Seems like these guys are always busy but even more pleasant.Their level of professionalism, poise and over respect of my time is what alot of companies strive for but can not quite to seem to get right. Nevertheless the person who helped me out was Stephanie, a lovely soul who seems like she belongs in an executive office of a bank or something. Overall not knowing what to expect when going to places like these. However, I know what to expect if and when I need to go here.

Andrea was so professional and polite to me when I came in this morning to cash my check! I will definitely come back to this location!

God lead me to this place and I definitely see why. I was met with a warm smile from a Supervisor by the name of Andrea.She was very friendly and welcoming to me. She treated me with the upmost respect and she informed me of a few benefits that they offer.If you’re ever in need of quality customer service, this is the place to go!

There’s this one little boy/girl with braces that kept messing up my stuff she or he was laughing and talking with her/his coworker did not put Attention on what he was doing at the end someone else take over and did a much better job then him if you like talking with people work at a Customer service center

Money orders are free. When I came to cash the free money order they charged me 6 or 7 dollars without telling me how much they were going to charge me . All the lady said was sorry. Tell clients how much its going to be before you cash a money order. They need training.

WARNING !! around june of last year I shared my information with a PLS employee because i was trying to apply to work for this company. fast forward to about 8 months later, i get a court date from loanme talking about me not paying them a loan that i had gotten with them 8 months prior. i didn’t know anything about this loan and well i contacted loan me to see what was going on, loan me provided me all the information they could and apparently the email that was use to get the loan was under the name of the person who i gave my information to from pls and her employee number. i showed up to court and tried to explain the situation but since i didn’t have much evidence i was told to pay the loan with a payment arrangement. fast forward to last to the end of last month , i got another call from a different loan company from New York and after spending a few minutes with the representative on the phone, i then found out that there had been a second loan taken out with my information and the email of the Pls employee. this loan came out to over $8,000 because apparently i hadn’t made any payments for over a year. again, i was unaware of this whole situation because i moved to San Francisco so i wasn’t getting any mail. now i have a debt of over $10,000 of loans that were taken out under my name because i gave my information to one of pls’s assistant store manager (at the time) I recently spoke with the assistant store manager who i had shared my information with about my situation and she apologized about what was going on and told me that she didn’t get any loans under my name but that her boss (the store manager, Nancy Garcia) had gotten fire from the job for stealing money from the company and for using peoples information to purchase prepaid cards to meet store goals. in conclusion to this, i also found out that their district manager at the time who was ms, Silvia Esquivel also got fire for stealing money and using people information to do fraud. I’m not the type of person to write reviews but this whole situation its really messed up and now im having financial problems due to the employees from this company. All I did was gave some of my information to their assistant store manager (at the time) who later shared that information with the store manager so they could reverse my social on their program ( GIGI) and later got all the information needed to get loans under my name. so to anyone that visits this type of locations and thinks about sharing their social please be really careful because you might end up like me (in debt of over $10,000 worth of loans that i wasn’t aware of). And not that it matters anymore but I’m also not the type of person to get loans because the company that i work for has always been okay with letting me borrow money if i ever had the need too.

Very unsatisfied with the poor customer service they offer at that location the cashier was very rude as well as the supervisor on duty he was very rude to the point were I asked about there new policy and he said if she wants the money order give it to her if not don’t do it the cashier asked me if I wanted the money order and I said yes I do but at this point I was unhappy is the second incident and I still come out very unhappy,also staff was not wearing any mask at all.

This the worst place to cash a check they charge me $17 to cash a $1100 check.I wouldnt advise no one to come here. And there pls card is even worst. I will never return.I paid $611 in fees in a year with there prepaid card i will never give them any more of my money horrible store they should not be in business just robbing people.

The guy here was super helpful and polite. Took a few minutes to ask a couple questions and lookup my profile, and was able to cash my payroll check no problem, unlike the Carrollton location who blatantly lied to me and didnt bother to check any of the above. A++ for this location. Thank you!

Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. Completely unable to do their job.Not sure if they were unwilling to help me because I don’t speak Spanish, but they were so ignorant about how to cash a check and the methods of verification they can use in order to do so. I was recommended to come here, but that was a mistake!!Do not waste your time at this place. I would honestly recommend going somewhere else, as there are much quicker and more customer service oriented places to get your check cashed. Like what is confusing about a refund check? And they kept asking “why did you get this check?” — I told you it’s a refund!! How many other ways can you say the same thing???? These dense people had no idea what they were doing and were not even TRYING.

Absolutely the worse place of business ever. The employees are confuse and lack knowledge of job. The ladies working that we working tonight were rude and downright disrespectful. They treated the customer before me poorly and did not him assist whatsoever. Being polite and occasionally smiling goes a long way and costs nothing.

Handy place if you need a quick, easy, and relatively cheap place to cash your checks. Ive used them a few times now, and i live in addison.
