I have been a Kubys customer for nearly a decade with several deer and hogs each year. It is not the cheapest processing, but it is always very good. They recently switched over to vacuum sealing everything. I was excited about this at first, until I realized it was sealed in huge quantities which does not make much sense. I have to bust everything open and reseal it myself in smaller user friendly quantities. PLEASE switch over to sealed in 1 lb packs, or at least something smaller than 5lb bulk packs.

Weve been using Kubys processing for three years now, about 3-4 white tail each year, and we couldnt be happier with both value and quality. Drop off and pick up are so convenient, especially compared to our past experiences in the Hill Country requiring an extra trip down after the season. The ratio with pork in the sausages is perfect, and we love the brats so so much! Our little kids as for venison every night, and we love it because it is full of flavor and not too salty. After using three or four good processing location in the past, Kubys is by far our all time fav.

Hands down the best deer processing I’ve ever experienced! Their sausage is excellent! I had three deer turned into Hot Links, smoked sausage, hunters sticks, breakfast links, salami (summer sausage), and fajita sausage.The fajita sausage is my family’s favorite. Similar to a Earl Campbell’s hot link, but way better flavor!The Hunter sticks are a daily must have in my cockpit. I take them everywhere for an easy carb free snack. They go well with cheese and hot mustard too.The salami is high grade, and could easily be sold on any supermarket shelf!If you can’t tell already, I highly recommend Kuby’s!

Once you get your game to the dock, they handle it from there. They weight the meat and write up your order... even spray out your cooler if needed.The spice recipes are just right too! My favorites are breakfast sausage and smoked jalapeno cheese salami (summer sausage).

I use Kubys regularly to process my deer and feral hogs, and have always been happy with their service. The are very quick and professional when I drop off and pick up my meat, Ive never doubted their scales, and they call when its ready every time! Very reliable, maybe a little on the higher price side, but their bratwurst are worth every penny!

Easy drop off and pickup. Had almost 60 lbs. of deer processed in 3 weeks with Thanksgiving in between. Excellent experience overall.

Service was good. This is our first time here. My husband just got home from hunting and he got 3 deer. 77 lbs. of meat. We will have to wait to give a rating on the meat as it will take 2 weeks to process.

Despite their website claim that No matter what you hunt, from exotics to fish and fowl.... they do not process fish of any kind.Furthermore, when I called to ask about the services offered, the woman who answered the phone suddenly refused to answer any more questions, asked me to call back and talk to someone else later, but wouldnt give me the name of the person I needed to speak with.I did not buy any of their products or services. This review is aimed at their customer service standards.

Check your ticket closely. i told them repeatedly i wanted my backstraps and tenderloins back, but they processed them into sausage. next time ill cut them out in advance.
