The worst delivery experience of my life. The first attempt at delivery they never showed up because their truck broke down. The second attempt they never showed up because they misplaced paperwork. The third attempt they didn’t show because someone called out. When they finally delivered the driver got into an argument with my husband and dropped a 900 lb palette in our driveway. We had to carry everything ourselves. Using Seko has been a terrible and extremely stressful experience.

I ordered a Traeger grill and due to its size it was shipped with a low cost freight service. When I received the box I noted some damage on the box. As you can see from the up arrows in the photo, the delivery guy didnt even have the box facing the right way. The bottom of the box was where the main electrical and moving parts are. The outside of the box didnt look too bad so I went ahead and signed for the delivery. I asked him to wait a min while I unboxed it to check for any damage. The inside was completely damaged and almost every part had damage. It must have been transported throughout most of its journey on its side. The lid/door comes preinstalled and it was off its hinges. I called the driver prior to him leaving my place and I told him I didnt think I could take delivery due to the damage. He said he would call his supervisor. Im quite sure the call went something like this,Delivery Guy: He says its damaged, and wants to refuse delivery.Supervisor: Did he sign for it?Delivery Guy: Yes I have his signature right here.Supervisor: Tell him to take it up with whoever he bought it from. Tear ass, you have other deliveries to make.So now I had to order another grill. Im still waiting on my claim to go through. Just be sure to inspect before you sign anything.If you are thinking about using SEKO as a vendor in an attempt to save money, how much will you lose if this is the quality you can expect from a logistics company?

This is the worst logistics company I have ever dealt with. These people have lied about my product being delivered for 2 weeks! Prior to making a delivery date appt, they Said they had my TV only to come to find out that they didnt truly have it and it was not picked up from the airlines. I would recommend that if you did not have to use his company dont they are extremely unprofessional and dishonest you will have a badge experience each and every time dealing with them. I even had an employee try to convince me to send back my item for a refund and to order locally, I have never had someone that works at a company try to convince me to not use their services !

They delivered 2 days before the expected delivery date. Scheduling to confirm delivery was fast and easy. Package had no signs of damage and delivery team was nice and courteous. I would use them again.

I ordered a TV through The Exchange on Black Friday. Shipment was created 11/25 through SEKO. Estimated delivery date was 12/11. 3 weeks post product entering the SEKO system, nobody has a clue where my package. Lost somewhere between Dallas and Virginia....item missing from the manifest. I am very disappointed, and so is my family. This was our families big ticket item for Christmas. Unacceptable.

The WORST ever customer service experience. I wish home Depot would stop contracting with them. I called their Chicago / North call center spoke to Diana numerous times ... Rude all the time. It simply wouldnt surprise me if they would go out of business within 2 years. And I only do reviews when necessary when service is extremely good or service is bad and this is the first bad one ever. This company doesnt deserve any corporate accounts. Diana needs to take a course on customer service. Terrible frieght company EVER. Please do not contract these people. Took 3 weeks to get a fireplace delivered. And it was a 2 hour trip. So if you are desperate for a product (or because my family needed heat due to the weather) do not use Seko Logistics. Sad ... They really shouldnt be operating at all and Diana should look for work elsewhere where she doesnt deal with people.

Worst delivery experience. Walmart should not use them EVER again. I ordered a queen size bed frame, 2 very heavy long rectangular boxes. Cindy called day before delivery to confirmed my address Advised they didnt have an apt # and needed it. Provided the detailed addres and Cindy advised they would deliver in between 1pm to 5pm. Come day of deliver the driver called at 12pm advised they were 30 mins out They called at 12:30pm advised that they we outside and could only deliver to the curb at the front of my apt complex. The drivers excuse was that he is a third party and he doesnt know why it is only to the curb, but if it was a house it could be to the door. I called Cindy back while driver was still there to understand why they couldnt deliver to my door and what she needed my apt number for if they do not deliver to the door. Cindy proceeded to advise that refuse the package as the only option. After back and forth with Cindy decided to keep the package The deliver guy dropped the packages with the pallet and stated i could take picture of the delivery receipt he had to leave the pallet as well because they are not allowed to take anything back with them. Now i have 2 large heavy boxes and a warehouse pallet to get into my apartment. Worst service and delivery practices i have ever experienced.

It will not let use negative stars. Worst delivery service Ive ever had to deal with. I ordered a tv from Electronics Express. The package didnt make it to the hub until the last day of the delivery window and I had to go pick it up myself from the agent who berated me for even asking. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a gun safe in October, I refused delivery because it was damaged. Its the 22 of Dec and Im still waiting for it to be returned to aafes for a refund. Not one of my calls or emails have been returned by SEKO. Aafes needs to find another freight company.

I had ordered a TV from Wal-Mart and when I saw the reviews for Seko afterwards I was very, very concerned. To make matters worse, the shipping number Wal-Mart had provided me never updated. Thankfully, I received a call the day before the estimated delivery and Seko told me the TV would be arriving. It arrived in perfect condition and Im very relieved and overall happy with my experience with this company.

Horrible delivery company!! Awful service! Hopefully they never deliver another thing for me. They wouldnt even set us up a pickup time, we had to drive over an hour to pick our TV from the warehouse. Awful awful awful.. do not use this delivery company!!
