This review is not for BMW Dallas dealership, since this place is awesome for me except the price is ridiculously high.This review is for an advisor name Jesus Salinas.I purchased my BMW X2 here in 2018 and always have had my car serviced here.My 3 years care plan expired on July. My car had an issue with one of the tire and I took it to BMW Dallas for a checkup & rotation.A service advisor named Jesus Salinas recommended me to do an oil changing and alignment. I denied the alignment and oil changing later since I rarely used this car, Only 15,500 miles for 3.5 years and my car had an oil changed at around 10K miles. One reason is that the oil change price is $220. He agreed that this price is very high but told me its the system price. I told him that in another dealership near my home, authentic oil change is less than $150. After I denied oil changing and alignment, he stood up and told me take your car there to have the service, why do you take it here? I am an expert and I recommend what is the best for your car. It sounds like I am trying to sell you something?!? I do not even think he is trying to sell me anything. I denied the service he recommended since its not needed at the mean time.OMG what a rude guy. I told him I have the right to do what I want for me car. I talked to him politely and he still repeated: take your car to a cheaper place. I stood up and asked for another advisor. Luckily one of the manager there came and took care of my car promptly. Most of advisors at this place are very nice and professional except the guy name Jesus.

I wanted to get a preventative timing chain replacement so I Called to get a quote for a timing chain replacement got a price for $7100 on my BMW I asked them just for a timing chain he said yes.This price is 5 and 6 times higher then other shops quoted me.I already know what the price is for the parts before I called.What is going on there!

Great car servicing experience. Easy in and out. Upfront with prices and never perform additional services without first contacting you to walk through what is needed and respects your decision.

Took the car back today for the same damn issue they claimed they fixed the week prior, yes twice in 2 weeks, ridiculous. This has to the by far the worse service center in the country. The biggest and least productive.

August 1st I purchased a 2014 BMW 528I and after I returned back to San Angelo, Texas I had a a couple of very minor Mechanical Issues that were not covered by a warranty. However Brandi Mukupe Assistance Service Manager went above and beyond to make it right. Great service team and are very flexible to get you in. I can always trust BMW of Dallas to get my BMWs fixed the right way. Worth the extra cost when I know every part and technique is being used and done to a higher standard. The team is usually very quick to help me in getting me a loaner if needed and typically able to have my car fixed ASAP. If I want my BMW fixed the right way, I will bring my cars to Jesse and the team.

I took my BMW E66 to this dealership for the door latch recall. Scheduling the service online was easy. The service advisor, Dameon, was nice and professional. The service was complete within the expected time frame.Unfortunately, few days after having this work on my car, one of my door stopped working completely. It was obviously related to the work that was recently done at the dealership. I scheduled another appointment, and they apologized about the issues and fixed the door promptly.

The service guys were nice, but comparable to the quality and cost of service, I would go to one of the other service centers in the DFW area. They have better organized centers and amenities.

In an attempt to counterbalance the negative response bias, Ill leave this review. Ive been using this service department for 3 years. The service has been straightforward, easy-to-schedule, well organized, and getting the loaner has been no problem. Ive never had any issue with the work theyve done, and theyve always delivered either ahead of schedule or on schedule. No complaints.

They’re trying more than they were 5 years ago, but still haven’t won back my business. With ultimate service, having a bmw under factory warranty means they must service it while I wait. Fun to test drive their other cars when they won’t give a loaner (who wants an enterprise rental? Not this bmw driver). They finally redid their service lounge/waiting area—much nicer.

I dropped my vehicle off @8:30am the appointment time. I informed the service representative to have someone to pick me up from work @4pm. I called my rep. an hour prior to getting off to ensure I would be picked up on time and that my vehicle was ready. I waited for over 30 minutes for pick up, when I arrived my vehicle was not ready another 25 minutes of waiting. So very disappointed with inadequate customer service.

I had a flat tire replacement, I confirmed price on the call for new tire and even on the internet and with other dealership. When I went I had to pay 36$ extra and 10$ extra for service for tire as the price was different, when I bought this up he said I can chose not to use the service, But it’s not fair to say when you made all your arrangements to bring your flat tire car.

Went there to check out the new BMW X7 and the M5. Was on the sales floor for roughly 45 minutes looking for cars. But not even one sales consultant came and asked for any assistance. They just look at you and smile and get back in their computers. They are expecting to get the sales just by sitting there in front of their screen using there iPhones. Worst experience I ever had at this place. If would rather pay the extra destination fees and get the car shipped out. They literally dont care as they know they will get the sales no matter what just by sitting there.

The mechanics stole $450 out of my wife’s wallet that was left in the console during a routine service. These peoplewill never see another dollar of my money. The service manager condescendingly told my wife it didn’t happen, that he’d look into it and call her back. Did she get a call back? NO! If I could give them a -5star rating, I would.

Ive serviced my 2 BMWs at BMW of Dallas for over 8 years, but sadly no more. I, like many others I presume, received a mailed coupon offering an oil change at the same rate as other local shops (Their coupon is online, just google BMW of Dallas Oil Change Coupon).The short story is that its a bait and switch, DO NOT GET THEIR OIL SERVICE SPECIAL!!! Pay the full price if you want, but do not think youre getting the same thing if you get the special!The long story: I assumed the coupon was sent to bring back business to the shop after the massive remodel, so I decided to take advantage of it. I took the car in and in 1 hour, the car was done, washed and I was on my way. The service adviser did mention I needed additional work done (Front brakes due in 3k miles .. etc.) but I only had time for the oil change so just had them do that. Skip a month later and I get an issue with the cooling system, so I decide to take it in and get everything serviced. Im calling around, including BMW of Dallas, but I can only get my service advisers voicemail. I left a message but never got a call back. Since the issue was urgent, and I never heard back from BMW of Dallas, I just took the car to another local shop I trust as Ive used them previously for my much older BMW, Ultimate Bimmer Service. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my car but informed me that the oil filter in the car is the cheapest money can buy and has been known to fail (and destroy the engine in the process). I thought they were exaggerating or maybe trying to upsell and I told them it was done at the Dealer. I show them the receipt and both can see its listed as PERFORM OIL SERVICE WITH PRECISION PARTS. Well, they show me the oil filter so I google the part number listed on the receipt and it turns out that its made by a manufacturer called Precision Parts. I then take a look at the oil and its listed as 5w30 STP SYNTHETIC. STP is not on the list of BMW approved oils!This is very shady and not something I would expect from a luxury auto dealers shop.I have since tried to reach the service adviser as well as the service manager, but have yet to get a call back. I will be filing formal complaints with BMWNA and the BBB as this is a clear bait and switch since they are not using approved oil/filters from BMW.
