn’t address. I was greeted by manager Carlos, who assured me that they will take care of my issue. I was still not in the best mood, but Carlos customer service and desire to make my experience great totally worked. He took sometimes to explain me the process and why they do things the way they do it. I left that NTB knowing that I will be always go there for all my tiers and oil changes, and it is all because of Carlos customer service. At the end of the day all car places can change the oil, but find a manager that you trust, because you can tell he has your best interest is very rear. People like him create loyal customers like me.Also, big thank you to Pablo, who was working on my car, he did a great job!

Overall my experience was good. For the record, it costs too much money to repair cars these days. They fit me in at the last minute and worked to keep the price low. Very professional and did explain the process and the costs.

I came in to NTB at Forest Central after having spent 4 hours stranded on the Toll waiting for a tow truck to come get me. I was met by the Christina who was so sweet and pleasant. She took great care of me and was understanding of the terrible day I just had. NTB was quick to help me...even near the end of the day, and the other two employees who where working on my car were very nice, too (especially at the end of their workday). I even came back the following day to retrieve a tire they took off my car, and Christina met me in the parking lot with the tire wrapped in a plastic bag! She went above and beyond and helped make my terrible day a lot better.

The truth is, I can buy tires at many, many shops in the area, but these folks understand service is what can set them apart from the others. And the service here is great.

NTB employees are so friendly, they ALL make you feel like family...the explain everything that is necessary to get things done now, and save you money. Even US as customers, find ourselves sharing on how good the service is. Which keeps us coming, with a 😃. That NTB...Thanks

These guys can claim to be a lot of things but not friendly our professional they are incompetent to the point where they can not even put a donut properly in the trunk. Seriously go at your own risk because when I have then my keys they said it was buy two tires get two free When checking out the manger said I only get 100 off but they will charge you 80 for warranty and stuff which is the only way to get the discount. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK

Headed over for a flat tire, they fixed it FREE of charge(took about an hour on Saturday). I was a first time customer, will definitely come back to this place again.

I recently purchased my new tires here. I was fairly happy with the service but they need to hire more help because there was only one lady working the front desk. But as far as Service goes I was happy.

Shane took the best care of my company car. He offered excellent service and even went out in the rain to get my car.

I came to the store with my wife to check her cars Tire. The store was about to close but the Manager Frank was very willing to helpful. When we came the next day he told us everything is ok and didnt charge us. I heard that the previous manager left so he has to work overtime. I think he deserves a 5 stars review for his excellent work.
