I am so glad I took the extra time to go to this Jewelry store! It a little tricky since its in The Plaza of Americas. Due to Covid all but the main entrances are closed. But it is well worth trip. The owners are some of the nicest people Ive met. Friendly and honest. There is a reason they have been at the same location for 37+ years.I had a custom rose gold necklace made for dual pendants and couldnt be happier. They promised it would be ready by Valentines Day and the son even kept the store open till I could get there. I will be bringing all my jewelry needs here from now on. Abe has been in business for nearly 40 years. He’s a fantastic jeweler who will take good care of you. I took my grandfathers wedding band to him to get resized and he was able to shrink the ring down 3 sizes. He also polished the ring and it looks amazing now. This was the first time I’ve been there but I know I have found my jeweler in Dallas. Abe is very knowledgeable, and he will beat any price you find online.

My first time going in there was such a wonderful experience, I got to meet Raja and Abe. A family owned jewelry store where they make you feel like you matter, regardless of what type of money you spending. I went in there to get a new battery on my Movado watch and they were kind enough to not only do it right away but not charge me one cent. I will be going to them for any of my jewelry needs from now on and I suggest you do too, they been in the industry for a very long time and they got a very nice diverse selection. Plaza has a wide selection of high quality, certified diamonds. He does all the work in house and has several ready to buy rings, as well as molds to consider - he has handcrafted himself. This shop is family owned and his wife is there to assist with all the fine details. I could not be more impressed with the quality and customer service.

We were in town on our honeymoon during COVID when I discovered my engagement ring had a bent prong and my stone was loose in the setting. We called them up and they same day fixed the ring. They even added extra stability to the prongs/setting so that the ring felt more secure. It was extremely affordable and everyone was so nice. Highly highly recommend!

So thankful that we came across the Plaza Fine Jewelry store in Dallas! With the pandemic restrictions, the store appeared to be a hidden gem as it’s in the plaza by the Dallas Marriott where many of the stores have closed. Abe welcomed us in and gave my son and his fiance many options to choose from for his wedding band. He settled on a unique design that Abe said he could make. When they picked it up, they couldn’t have been more pleased! The ring was beautifully done and for a very reasonable price. Wonderful family business! They do appraisals, repairs, and sell their own custom jewelry that they make in-house. It’s a father and son, and the son can design any jewelry and make it for you. This is going to be my thorough experience from prior our visit and to our visit today.I had decided to look around for jewelry stores around Dallas since the store we initially asked to make our rings have remained closed since covid started. My fiance and I didnt mind taking a trip there so, I emailed them beforehand about the design I saw on their website and they were pleasant to respond so fast. We didnt get to go til over a week later which was today.We came by and we were greeted right away by the family and it didnt take very long til we loosened up and it felt like we knew each other for a long time. They were very helpful, patient, and kind especially that I liked a few of the rings they showed me other than the design I chose.They didnt pressure about how we will pay our balance and all the more, they worked around the budget we had! They also took time to explain a lot of things for us and Abe was very flexible with our time frame and the design we initially presented. He was passionate about it and so was his wife and his other family.PLUS! He fixed my engagement ring and now, it fits perfectly well! I hurriedly went back to the store to bring my parents cause I wanted my mom to have her wedding band fixed since it didnt fit anymore and he did it in maybe 5 mins. All polished and he did my dads too!!!LONG STORY SHORT, ITS WORTH IT!!! I LOVE THEM ALL. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM and I am glad to have friends and a jewelry place to go back to in the future! 37 years in business and to many many more.Will write a part 2 after getting our bands! Got my wife a wedding band that i needed in a hurry, he made it the same night and i picked it up the next day.. my wife loved it. I think this is run like a true small business where the customers satisfaction is paramount. He has a strong accent so its a little difficult for me to understand sometimes but he seems to really care that you get a good value and that is why you see so many good reviews. I actually ended up spending more than i wanted but still feel it was a good deal based on our situation and weight of the ring itself.

Took my great grandmothers ring in to have the diamonds secured. Went to multiple jewelers for estimates and this little family owned shop was the only one who seemed to genuinely care that it was done right! I recently got engaged and I had a set of rings gifted to me by my grandmother after my grandfather passed away. One needed to be sized, cleaned polished and made new Ive been going to the plaza for my watches to be sized and my necklace polished for about a year now. I figured. Hey they can do this.I was guaranteed a 48 hour turn around and I was happy. I returned to collect and pay, my ring was not complete. The jeweler missed an important step. He asked me to return an hour later. I came back and the ring looked worse. I returned with the rings twin and compared. He assured me itll be right and I gave him another day. After I saw the ring again I was very disappointed and decided I no longer want to do business with this facility. I payed for my ring and left. After inspecting the mess I noticed he hadnt even buffed out where the ring had been sized and it looks like he darkened the accent with sharpie. I wish I can add a photo for there to be a visual.
