Quick, economical, and most importantly, honest. I came in expecting to get an iphone screen replaced for around $150. I didnt realized the damage was only to the screen protector and the screen was totally fine. A dishonest place could have easily taken it in and charge for a complete replacement and I prob wouldnt have known. Fortunately, they were honorable and let me know! More places should follow such good business practices.

I had a bad experience with this place. The gentleman who replaced the screen on my iPhone XR was quick and professional, but he used very low-quality parts. Less than a week after getting my screen replaced (not the cheapest price either, btw), my phone fell about 3 feet and landed screen side up on the floor. Note that I had a new case AND a screen protector on. The cheap replacement screen had a tiny crack in it, which has since spread to both corners of the phone and started to chip. I do NOT recommend using their screen repair service.

Took my phone here after i had a battery problem on my 7+. Very informative on the repair. Was a little time consuming but worth it. Turned out it was an issue from another place i went to go get my screen fixed. He didn’t charge for the new battery just a small labor fee. Much less than i was expecting. I appreciate the service.

Parts were cheap and not long lasting. I understand the unavailability of oem parts. Obviously the parts being bought are for profit and not for customer satisfaction. I say this due to the fact that it seems that there is heavy discoloration and issues with the multi-touch. That being said attempted to give the owner a chance at replacing with a better 3rd party option. Was hung up on immediately and decided to take my business elsewhere. Terrible experience do not do bussiness with.

Do not let the facade deter you from trying this place out. I came in with a shattered iPhone screen on a weekday morning and they repaired it on the spot. It took maybe 10-15 minutes to complete the process. It’s been about two months and the screen still works like new! Great service and fair pricing!

Fantastic service at about the best price Ive found. My phone had a badly cracked screen (even one tiny piece of glass missing entirely) and a broken camera. Fixed in an hour, and was given a discount because two items had to be repaired. I paid less than what the screen alone would cost at the Apple store. The shop is neat and clean and the owner is friendly. If youre in the M Streets/East Dallas area, this is your place. On Ross just south of Fitzhugh, next to the Sonic.

My iPhone screen was shattered and the LCD screen wouldn’t even work. I dropped it off with Zee and he had it fixed up good as new in 30 minutes... Great guy, great service, and a great price. Will definitely be back and I recommend others to go see him.

Do not come here. I had my screen replaced and within the next 2 days paint was chipping off my screen and had a crack in the middle without even dropping it. Ive never had this happen. I paid 70 dollars with no refund. Management did not budge to help me with fixing this / Ive had my phone replaced numerous times and this is by far the worst. I dont leave reviews ever either but here I am. They are just here to do a fast job as cheap as possible with no care on actual quality of your phone or the customers. Goodbye.

I had repaired from the store multiple times for my company phones . I was happy with the service that I got. Last time I was in there I had replace my glass LCD screen iPhone. The next day it had crack not the screen glass but the inside I believe which is the LCD. I believe either a book had sat on it or maybe it just dropped lightly from a foot high. Because what I saw as I look down was that. I had called In to explain, also told him that I won’t be able to come in until that following Monday since it was a Friday. I even said are you sure you remember me, said my name, and gave my number. explain to the man what happened, and he said I can bring in with no cost for the replacement. I believe that what should be fair because its obviously not done correct or cheap, being a regular custumer and also I’m being very honest, how can the inside crack and not outside and it was right next to me, the fact i did not hear a loud sound like it was damage from a high, etc. I went in the store like I said on the Monday and he act like he don’t remember who I was like he said on the phone he would. Then he said he’s going to charge me full price and I said no way that’s not what you told me. And then he argued with me and front of another customer. I was done after that. I couldn’t believe this store has high ratings for the customer service I’m sure this happen multiple times. There’s plenty of all places around please choose somewhere else.

Customer service is ok. Quality of products used is sub-par. I had my iPhone X screen replaced here. The screen flickered and a couple of letters on my keyboard didn’t work. Took the phone back, he replaced the screen again. A week later I dropped my phone, and the display completely crapped out. The liquid in the display had leaked. He replaced it again, telling me to be careful because his glass isn’t like the apple glass (read: cheap AF), and he won’t fix it for free again. Fast forward another month, the screen is flickering again but I tolerated it. Then I dropped the phone two feet onto a table, and guess what? The display busted the liquid AGAIN. You get what you pay for, y’all. Don’t be drawn in by the seemingly low price - it’s low for a reason.

Recently moved to Dallas, so didnt know which company to trust for the repairs, so I tried this place out for the 1st time. I would give it a 4/5. The only reason its a 4/5 was because the 1st time that I got it repaired, my screen went completely black about a week later - I didnt drop it or put anything on it to make it go black. After replacing it the 2nd time, it hasnt gone black since.I like this shop and would recommend! Fast & friendly service.

Umar is such a nice guy and went above and beyond with helping me repair my phone. He replaced my outer phone casing and then changed it once again to the original frame color so that I could get it to Apple for some software issues (free of charge). Followed up several weeks later to see how things were going and made sure I was satisfied. Awesome service and would recommend over Apple or any other repair service.
