Absolute unprofessional service.I left my MacBook with water damage for them to fix. After they took my money, and told me they could fix it, I waited about a week, no response. When I gave them calls, sometimes the phone would go to a answering machine. When I finally got a response, she let me know that they were still in the process. After another week of waiting , I received a call from them informing me that my laptop could not be fixed. This process was very unprofessional, time consuming, and just downright wrong after they refused to give my deposit back. I kind of feel like I got swindled but, hey that’s a lesson. I absolutely would not recommend using any of their services 👎

I never write reviews and I hate complaining but in this case, I have to. I definitely don’t recommend this place, you might have a good experience but based on mine, you shouldn’t come here. They checked my computer and after the diagnosis I decided to keep it, however it was broken on one side. I quickly notice it and I told the lady at the front, she tried to quick-fix it but it obviously did not work. Then she tells me it was already broken but I just hadn’t notice... really? It’s my computer!!! I know my things, I left frustrated with my laptop even worse than how I brought it.

Terrible customer service. I would rate it zero stars if I could. No one contacted me in over a month until I called them and it still wasnt ready. Two months later after I tell them I dont want anything done I just want my laptop back I get told I have to come back because it isnt put together. When I finally get a call that its ready for me to go get it they tried to charge me. Then they tried to lie about ever contacting me! Save yourselves the trouble and just go to geek squad.

My experience there wouldve been a much more expensive feat if the attendant there didnt go through all my options with me over and over. She was very patient, kind, and very honest. What more could you ask for? We came up with a solution for a fix for my wet iPhone which has lasted me for a few months now. So theres that. And the attendant was also really cute! So that helped too.

The screen they put in my phone did not fit. I could no longer use the finger swipe on my Galaxy s5 because the screen was too thick. I pulled the phone from my pocket and it had a Crack straight across the middle and it was obviously defective. They would not replace it because the functions on my phone still worked. Do not use them if you can avoid it. I came to them because they were cheaper than everywhere else. You get what you pay for in, this case.

One of the screw head of my iPhone X was twisted during inspection. Either by wrong tool or careless operating. Have to take to Apple store to get replacement. Lost all data.
