I love working for this company. I have so much freedom with my schedule and im able to work exra when ever I need to. If theres ever an issue management handles it very well. No complaints

They need to change their pay..$27.50 ins +1.99 adm fee plus they take away miles from you..They rip offthey go based on a map from poin A to point B so many miles but we dont go in a straight line hello,theres curves and turns. so for every delivery expect 1-2 miles rip off...

DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!! I had driven for this company in 3 days as contractor. I spent 15 hours, $45 for gasoline and put on totally 400 miles. Guess what, I did received totally my pay check $46 direct deposit. During the time of driving, I recognized that I could not take rides in long hours so I asked for stop working due to health issues. God blessed that letting me quit terrible company soon. They used the trick of trick that you can earn $18/hour but the fact is totally different. Do not waste your time and money. This is the far worst company that I have ever worked. Lesson learned!

I have used Arrive On Time Delivery for 10 years. Our company has a pickup and deliver route with four locations, five days a week and AOT never let us down. They were always punctual, courteous and friendly. It is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have worked for this company for many years and I love it! The owner goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of his staff and his drivers. As far as customer service goes he consistently strives to be the best. We all strive to be the best at AOT!

This the worst delivery company I had worked with, they are scam people,they don’t obey the agreement said, they cutting all your miles and they didn’t respect you ,they sending you 45 miles to delivery an order for $5 and you working about 10 hours a day for $100 ,please don’t believe them and I putted up this review to advance the others to avoid this trap,

Ive worked at AOT for about 8 months. Theyre a wonderful company and treat their employees like family. Great place to work if youre looking for long term consistant work.

You will never see a breakdown of your deliveries. You will get a text showing how much you are getting paid. I personally think these people are ripoff. Maybe they have certain people they rip,off LOOK ELSEWHERE

Ive worked for AOT since November here in Oklahoma and made a killing!Super nice dispatchers as well!

If i could give negative stars i most definately would. We drove as contractors for this company for 3 weeks. NEVER received a detailed owners settlement statement for the work performed. When i asked for one i was told we dont do that, but you can talk to Roger (owner) and he can tell you what youve been paid for. Well, ive tried contacting Roger on several occasions and he is always so conveniently busy or not in the office. In those 3 weeks worked we put anywhere between 700-1000 miles per week on our car and had to fill up everyday. Roger claims in his craigslist ad that you can make anywhere between 700-950/weekly. But what he fails to tell you is those routes that you could POSSIBLY make that much are already taken. Our 3 checks were between 300- a little over 500 dollars. You only make 50% of what aot charges for delivery. It can be as low as $4 a delivery. The dispatch at aot is mediocre and will lie to you and ask you to take a delivery 40-60 minutes away and tell you theyll get you some deliveries to bring you back. Well they dont. We did them a favor on a couple of occasions and they sent us 60 miles away from home to drop ONE package just for them to tell us they dont have anything going back in the direction of home. Not only was that a waste of time for us but also a waste of gas. I cant for sure say it cost us more to go drop off that one package than what we got paid for it because Roger will not provide that information to us. As an independent contractor you NEED that information to be able to determine if you are actually making any money or if you are losing money. Since Roger blatantly avoided my calls, emails and voice mails it makes me believe hes practicing shady business. Hes not paying his contractors what their supposed to be paid and quit possibly pocketing money for himself. Ive also reported him to the bbb. He has avoided responding to them as well.

Been driving for AOT for 2 weeks now. Ive noticed that I need to drive at least 20 stops per day to make at least 500$ which takes about 7-12 hrs to complete.

DO NOT WORK HERE!! I put 40 hrs plus 1,000 miles on my car, plus $80 of gas, plus $35 insurance and only made $380 weekly salary. This place doesnt care about their employees its a rip offf!!!! Dont waist your time!!!! They trick you in thinking you will make $18hr an hour and its all lies. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME.
